Very clean and GREAT service! I received a gel manicure and a gel pedicure and they're both perfect! Will definitely be back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I appreciated that they were open before noon on a Sunday, but that's about the only positive. I went in for a manicure with clear polish and an eyebrow arch, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. The man doing my manicure rushed through it, cut me, and didn't seem to care. Afterward, he took me to get my eyebrows done, but I had to remind him about the clear polish. He applied it while my eyebrows were being arched, leaving my nails wet and smudging them on my shirt when I got up. Another technician had to go over the polish, which was frustrating. The worst part, however, was the music. They were playing songs with extreme profanity--words like "pussy," "bitch," and "nigga"--and it wasn't the radio-edited version. I found this incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. At 12:10, the music was finally changed, but by then the damage was done. I actually had a great experience, despite the reviews I read. I was a walk-in and only had to wait 10 minutes. I was seated, and enjoyed a brief conversation with the guy setting up the station. I purchased the sugar (something) pedicure. My technician was professional, asked if I was accommodated efficiently, and did a nice job on my pedicure. Went here for a manicure and pedicure because it's close to my house. I don't like nail technicians that are pushy for services that I do not ask for. I was shown the menu of services and indicated that I wanted a basic pedicure, my nail technician kept pushing a gel pedicure. I kept telling her that I wanted the basic pedicure. as I was scrolling on my phone, she quickly was doing my pedicure, and I noticed her bringing the gel lamp to my feet. I really want to love this salon...it's a great location and I like being able to book online. The techs are friendly. But I've had 4 services here now (3 acrylic nail fill ins and 1 pedicure) and the quality is hit or miss. My first nail appointment was great and the pedicure was good. My last two nail services have not been great. Uneven surfaces, buildup of acrylic under the nail that wasn't removed, and the gel polish was not applied well. I just can't rely on getting a good finished product. read more

Worst pedicure ever! The nail girl didn't even shorten or smooth the toe nails. She did not do any cuticle care at all. Maybe she Didn't how to give a pedi. Both my friend and I had to ask another tech to touch up at Least one toe that got smeared when the sandles were placed back on us. Then both pedis chipped within the first week. I spent $40 on the worse pedicure ever. The girl was super nice, but the pedicure was awful. My toe nails were unevenly cut. Some toe nails were not even cut at all. I even had cuts on my cuticles. This place is new and modern, but the service was not the best. I expected more for the money. There are many better options in the area. Update: Instead of the owner focusing on customer service, they post a reply disputing if I came in their location. I live down the street from this place and I got my pedicure around 6pm on 2/4. Check the cameras if you want to dispute that. I can even post my credit card receipt if the owner claims I didn't go to this location. There were only two customers, including me. It's sad to see such poor customer service and not even owning up to the poor service. I hope other people don't make the same mistake I made. read more

Me and my friend went here on a Thursday morning. They weren't very busy at all and they were able to take us immediately. We both just got gel Manicures. They came out pretty good. Beautiful space. I was greeted immediately and got much needed help selecting a color. At 11:30 on a Thursday I was seated right away. Louis did my SNS with manicure and it is perfect. Absolutely awful. I went to see Emma. It was the fastest set I have ever gotten. That isn't a good thing. She skipped several parts, including addressing cuticles, and after I specifically asked her to put my tips on a specific way, as we all know our own hands. She completely ignored me, rushed the service and my nails look like they were taking flight She basically said 5 words to me the whole time. Didn't listen to my request on how to do my nails and was rude. The only comment she had was to upsell me gel polish even with acrylic nails. I also gave a very good tip, no acknowledgement at all. Most of the time I get Kevin but yesterday I didn't and I don't want to say her name because seems to be new but the staff should have came by to make sure everything was alright and made sure she was doing everything correctly. My Gel pedicure was sloppy and messy. The light kept bumping my toes and messing the gel paint up. I wish I could've taken a picture of what they looked like. I did mention it to the gentleman at the front desk and he apologized, but once I got home I noticed that the girl who did my pedicure didn't put the finishing top coat on my left foot and then I started noticing all the issues with the gel polish. I called this afternoon and I'm going tomorrow to get it fixed. I hope it comes out better and will give an update about it soon. read more

I have been with Emma for at least five years and I am so happy about their new location, which is 10 mins from my home. I use to travel all the way to Atlanta to see her by appointment, would take about 45 mins. I also enjoy getting my pedicures here as well. Yes, they have new staff but it is also your job as a customer to speak up during your services, IF you feel as though a service isn't being done to your liking. Emma and her amazing husband Alex will make sure your needs are met and that you get the service you pay for. At first I was a little Leary about going here due to the mixed reviews I saw on here, I have to say it wasn't bad. I was greeted with a temperature check and to wash hands due to covid which was good. They do have a wide range of colors and designs to choose from which is also a plus. I will say they are pretty pricey they were going to charge 10 dollars to soak off my acrylic and I needed a overlay done. I picked a design and got one on each hand and gel polish my total ended up being 70 dollars which has been the most I've ever spent on my nails. They also have a 2 dollar surcharge fee to use your card which I don't like. I did also hear the same couple songs over and over while I was there as someone else mentioned in their review. My hands were messy upon leaving but I did like how my nails came out. I Will try one more time to see if I will continuously go. read more
