I paid $250 for nothing basically give my money for them to stop coolant from running out of my car. Didn't give me a call to see what else need to be done to it.They claim they drove it put coolant in it and no leaks but that was a lie. Scam artist to fullest degree. EDITED REVIEW AFTER FURTHER CONSULTATION. Ray (the owner) is a really nice guy and extremely accommodating. Always willing to drop what he's doing, work on my family's cars, and order parts immediately. Additionally, Ray is extremely well-liked by the local community as he goes out of his way to make local tenants in the business park feel like he is apart of his family. After I wrote the initial review, Ray walked over and explained the entire situation. He made me felt really assured that he valued my safety over his need for payment. Additionally, Ray offered to give a payment plan if I was extremely dissatisfied only to cover the hard costs. Also, as a last point to ensure that Ray has done awesome work. He has even gone out of his way multiple times to diagnose and fix multiple common issues at cost without including a fee for himself. Now, I don't expect this at all (nor should any normal customer expect this) but it just goes to show how much he values his work, his clients, and the relationships that he's developed over the years. read more

To us Riteway feels like family because they have been around for many years! We have never had a bad experience or bad service when we come to bring our vehicles! The owner is very nice, but they are scam artist I went in there by myself not thinking anything of it and paid for things they never even got fixed. I needed hub bearings bad and they tricked me and said i needed it on both side so i have to come back for the other side .. they never fixed the first hub bearing until i mentioned it months later when i came back and noticed they really didn't fix one side because both hub bearings were rusty ... so i got the other side fixed why did i check both side this time and they snuck and put a new one on the original one that they said they fixed .. never going back dishonest people read more

Have brought several of my vehicles in here for a variety of repair work, from basic brake jobs up to and including body work. They've always been very open with me about the potential time frame for the repair (so I could schedule accordingly) as well as been more than reasonable on price. Most recently they were able to fix a minor body repair so quickly they didn't want to charge me for the time! Really glad to have a local mechanic that I trust who knows my cars and my family. Usually a decent place. My opinion of Ray completely changed after this last episode, however. A week repair (at the most) took 3 weeks to complete. Ray couldn't fix the problem, had to send it to another shop, and STILL wanted to charge me full price for the work. When I argued that a discount would be fair, he proceeded to yell and holler at me over the phone. Very unprofessional. Sad, but I'm not going there again. read more
