At this point, that probably says more than anything else I could write. The space is always clean, bright, and welcoming, and the staff is friendly every time I come in. It's easy to find, there's plenty of parking, and the whole experience is just easy from start to finish. Lucy is professional, consistent, and truly good at what she does. She's also very friendly and kind, she makes what could potentially be a painful and awkward experience as pleasant and painless as possible. When you're getting waxed in an area that's especially painful she'll even do a little countdown from 3 to prepare you, and if you take a sharp breath in as the wax comes off it helps ease the pain a bit. Stella actually convinced me to go from waxing to sugaring and it really does make a difference! The results last longer, the skin is smoother and less irritated, and personally it doesn't hurt quite as bad. The initial application of the sugar tugs at the hair a bit but during the removal it's less painful than wax. The ladies here also recommended exfoliating the skin you're getting waxed prior to your appointment, and then consistently 3 times a week, which helps tremendously if your suffer from ingrown hairs. Definitely make an appointment if you wanna try them out because they can get booked up pretty quickly! And if you go, ask them about their loyalty card! After so many services (worth at least $25 each) you get a free wax. Overall I've never had a bad experience here. The ladies working here are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you have to help make the experience as comfortable as possible.

It almost been a week and I am still tender, lots of hair was missed and my skin is just agitated in general. I've never had issues being sensitive to waxing before, and the girl who did it sold me a cream that she applied to me afterwards and said "this is good for people with sensitive skin." I paid $80 and could've gotten a full body anywhere else. I expected to be smooth like a furless cat, and I can't even exfoliate because my skin is so tender. I love this place but I will probably never try a Brazilian with them again. Please be aware of who is servicing you and what they're using!

None of the customers were watching the game, yet the staff reacted to it as if they were at a sports bar. The constant yelling and loud outbursts became so distracting that they gave me a headache. I even put on my headphones to try to block out the noise, but then realized I shouldn't have to do that just to enjoy a manicure and pedicure. A salon should provide a calm, relaxing environment where customers can enjoy their services. These people were rude and disrespectful. This wasn't an isolated incident. On previous visits, I've also experienced staff members laughing and carrying on very loud conversations with one another during my appointments. While it's nice to see employees enjoying their work, the focus should remain on creating a pleasant, peaceful experience for customers. The one bright spot was the woman who performed my pedicure.
