Secondly, June did my manicure and Sunny did my pedicure @ the same time (which is the greatest luxury of all time)! They were so friendly and efficient and I was done in 1 hour!!! Super upset to write this review. June is still amazing but I switched to UV hard gel which June doesn't do. I went to someone who I thought did a good job, but the following morning I noticed lifting around the bottoms of most of my nails. I called and they told me to come back. I did and added color gel because I was also unhappy with the lack of shine. The photos show the outcome. It's a bumpy mess. To spend the amount of time (5 hours and two visits) and money ($110 plus $30 in tips) and feel this way is truly upsetting. Since the second time was worse than the first, I won't be going back and I cannot recommend anyone there but June. read more

I've been coming here for 5 years and I will not go anywhere else. I love this place with my whole heart. The owner Sarah and her husband are super nice people and run this business so well. All their workers are extremely skilled no matter who does my nails they all do an amazing job. All the workers are so kind and talk to me while I do my nails and ask me questions about myself. Got my nails done over 2 months ago and they ruined them. The manicurist insisted that powder gel would not be harsh on my nails. She piled on so much powder gel that when I went to get it taken off at my usual salon, that manicurist could only use the "drill file" to remove it. This resulted in my natural nail (underneath) to become so thin that I haven't been able to get a manicure for the holidays. My nails have only now just grown back. Very disappointed! read more

booked a last-minute appointment here for bridesmaid nails! i wanted a fancy full set and a pedi. i didn't get his name, but the man who did my nails is a genius! he listened to everything i wanted and made it happen--and he took his time, taking nearly 2 hours to perfect my dip powder shape/color/design. there is even a shoulder massage afterwards which felt really nice. then, the woman who did my pedicure was also great. again, she paid attention to what i wanted, and took her time. i got the basic pedi but it was still amazing. both hands and feet still look fabulous a week later! the mani tools were in a sealed, sterilized package and the pedi tools were all disposable/single-use. i don't live in the area, but if i did, i'd be a new regular here. read more

Went here randomly when I had a 2 hour gap at work. Got my nails and toes done. It was a small place, but super clean and very friendly staff. I had SNS nails done which was 35$ and a regular pedicure which was 25$. The man who did my nails and toes was so attentive to every detail on my nails and made sure everything was perfect. I had a very bad experience. I got a gel manicure done yesterday and the next morning, today, they each fell off in one pieces, exactly as it shows on the picture. I went back today to get my money back and the owner accused me that I pulled them all off my self. The real question is, how can one pull a gel manicure that easily off, when they need to be filed down even after two weeks? It only proves that they did a poor job. They refused to give my money back and they were very rude. Especially the woman who I think is the wife of the owner. They insisted me to go back and get another gel manicure done instead. But the job they did was already a bed quality job, now Im forced to get the same bad work done? It is a total waste of time. read more

Do not go here, I used to love this place until today. This was the opposite of a relaxing experience. I went in for a Mani pedi and was told 20 minutes. I said no problem I would wait. A half hour goes by and I'm finally taken. I'm told I have to do my manicure first, I say I don't want that and was told I had to anyway. The man then rushed through my manicure, doing a terrible job, another customer and come in and he wanted to get to her. My cuticles we're barely done, nail polish was all over my fingers. They then sat me down for a pedicure, the guy left to go work on the other customer leaving me sitting in the water for 20 minutes. I finally get his attention and tell him I'm leaving, that my nails are done terribly and that I'm not waiting for a pedicure anymore. He says nothing, touches up the polish on my fingers, shrugs and walks away. I leave because I do not feel that I should pay for this terrible experience, they chase me out for the $9 manicure that was terrible and rushed. I just wanted to get out of there so I paid it, but I will never be back. read more

I am so impressed with this salon. I always pass by it and decided to stop in. The salon is huge compared to what you would think from the outside. It's really clean and they are super fast! My nails look amazing and they even give you coupons to use on future uses! I did SNS powder with a gel topcoat. read more

I've been to this salon twice and had a great experience. They do a great job and are friendly. I highly recommend this business!

