We ordered it and paid through Amazon, and the instructions say installation takes 45 minutes. HAHAHAHAHA. There's no way. He measured right the first time, he had the odd shaped tools needed, and most of all, he has the 40+ years of experience working the business with his wife holding down the office. The amount was a little higher than I had expected, so I contacted the company to say that I still wanted to use them, but I wanted to remove a couple of small things from the estimate. I was assured by both father (Greg?) and son, Brandon, that they would send me the revised estimate. Three days passed and I heard nothing from them. I called them 3 more times over the course of a week and a half and each time was assured they would send me the revised estimate ASAP. Well, y never got it. They basically strung me along and wasted my time. How unprofessional and disrespectful! If they couldn't or didn't want to do the job, why didn't they just say so? I'm really disillusioned. I wanted to use a local company, but they really let me down.
