TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have had my nails done here several times now and usually they do a pretty good job even though the place is very dirty, however, the last time I went, the girl at station 9, in the dirty yellow shirt, did my nails. After she filed them for about 2 hours, never asking me how I wanted them shaped, charged me an extra $5. She argued and insisted she told me, but she did not! I have referred many people to Nail Club, but I will never go back and will never, ever, refer anyone ever again. This girl is rude and a liar!! read more

Everyone was very nice, I tried getting in on Saturday but they were completely booked so I was able to get in on Sunday. If you want your nails done I'd definitely recommend making an appointment. The salon is clean and in a very convenient location!! read more

Nail Club is a definitely a hidden gem. They give GREAT pedicures, but nail painting outcomes vary depending on the nail tech. Prices are affordable and there is ample parking. Most of the staff is friendly and wait times are tolerable. Their gel polish lasts a long time, not the one you can peel off at home. This time I tried the "Cat Eye" gel polish in "LEO". read more

I gave this place about 4-5 times and my problems with it are lack of cleanliness of the, poor customer service (they lack friendliness and have attitude when you ask a question or requests), and lastly I'm never satisfied with the job they do on my mani pedis because It's done "half assed." I leave asking myself what did I pay for and why? Suki the owner does an exceptional job on eyebrow waxing and she did a manicure for me once that was also exceptional. But everytime I ask for her to provide my service she some how convinced me to go with someone else. Even with the exceptional job she does on my eyebrows I won't return. Very disappointed. I went for a few months but this last week, was my last time. I waited and then they sent me to the last chair. When someone finally came over to me, after I said Hello, is anyone going to help me? I literally had 4 people do my nails at this 1 visit. All I asked for was to take my gel nail polish off of my own nails and put new gel on. They didn't clean up after the person before me. One lady started to take off the gel, then another one finished taking it off. Then one of the ladies came over and started cutting my nails which I didn't ask for. I liked the length but she said fix nails...and my nails were fine. Then another lady finished smoothing out the nails and the last lady put the nail polish on. It was my first time at the nail club yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about this salon. I brought in a photo of what I wanted and Nana did an excellent job recreating the photo! I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish and a complex design for only $55 which I felt was reasonable for the over 2 hours the technician spent on my nails! The technician gave me a quote for the price before she started which I appreciated and she took her time with every step of the process. I'm obsessed and I certainly will be back!! read more

I have been coming here for over 3 years and the past three times I been there was all within a 3 week span‍. I did gel polish on my own nail it chipped, went back had it fixed and to have a 3rd coat put and 2 days later that chipped. Then I went back and was told gel polish on my real nail will chip. So I went back to the dip and now not even 5 days later a nail has chipped. Not sure if the product quality is lacking. But I am disappointed I have spent over $65 in 3 weeks. read more

I chose this place because of the reviews here and also because the price for a mani pedi is only $25 cheaper than most places. The manicure didn't even last a day before it chipped. The salon is very clean and quiet, but I felt the manicurist was distracted and when I told her I didn't want any extra spa additions, just a regular mani and pedi she seemed to want to just get finished with me. I have been going here for several few years now. I have had pedicures, massages, waxing, gel sets, and acrylic sets here. Suki the owner, does a great job and she is a real sweetheart! I LOVE her! The other girls also do great pedicures and Suki's husband gives awesome massages while you're drying! Their place is always clean, bright and spacious. They are all very friendly and welcoming into their salon.Their prices are about average I would say for this area of town. Call ahead for an appointment or you may have to wait, especially on weekends. I love it that they are opened on Sundays too. I appreciate a nail salon that gives you hand massages with cream and hot towel service when you get fills. I highly recommend this place. read more

I've come here on and off for years with no complaints until today. I came in at 6:45 to get a nail repaired (I just got a refill a WEEK ago). It is now 7:32 and I have still not been taken care of. The salon is staffed adequately and instead of taking less than 10 minutes to fix one nail they are literally sweeping and cleaning. Completely unbelievable. After asking how long it will take I was told I would be seen right away and instead I had to wait another 5 minutes. Cannot emphasize enough how frustrated and annoyed we were Yesterday at Suki Nail Club AKA " Nail club" in Orange. I made an appt. To make sure we would not have to wait long for my 8th grade daughter to have a basic mani pedi. Before her dinner dance. She picked a color they took her over to the pedicure chair. I went to the waiting area. After 30 mins I went back to see what was taking so long.. the man had oil all over her legs and her nails hadn't even been started and we had to meet her class for pics at a local beach before the dance! I walked over to the lady in charge and explained she was there for a $25.00 basic mani pedi ONLY as I had told them when I made the appt. She said my daughter asked for the spa pckg (she's never been to a nail salon before) I asked my daughter who was totally distraught at this point. She said they didn't ask just began this putting oil on her legs. so I told the lady we needed to get her nails done we had to leave in 30 mins. 15 mins later I went back still no nails done. I emphasized we had to go in 15 mins. When that time was up the lady came over and said give me 10 mins. Ok so now we're late. While she was doing her fingernails I asked how much so I could pay. She said 80.00 I flipped! Are you kidding? She said my daughter asked for the spa pckg and full nails. I calmly asked my daughter and she said No mommy they just did it, I didn't ask for it (she wouldn't have known to ask for it) I told the lady they should ask the parent not a child who had never been to a professional nail salon(I use the term loosely) I paid the 80.00 and left. I usually ask for Na Na; she seems to have a knack in always knowing exactly what I want done on my nails. I'd also suggest asking for Leo who also does an amazing job.