I come here at least twice a month and service is always quick and they always do a good job, one of the few salons in the area that offer both gel and powder gel manicures. They have a huge selection of polishes and they have a number of spa pedicure options. They are never too crowded or busy as to where I'm not able to get my service. If you ever get a spa pedicure be prepared to walk out relaxed for sure. read more

Amazing first experience! A friend of mine referred me here. The nail spa is very nice and clean. It's a very nice relaxing atmosphere. A smaller place but it's nice because it's not as crowded as other nail and spa salons. Everyone is very friendly that work here and all are very welcoming. I have a broken toe and they modified my pedicure for me which was amazing- very gentle and accommodating :-) very reasonably priced as well. They also give you a card and after your 10th visit you receive a free regular manicure. Monday through Wednesday if you get a special spa pedicure you receive a free manicure! I'm very happy with my first experience here. I will most definitely be back and I highly recommend this nail and spa! read more

Since moving here; this salon has been my go too! I go pretty much every two weeks like clock work. I normally don't write reviews but this weekend I got my gel manicure (like normal) and I lost a nail; when I went back they fixed it as a priority and it was so nice to have great service! I have also had a normal manicure, and pedicures; all with great attention to details. I always bring my family when they visit and they always love the results! I came in on Easter weekend, which was busy and totally understandable, but the visit started out slightly annoying when the manager said it would only be a 10 min wait, and it turned out to be 30+ It would have been nice to know beforehand, since I probably would not have stayed, as I was in a rush. When I finally got my pedi + gel mani, everything seemed fine. However, 4 days later and the gel already started to chip... 7 days later and the entire coat is coming off when I do ordinary things, like tie my shoes. The only good thing is that it comes off so easily, so no hassle to get the gel off. I just wish it would have lasted 3-4 weeks as my gel manis always do -- I've never had them come off so soon. Also, I've sadly learned that most of the positive reviews here are only due to the fact that they blatantly encourage their clientele to leave positive reviews in exchange for freebies and discounts, as I saw from their signs in the salon. Honestly, the reviews are what got me to try it out in the first place, so it sadly worked :( read more

There's nothing like calling to see if they are available for a mani/pedi an hour before and they say yes, then you get there and they cannot take you. First time there today after a few months. They are under new management. The price for a spa pedicure is double than what it was with old owners. The young girl who gave me a pedicure rushed through it. A regular pedicure is 23.00. She did not scrub bottom of my feet correctly that when I came home I had to put aquaphor on the heels and balls of my feet. Service was much better with old owners. If you are going to charge 23.00 for a regular pedicure, you should do a better job. read more

I am from around Oyster Bay and have tried many nail salons in the area. Sunflower Nails has been my favorite for years. I love them for a few reasons: 1) The salon is very clean! It is spacious, bright and very sanitary. 2) the staff is extremely friendly, and I've seen the same women there for years which is a good sign of steady management. 3) they never skimp out on the massages after manicures (as many places do!) and they really take their time. I never feel rushed. 4) I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. There is not much of a wait if at all 5) lastly and most importantly, they do a great job. I only get manicures (both regular and gels), pedicures, and waxing at this salon. I do not get tips or anything. But, for what I get, it always comes out great. read more

Had my first pedicure here today, and it was great. But be aware- when I sat down, they only gave me the list for the deluxe pedicures, the cheapest being $45- When I left I picked up the brochure with all prices, and the regular pedicure is only $23. So pretty crappy they do that- she should've offered me the full list, with all the options and prices. That being said, I have no complaints about the pedicure. Just not sure I'll go again, knowing this is how they run their business. read more

I've been coming here for years. The staff is awesome and very nice (especially Ann). It is very clean and updated. Ann also does a great job waxing (I get a lot of compliments on my eyebrows). Giving this place one star because zero stars are not an option. I brought a picture of a very simple black to nude ombré style manicure. I asked if they could do it and they said yes no problem. I sat down and specified I wanted a regular no frills pedicure and they gave me an expensive gel pedicure. Next... The manicure. They shaped my nails nicely with acrylic and everything was looking fine. Then, again using gel when all I wanted was regular, they did the most horrid attempt at an ombré nail I had ever seen. They basically just painted half the nail black and half the nail nude. Even the nail tech said it looked awful so she tried to create the "fade" by globing on silver glitter. It was bumpy and juvenile looking. They then had the audacity to charge me $78 for everything!!! I was appalled. Told them I hated it and had them remove the gel polish and just change it to black. They did not refund me any money so I paid $80 for a black gel manicure and pedicure that took 3 hours. Absolutely unacceptable. Save your money and go to the other nail salon right next door. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS HORRIBLE NAIL SALON! read more
