They removed the dirt, but that was it. I was offered to come back and have it done again. I declined the offer and went straight to another shop. They waxed my board beautifully and will go to them for a stone grind after my trip. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in SNO HAUS! PS - On the phone they give you one price and then when you go in, they tell you that's only the price if you purchased it in store. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Just a teeny bit shy of the 5' mark, finding jeans is always a huge pain in the butt - but finding shoes and boots in my size is the bane of my existence. For the last several years, I have been on the hunt for a pair of knee high boots that come in my midget foot size (5-5.5, or a kid's 3-4) and actually come up to my knee, not four inches or more past. You see, the world wasn't made for us vertically challenged folk. When I have managed to find my small size in a boot, they have come way past my knee and I look like a little kid playing dress-up, or worse yet - like puss-in-boots, and I am about to go fence some scoundrel. Apparently small-footed individuals are also of Amazonian height. Lo and behold, Steve Madden. I saw a pair of shoes on their website, and called the store to see if they had them in my size in stock. As luck would have it, there was one lone pair, and it was soon to be mine. The man on the phone, Matt, was super nice and pleasant, and answered all of my questions, and was able to hold them for me until I could come to the store later that night. I dragged my friend out in the rain (I'm a girl, I need the friend fashion approval and the boy was all, um please take your friend because, yeah, I'm a boy, they're boots, I'm sure they're nice, yada yada yada). Matt was super nice and super friendly in person as was the other guy working there that night (Rohan). They brought out my boots and they were FABULOUS. They are delicious and beautiful and all mine - and the first knee-high boots I have ever worn/owned in my life. When you'e used to buying kid shoes that hit mid-calf, this is a great achievement and a boot victory. Sadly, they are for X-mas and since I was helping Santa play elf this year I will just have to wait - but it's worth it. They offered advice on how to care for it and all that good stuff, and the store was matching the web sale (20-25% off) which was just an added bonus. Since my friend was drooling over another pair of boots, I get her a pair as well that she loves - but she too will have to wait until Old King Cole comes on down that chimney. Slice after slice, then 240 pin straight... Paul approached me, took me to the simulator to see my swing and try a few clubs. After 20 minutes of offering me swing suggestions and trying different clubs he said, "I'd hate to seek you the wrong club right now just to sell you a club. I'd feel much better if you come back when the pro is in. He'll be able to better figure out what you're doing wrong and find the right club for you." I am beyond grateful for his honesty and integrity, and it goes without saying that I will not buy a club anywhere else! I'm positive that he's more than capable of getting most people into the correct clubs for them, but in my case, I require the pro. The staff there are extremely helpful and know the brands very well. They will help you find your size and fit and if they don't have the style you want, you can order it through them with no shipping charge. The nice thing here is that a lot of the shoes end up being the same price as their own websites online (or less since now you aren't paying shipping) so it is worth it to go find what fits and then get it in person. They also have a reward program so eventually you earn money-off rewards on future purchases. The store itself is cute and organized and they have a lot of fun socks there too if you are into fun socks!
