Very disappointed with this company. We build a home and installed some glass with them and they had one room they not only didn't complete but they will not return any of my calls. Additionally between the owner of this company and the builder we worked with there was a large scratch on our master shower glass and I not only offered to just pay for it and have it replaced because no one would resolve the situation but they refused to come out and even service my house. We understand that things happen but not returning her phone calls is not OK much let alone completing the job. There are so many great glass companies out there I highly advise getting multiple bids because you certainly get what you pay for here. Very disappointed in the owner specifically and his lack of being able to communicate with whatever the issue was. Zero surprise to not here from this company! Update 2/20- never hear back from them. Loved the positive attitude of the two young men who delivered the glass table top I'd ordered. They were surprised to see that the top didn't fit exactly (until I told them that I had been the one to give the measurements). I didn't realize that they would have done that for me. I was off by about ¼ inch on the width. They centered it on the table for me so only of an inch was overhanging on each side. I figured it was better than being too short! Even though I was wearing a mask, one of the men said I didn't look very happy. I said I was upset with myself - measuring exactly isn't my strong suit! He suggested they take it back and polish it down. I was hesitant to do this as I really wanted the table protected as soon as possible and wasn't sure how long it would take. I asked what he would do if it was his table...."take it back"...and so they did. I asked how much additional (since this was after all my error) this would cost and he said he didn't think the owner would care if they just did it since I live only about 10 minutes away. I was pleasantly surprised to have them call me later and ask if they could deliver it again. My original delivery window was between 3-5 pm. They originally arrived close to 3 and I'm writing this review at 4:30! Great service, fair price (no additional charge - although I did give each man a small tip) and fast service from order date until delivery....and re-delivery! Two repairmen who came to renew the seal on the edge of shower door and bottom sweep also adjusted the door and resiliconed the glass panel that abuts the door. They were quiet and efficient and the price was reasonable. read more

I work at a business in downtown LaGrange. When we opened the store on Thursday, we found a HUGE crack in our front window. We called immediately, and someone came right away. However, they said they wouldn't be able to repair it until Monday, with no guarantees it wouldn't crack further by then. It was 20 degrees out and cold in my store. It was late in the day and figured that we would just do what we could to make the window last through the weekend. Much to my surprise, they called me and told me that the guys were on their way to replace the window. I cannot tell you how grateful I was. It was close to 5 pm and getting colder. In any case, the repair and replacement was done quickly and swiftly and they were on their way. We will forever be grateful for the swiftness and professionalism of LaGrange Glass & Mirror. We are so deeply appreciative for the young men who braved the cold to do the repair! We will continue to support this wonderful local business! read more

Pretty impressed for couple reasons. The order process and installation was quick. Unfortunetly one of the mirrors endes up cracking by a an electric outlet. I sent an email, they responded the same day to set up an appointment to exchange into a new one the same week. Reputable business! read more

I have used LaGrange Glass several times and have never been disappointed. Had to have a very large window over my front door replaced. They came out and measured twice to make sure it would fit. Always showed up on time. They called and gave me the date they would install it. Showed up on time and install went great. Cleaned up and my window looks great. The installers were very friendly and explained the process. Recently remodeled two bath rooms and they did the shower doors that turned out perfect. I really hate to leave a bad review for a local business, but it's kind of out of my control. I was trying to get a job done that was time sensitive due to tenants moving into a building. I put all my eggs into this company because they come highly recommend from just about everyone in the area. It took a couple of weeks and constant reminder calls/texts to get the guy to come give an estimate. When he finally did, he just kept complaining on how it was going to be a difficult job. Took his measurements, made his notes, and was on his was. Fast forward a couple of weeks and he never got back to me with the estimate. Clearly, he didn't want to do the job, but I wonder if his company knows that. I was going to call the company direct, but my timeline is gone, and it's going to have to wait until next year. I was open to a few different options if the job we talked about was too difficult, but whatever. It's a shame. Apparently they have enough business that they can pick and choose which jobs they want. read more

I needed a replacement piece of mirror cut for a coffee table that I recently purchased on craigs list. Girl was helpful and I had a new piece of mirror cut in about 15 minutes! read more

On some jobs, they were quick and efficient. On our biggest and most expensive job, they were incommunicative most of the time. When they did reach out, it was to establish a new install date that never materialized and 5 months later it still isn't done! And they won't answer their phones when they know we are calling! Really, really bad business protocol. Delays I can handle, but no communication is intolerable. read more
