The smell would not come out of the 4 sweaters rendering them unable to wear. I told them of the smell and they said it was MY perfumes coming out of the fabric. I wear NO scented products. They offered to steam clean them and the smell still did not come out. Remedies offered: Refund of the cleaning bill or I submit an insurance claim whereas I send my sweaters to them and in 3 months a decision rendered, meaning I need to buy all new winter sweaters. They would not do both. Not able to go 3 mo with out sweaters in the winter season and no guarantee I chose the refund check. They kept stalling and when I finally pressed as to what day I can pick up the check they said they are not issuing a check after all. 2.5 months later, the sweaters still smell.
