My coworker recommended me to go to this place to have eyelash extensions her eyelashes were so beautiful and natural looking and she told me that she had been going there for a long time she told me to ask for Sophia. I called the day of and spoke to Sophia over the phone, she was very sweet and polite and was very accommodating to my schedule she was able to get me in the same day which was wonderful. I asked for the individual lash extensions which I hear is the best way to go because they last longer and they look more natural versus cluster lashes. The experience was very relaxing, no pain very comfortable setting very clean and sanitary. The table that you lay on is very comfortable. The process took approximately 45 minutes. This was my first experience getting eyelash extensions so I was a little bit nervous and anxious to see the results. When Sophia said that she was done and she handed me the mirror I could not believe what I was seeing I could not feel The lashes on my eyes I and they looked like a beautiful set of false lashes very full and long simply stunning. I have been wearing them all day and sometimes I forget I even have them on there is absolutely zero discomfort they feel like my own lashes. I've already gotten several compliments and I am just the happiest customer ever. I am officially addicted to eyelash extensions and I will be a long term customer of Sophia and I will be getting my lashes touched up every month they are absolutely stunning and worth every penny. The lashes were very affordable compared to other prices in the area I highly recommend this salon for eyelash extensions I am very picky and very particular about my make up and I could definitely say that I will no longer need mascara! I've been coming to D&T nails for a couple years now even when I moved out of town I would make sure to stop by and always get my nails done here. I stopped by yesterday for my usual set of nails & I am very particular how I like my nails done wether it's the the shape, size & color or design. Two weeks ago I got my nails done by Matt & got the hardening gel on my real nails. Absolutely amazing!! This time around, (yesterday) I decided to get acrylic over lay (similar to gel building except I used acrylic on my real nails)... difference is this time I got my nails done with a different nail tech (not Matt) since Matt was doing my sisters nails.. I was so disappointed in the way my nails came out. They were bulky, messy looking & the shape was way off.. I'm not one to usually complain because I understand the nail techs hard work. So I left and decided to just suck it up... sadly.. my nails are my everything! And was so upset with how my nails came out. So I decided to go back and get them fixed by Matt. When I mentioned to Matt if he can fix it, he did not hesitate to fix it at all. He was very positive and fixed my nails right away! What I don't understand is how the other Nail Tech(the one who did my nails originally) was so rude to Matt when I decided to go back and get them fixed. In my opinion I did pay for my nails and would expect them to come out to my liking.. anyways... if you're looking for an amazing & super well done manicure, an acrylic set, with any shape and style I would highly recommend to go to Matt!! I go here on a regular basis to get my lashes done. They last about a month, worth every penny to not wear mascara and I wake up gorgeous. BUT you must have MELISSA do them. Not Sophia. She is all about the money. I took my daughter there to treat her and Sophia put on $100 lashes on her without asking either one of us. $40 is the usual amount. Would not recommend. I've gone like 4 or 5 times and every single time Sofia glued my eyes shut and had to pull them apart which was extremely painful. She literally did them in under 10 minutes which I feel she could've taken her time a little more and if she did they would look a lot better. I'm so disappointed.... Anytime I would swing by for service here everyone has been so nice and polite. Experience is everything. The gentleman that did my fill was in a hurry to finish, he asked questions if I got my nails done there, if it's been 2 week or 3 weeks since my last fill... he was such in a hurry he kept hurting every finger... it was so strange and the whole salon was empty!!! I was the only customer at the time. Then he handed me over to Kim which I was so glad. She was the opposite of the guy with yellow glasses... I've been to all of Trish's salons and this was the first time I have EVER encounter a rude tech! I will never go back to get my nails done at the Indio location. People reading this text beware of the guy with yellow glasses that seats on the far right side of the salon. If you're a walk-in beware he won't even ask you what you want done... strange!! I've been to this place before and I honestly don't know why I went back. The first time I was there, I was sitting next to a pregnant lady, who happened to have fungus on hair toenails and didnt speak english. On my left, I had a lady sitting down on the damn phone rambling about God knows what. Then she fell asleep and was snoring. The pregnant lady didn't like her nail work and the worker used me to help translate. That was the most awkward moment ever. I told her I couldn't tell her she has fungus, it wasn't my job. Plus, that's weird. In the end, the lady doing my nails was okay and very nice. But my experience was not good. I returned again with two other people. Once again, the lady was on the same chair taking on the phone . I tried to explain to the lady all four of us were getting a gel manicure. I told myself at this point "it's going down hill". We had to wait 25 minutes because they only had 1 person there and they told us they were waiting on someone to come back from lunch and they will help us then . In the meantime , the lady started on my cousin. I was ok with waiting, but it was getting to the 30 minute mark and no one walked in. Two ladies walked in and act down. Not even 5 minutes later the man shows up and starts working on those two ladies. Did not acknowledge us or anything. I did ask him "what's going " and "if we were going to get any help" . He said those ladies had an appointment. I was in shock on how dumb these ladies and how money hungry they are. Instead of telling us that is was 1 hour wait and loosing money, they saw three people and saw money. Instead they lost 3 clients and earned a bad review. I was in shock when the lady who seems to work in the back, who didn't understand us in the beginning, started laughing at us. I swear only because my mom was there..... I hate myself for not recording this. These people suck in the end and deserve no stars read more

If it wasn't for Melissa fixing my brows I'd give this place one star based on my experience during my initial visit to get my brows done by this HIGHLY recommended Sophia. I have family member that swore by Sophia and how well she does brows. Sadly when I got there and explained what I wanted, I was brushed off by Sophia and she did the EXACT opposite of what I wanted. I was so upset since I asked her to leave the top part of my brows alone and that was the first thing she touched. I'm very sensitive about my brows and expected much more consideration for what I wanted since she was recommended so much, but she had a very cocky attitude and I'm unsure why, my brows came out uneven and short! If you're looking for someone to decide for you how your brows should be, then she's your girl.. if you want someone to actually care about how you want your brows done, either go someplace else or see Melissa. read more

I went in and had my eyebrows threaded for the 1st time. I've always gotten them waxed. I made sure to tell the lady doing my brows what I wanted which was a thick, arched brow. Well.... that didn't happen. I ended up getting super thin straight looking brows because the lady threading took a ton off the top of my brows. Lesson learned.
