We tried the OMG nachos with jerk chicken from this food truck at the Fresno Tiny House Expo and Fall Home Improvement Show this past Sunday, and it was amazing. A nice mix of ingredients that created so much flavor! That jerk chicken was indescribably delicious, fresh jalapeños brought the perfect spice, along with lots of melty cheese and even more black beans, everything just went really well together. Saw on Instagram that Kerrib Flava would be in Fresno at a perfect day, time, and place for me, so I jumped on it. Chose the jerk chicken sandwich, which came on flatbread. Amazingly flavorful! The richly sauced jerk chicken was balanced out well by cucumber, purple cabbage and tomato. Shredded cheddar cheese did not add much to the mix, maybe a sharper cheddar or a feta would come through, but no complaints. Pillowy flatbread soaked it all up just right. Great flavors; I got the beef rice plate for $15. I opted to not get it spicy but can get it jerk spicy. Really good. I had this same truck a few months ago also and the two dishes I got then were great flavor too. I wish food trucks weren't so expensive though since can typically get more amount of food for the same price at a regular restaurant (maybe it is the convenience factor though standing in the hot sun doesn't feel too good so not sure how convenient that is lol). read more

The customer service was good. The lady was really friendly. I ordered the irie bowl with jerk chicken. The chicken was cold on some parts warm on others. The rice was mushy, soggy and had no flavor. The chicken honestly tasted like it was precooked and it was lacking flavor even with the amount of sauce they drenched it in. I had high hopes for this truck cuz I love Jamaican food but it just wasn't it for me. read more

Great food truck serving Jamaican food. I ate here when they were parked at Tap & Cellar on a Sunday. They're based in Visalia I had a chat with one of the owners and she said they're looking to come to Fresno more often. Prices are reasonable - around $3/taco (lots of meat), maximum $9 for an entree. I had the OMG nachos with jerk chicken which were really good. The chicken was super tender on top of the tortilla rounds along with black beans, tomatoes, sliced cucumber, cheese sauce and cheese. I'd have liked if they could grill the top a little to melt the cheese more. Worth a visit and I'll be looking out for them in future. read more

After communicating with Kerrib I went to the Fresno Home and Garden show specifically to sample their Jerk Chicken since Fresno has no Carribean restaurants. The trip across town was really worth it . The owner was really patient in explaining the menu . The food was excellent and the servings were very generous. read more
