I absolutely love Laced pizza. But I don't know if I will go back. Last two times I have gone there have been dogs walking around the restaurant, if that's not bad (1st one smelled horrible, I could smell it while trying to eat) the second dog was allowed to sit on a bar stool and was eating off the bar. I am sorry I love animals but this is not appropriate the place was packed and the dog was taking up a seat and then eating right off the bar NO. That is not only disgusting but disturbing to watch while I was ordering my food. I understand people have service dogs but sitting at bar eating NOPE. My entire party was extremely grossed out and we usually go every Friday night night not again that's for sure. It should not be allowed. If ppl want their service dog in restaurants keep it on floor beside you. Not running around or sitting at bar. read more

I know a lot of people find this bar pizza amazing. I wasn't that impressed. I wanted to be impressed, but I didn't find the pizza to be that flavorful. I went there twice hoping the second time I would like it better but it was just middle of the road to me. I would go but only if friends really really want to go there. Chix fingers and honey mustard- fingers were large but also very tough. honey mustard ok. Pizza was a little too salty and way too much oregano imho. Service was good though, very friendly. read more

The restaurant is open! Well only the bar area. Very limited seating but there's a whole restaurant ready and not up and running. This was a dismal visit- supporting evidence: 1. Immediately told 1.5 hours for a pizza. I asked why. Our waitress multiple times during this trip eluded to an issue but didn't tell us what the issue was ???? 2. Our waitress needs a new job. Waitressing isn't for her. She forgot my daughters Shirley Temple and then she forgot one of the apps we ordered. She wouldn't fess up to it but both times we had to remind her after a good amount of time after everyone else's drinks/food were delivered to the table. 3. The Garlic parm wings were delivered to the table with shaved parmesan. Ok great start! But there was zero flavor on the wings. And we eat wings a lot. Where's the garlic?? 4. This is purely a preference thing but don't lay my mozzarella sticks in a puddle of marinara! Not everyone likes marinara. 5. The onion strings. Great serving size but again, lacking seasoning to make it great! Also, inconsistent batch. Some super thick. Some super thin. Also, did we get the bottom of a batch? All broken pieces covered the bottom of our plate, like over cooked. 6. Due to the wait were had appetizers there and ordered pizza to go (our 4 year old was reaching his time limit at a restaurant.) The pizza's- the crisp on the crust is exactly what all bar pizza's should be like. But why are they being cheap with the sauce. Almost dry. Laced- we are rooting for you! read more

The bartender was extremely friendly. She told me about the $0.75 wing special on game day. And then she advised me which sauces to get which was helpful. They were quite good. I also got a couple of beers called Maine lunch, and I got a garlic and sausage South shore bar pizza to go. The sausage chunks were gigantic, and the garlic was wafting through the air. I made a planned stop at Laced on my way home from some weekday Christmas shopping. Located right on Rt 1 it is easy to find with plenty of parking. Place is very clean with a lot of seating a big bar and an area with a couple of pool tables. The place was surprisingly empty for a Friday at peak lunch time. I sat at the bar and the bartender couldn't have been nicer. Had a great conversation while I waited for my pizza. I ordered the Patriot no mushrooms. Pizza came out in about 20 min, which allowed me to enjoy my beer. The pizza was really good. The sausage was the star but everything on this pizza complimented each other perfectly. The peppers were sliced perfectly so they cooked just right. I thought they forgot the onions, i could taste them but I couldn't see them, Found them later diced up small enough for flavor but not eating onions. I am glad I stopped here. But a funny, good funny, thing happened on my way home. I brought about half the pizza home with me, but it never actually made it into the house about an hour after eating the first half. I started to eat the second half and the pizza had so much flavor I couldn't stop eating it. the flavors had married together while it cooled. If you like south shore bar style pizza or just pizza in general you should give this place a try. read more

The good: Great bar style pizza, hand cut fries, onion Strings, and mozzarella sticks (for my son). We also tried wings which were fried well but the garlic parm sauce lacked flavor. I would definitely try another flavor. All apps came out in a quick fashion. The food runner was great. The bad: 90 min wait time for pizza, they let us know up front so at least we were aware. Our waitress struggled!! Not personable, forgot items (several times), forgot to check on us. Not her day it seemed. Probably still working out the kinks. Rooting for this place!! read more

Laced Pizza & Pub opened recently in the former Chickie Flynn's on US 1, just south of Gillette Stadium. At the time of this posting, they were open for takeout only selling their bar pizzas. They will have a full pub menu when the bar and dining room opens. Recently, I placed an online order at Laced Pizza & Pub through Toast and ordered a 10" Pizza ($14.99 plus tax) with Linguica, Ricotta, Mushrooms with red sauce and melted cheese. My pizza was all set to be picked up 40 minutes later and walked around Patriot Place as I waited. The round bar pizza was baked in a pan with a firm bottom (greased) topped with ample toppings, sauce, and cheeses, browned. This bar pizza was very tasty and I will definitely come back when the restaurant and bar are fully open. read more

Food was ok but under aged drinker's in there screaming across the bar. Brought to the bartender attention . Her answer "it's a bar" seriously!!! ??? We have no guidelines or rules for our youth so this is what we get ??? Sad !!!! Wouldn't go back again bc they clearly are serving under age drinker's hence the immaturity of obnoxiously screaming in a public restaurant supported by their employees ! I have been reading about this place recently opening and having great bar pizza. With all the staples that have been around the South Shore for decades, it's not an easy market to jump into. But I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. It's a damn good pizza. Service is great. What's nice is you don't have to get caught up with asking for it crispy, burnt edges, well done, laced, etc.... Some of which you get charged extra for at other places. But here, they know exactly how you want it, and they cook it perfectly. The place definitely could use some decor but I'm sure that will come with time. One other thing worth noting they pour an excellent Guinness. I'll def be back. read more

Tried Laced last night with my family while watching the AFC Championship. Lots of TVs in the bar area to watch any sort of game! We got 2 pizzas, onion strings, and a burger and everything was excellent! The fat Mac pizza reminded me of the cheeseburger pizza they used to serve at the Red Wing, so good! Finally made it, place is clean, bare bones inside, staff was attentive ( host/server) checked in on frequently. Went there on a Saturday night. Ordered pizza and buffalo wings. They said pizza would take 45 minutes so we canceled the pizza. Bartender came over 10 minutes later with a pizza we didn't order and asked if we wanted it. It was a pizza that tasted like a Big Mac and we took it. It was delicious! And they didn't charge us for it but we left a big tip for their hospitality. We also ordered buffalo wings and not a big fan they were dry.
