This rating is literally only for one person and I'm going to be greedy and not say who. What I will tell you is that there is one guy there that is the worse. I saw blood at least three times while getting a pedicure by him and when I went back to be with my lady I saw him doing the same thing to another customer. I'll play nice and tell you... Linda is the BEST! She's really sweet and does exactly what you ask for. If you need suggestions on something you can ask and she won't be pushy about it. I just tried a gel manicure for the first time and it looks great! I was really upset one time that she wasn't available, told to come back the next day, and they didn't open on time! BUT they do make appointments and I think I like her enough to just do my part so I can get taken care of properly. read more

I enjoyed my pedicure experience but when it came time to get a massage from the man who comes around when you're at the drying station, I had a bad experience. After I got my massage I didn't realize the woman taking my money did not split the tip like I had asked her to making sure he was fairly compensated, and he physically Snapped his fingers in my face and gave me a dirty look... "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me." And that's about the size of it. Please don't go to this place. I've gone off and on for about two years. They are inconsistent with manicures. The pedicures are usually fine, however, they don't do gel pedicures which every other place has in my experience. The manicures are hit and miss and that's why it's shame on me. After the first miss I should have stopped going there. For a basic gel manicure, I guess you can come out okay except they use very cheap products and everything chips within first few days. When I get tips on my nails - either gel or acrylic, it is always awful. One time, I was there and a woman had a coupon for free mani and when they were done, she said, "this is awful." I've been there when it took 30 minutes for pedi and 90 minutes for manicure! Absurd. I'm foolish for ever going back there, even in a pinch. These techs aren't well skilled. They may be somewhat trained but they are not skilled/have no talent and for what they charge, it's not worth it. I go once, they do good job, second time, okay job, third time, terrible, etc. You never know what you're going to get. This last time, I requested tips and French-- $50 plus the pedicure it totaled $90. And then you add a 20% tip? I only ended up there because the place I like was closed. BIG MISTAKE. My manicure lasted less than 48 hours before chipping of three nails. Four days later, I had to remove all the tips as three were broken and all the others cracked. The white polish for French was cheap and their UV lamps are the cheapest out there. PLEASE TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE, LADY NAILS doesn't deserve the business and they don't know how to treat a lady. Their mediocre work is purposeful. LADY NAILS SPA USES CHEAP PRODUCTS. Ive gone to several places on Boston Post Road and most are crap but not as bad as LADY NAIL SPA. However, Linh Nails in plaza where Wayburgers is located is excellent every single time. read more

Lady Nails & Spa is just what I have been looking for. Many salons in the area fall into one of two categories. They are either nice, relaxing, and overpriced, or they are noisy, dirty, and inexpensive. I went into Lady Nails & Spa (conveniently located in a nice strip mall on the Post Road) for a manicure & pedicure. I was greeted immediately upon entering, and the manicurist (Linda) took my coat and led me to the pedicure chair. The chair was typical for nail salons, with the massage and footbath, etc. Linda was very pleasant and did a wonderful job with my pedicure. I chose the least expensive type of pedicure offered, and was pleasantly surprised with all that was included. In addition to the usual trim, buff, and polish, my legs and feet were treated to scrub, lotion, oil, cream, a lengthy massage, and hot towels. My French manicure was next, and was lovely as well. Other "little" things that made this place stand out from others: The staff made sure to carry my purse, shoes, and socks as I moved from station to station. As I sat with my nails under the drier, I got a very relaxing back, shoulder, neck, and head massage (included with any service). The spa is uncluttered, clean, and tastefully decorated. The sanitation of tools, etc. (from everything I could see) was excellent. I will definitely be back for a mani/pedi in the future, and would love to try the other services offered. This place looked wonderful - at first! Once I got into the actual service it went down hill. The chair for the pedicure wouldn't move forward at all. I'm on the short side, so my legs were stretched way out. Then, I wanted a design on my nail. Nothing too crazy - just some stripes. They wanted to charge $8 at first - but went down to $5. Well, she did an awful job. The lines were crooked and didn't even go all the way across the nail! It was horrible. She huffed when I asked her to take it off. She wanted to paint right over it without taking the bad polish off. She seemed genuinely irritated! Who does that? Lesson learned! read more

First off, this store is really clean and the people working there are very friendly. There's always some calming music playing in the background. They have someone new working as a receptionist and she made booking an appointment very easy. There was a huge array of colors and high-end products that not a lot of stores in the area carry. It was my first time here and first thoughts was that it were immaculate, and a very welcoming place. The employees greeted me and took me right away. I got a gel manicure and it came out great. She even opened up a newly sterilized kit in front of me. My only complaint would be I asked for my nails short and they were still pretty long, but I should have been paying more attention. Definitely will be coming back, and you can't beat the $25 for the gel manicure. read more

Horrible and rude customer service. They claim to accept walk ins. I drove from Naugatuck CT to them because I had several good experiences there. Today I walked in, they asked me what services I wanted. I told them and they had me sit down. After waiting a few minutes quietly In my chair they tell me that they won't see me today that I had to leave. No explanation or apology. I was embarrassed and walked out quietly. I returned my loyalty member card and told them I would never return. They didn't even move out of their seats. Just nodded. It's disgusting to know people could be so callous and disrespectful to loyal and high paying members. NEVER AGAIN! read more

This place is fine, but it is annoying because when I get pedicures with my daughter, i pay for a full special pedicure for both of us. This includes a full massage and other special treatment. But because she is a kid they don't do any of that, even though I still pay full price. One of the ladies also has a bird that sits on her shoulder as she works with customers!! The bird poops on the floor and on her apron! I read that in order to know that the salon is clean, the employees wear masks. Only one employee here wears a mask that I have seen. Last time I went I had spots of my nails that the guy missed so it chipped fast. It's fine, but I would recommend a different salon if you are looking to be truly satisfied. read more

This place is actually bigger inside than it looks! I've come here several times now, and it's a great place to get a quick manicure and pedicure at a price that doesn't break your bank. Lisa and Linda are great! They get the work done well, and they're really helpful when suggesting colors or designs. I've got tiny itty bitty toenails that are horrible to paint on, but Lisa did it like a champ! Service is always really great. I once made an appointment about an hour before I showed up, and they were very accommodating. They have a huge color selection, and I know that Lisa likes to periodically update it so there's always something fresh to choose from. There are also special discounts every month, so it's really easy to get some services at a price much lower than usual. They've also got some really great rewards for people who come often.
