She said well he did run his magnet over your driveway, There's NO possible way he did with all the nails that were left and we also have 3 cameras that face our driveway 1 points straight down it one across it and the other the front and the only time it picked anyone up was when he was here picking up the big mess! She did tell me they would be here the next morning between 7-8 am I am still waiting for them but when I called her to ask if there was an eta she blew up on me, was Cussing me out and Hung up on me, Again this was all caught on camera, when I told her I am leaving a review. I was right but they got the old ones out quickly and the new ones in so fast and they finished about 30 minutes before their estimate. They only removed one window at a time and our house never got cold on a 33 degree day This was one of the best customer experiences for a project I have ever had. After the install, I had a question about one of the windows since it looked like there was a small crack at the top corner and they sent someone out to look at it right away. It turned out it was just some glue residue that was attached on the inside of the window that made it look like a crack and was easly scraped off with a razor blade.
