When we moved in last year, we had no functioning microwave for at least a week. Fixing the sliding door so that our patio could actually be used took more than a month. At one point, there was a massive leak in a unit above us that no one seemed in a rush to fix, despite repeated attempts to alert management, causing water damage to our own unit. We have had at least six months of incorrect inflated water charges for hundreds of dollars each month. I do not recommend this complex for prospective tenants, as the building owners show very little care or appreciation for their current tenants.

The pool and terrace areas are fantastic, as are the clubhouse, exercise room, and boardroom - which you can reserve for free anytime. The maintenance staff is also friendly and responsive - including coming to my place after midnight when my smoke alarm went off because the battery was dying! In my situation, the Ave was a life-saver! I felt safe, cared for, and welcome. Strongly recommend!
