The noodles were good, but the soup itself was off a bit. It wasn't terrible but it tasted a bit weird. The spring roll was okay, it had white rice in it instead of noodles.

The employees are so kind and efficient and Trina is the absolute best. Even after not being there in a long time, she remembered us and what we usually order! She is amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and tasted very authentic. We loved the Vietnamese dishes since that's our ethnicity. But it's great that they also offer some Chinese and Thai options on the menu. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful and clearly made with care. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating they were to my mom, who is diabetic. They kindly substituted extra vegetables in place of noodles for her without any issues. We really appreciated their willingness to help and make sure she could enjoy her meal. I did also find the steak to be just a tad thick and overcooked. This was not bad, but I like the places that have them super thin and drop it in right before giving the bowl to the customer, where you can still see some pink on it. I liked my bahn mi here more than the pho and without it, this might have been a three star review. The baguette had a satisfying crunch, and the pork was juicy and savory. Good balance of ingredients. Overall, I would say I enjoyed my food here, but there's definitely even better pho around.
