Charging 50 cents would more than cover the business expense. This practice is just a ripoff and quite possibly a violation of California Code, Civil Code - CIV § 1748.1 Beyond the rude treatment and the excessive surcharge, there was a weird black substance smudged inside my cup and the peach flavoring was a little skimpy.
