It actually was much cooler outside in the lobby and in the mall than it was inside the theater; at least in #5. Also, during the movie, Mortal Kombat 2 (don't judge lol), there was an issue with one of the speakers. There was a loud "banging" noise that I thought was part of the fight sequence soundtrack, but then the level didn't change, and it interfered with hearing the actors dialog... pretty annoying. It lasted for about 5 minutes, then it finally stopped. With the staffing cutbacks (self ticketing, no greeter or ushers, limited concession staff), I know it must be difficult to manage the bldg, but the uncomfortable conditions and sound issue, it certainly doesn't make it enticing to return. The overall movie was okay, notwithstanding the issue, but it's been better.

I remember when consolidated first started serving these upgraded food items the burgers were TRULY Signature burgers because those patties you could tell were handmade. I'm not really sure how they changed but they are truly HORRIFIC now. Inside the theater it was clean. It was a good thing that the movie was so empty because we ended up having to move seats because the seat mechanism didn't recline at all. If it wasn't for Azlyn and Brook, then I would have rated this experience a LOT worse, thanks to those wonderful customer service agents our entire experience was so much better.
