I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience after my husband and I returned to Lake Austin Spa and Resort for the first time since it came under new ownership. The resort is now owned by a REIT (real estate investment trust), which typically focuses on maximizing profits by cutting costs--and unfortunately, the effects are noticeable. What We Enjoyed: - The staff and instructors were wonderful, and the classes remain a highlight of the stay. Where It Fell Short: - The renovations have stripped much of the resort's former charm. The spaces now feel commercial and impersonal. - The dining room, once cozy, now resembles a nursing home cafeteria. - Beautiful, home-like furniture has been replaced with generic Westin-style pieces. - Harsh LED sconces and bright LED bulbs in the room diminished the tranquil atmosphere. We often had to keep the lights off to avoid being blinded. - Meals were acceptable in taste but frequently served lukewarm rather than hot, which was especially disappointing for soups. Overall, while the people and programming remain excellent, the atmosphere and attention to detail have been compromised under the new management. I was delayed by a major traffic accident while driving to my appointment. I called immediately to explain the situation, and the manager could hear the emergency sirens during our conversation. I asked if I could reschedule or receive any accommodation, but the full deposit was kept. I later appealed directly to the General Manager, who confirmed that no exceptions are ever made, even for circumstances completely outside a guest's control. I understand businesses need cancellation policies, but I was surprised that a luxury resort chose not to exercise any discretion in an emergency. Prospective guests should be aware that if something beyond your control prevents you from arriving, you will lose your entire deposit. read more

We stayed at lake Austin resort and spa for my birthday. When we arrived it was night time so we didn't really get a good glimpse of the property. In the morning my husband and I took a shower and we noticed mold on the shower curtains. We tried to sign up for the activities and the hike was full and we were in the wait list. I just couldn't believe that they couldn't have more hikes through out the day for the price that we paid we were on the waitlist for an activity. Unfortunately our son had a stomach bug and ended up in the hospital. He is a type 1 diabetic and if his ketones are high we need to go to the hospital. We had to leave after our first day. We did end up getting a massage which was amazing, however the spa area was lacking. The sauna was cold and super dusty. It was just all around dusty everywhere. I felt so stuffy anytime I walked around the resort. The food was ok but not adequate for the price. So all around sad trip. I don't recommend going there because even though we had to leave for a medical reason we weren't given a partial refund and the manager isn't very understanding. So there goes $5,000! read more

I have been coming to Lake Austin spa for the last 12 years. Have probably been 10 times. I just spent a weekend there in March 2026 with my husband and can confidently say that this place has completely lost its boutique luster and has sold its soul to corporate America. It truly felt like a Marriott at best. The worst part is that the price doesn't reflect the downgrade in this resort. The resort is still riding on the coattails of what it once was. What we enjoyed during our stay: - The class instructors are great, and the classes remain a highlight of the stay. Dave and Donna are our favorite instructors. Becky too but we didn't see her this time. - The water activities are great and the water staff are very accommodating and nice! - We had great spa treatments Where it fell short: - The renovations have stripped much of the resort's former charm. An example of this commercial/impersonal feel is the transactional wine vending machine in the main living room. - The dining room, once cozy with warm lighting, now resembles a nursing home cafeteria. - Beautiful, home-like furniture has been replaced with generic Westin-style pieces. - Harsh LED sconces and bright LED bulbs in the room diminished the tranquil atmosphere. We often had to keep the lights off to avoid being blinded. - Food is acceptable in taste and very hit-or-miss. - Breakfast used to be a huge highlight of the trip with a large selection of made-to-order items. Now, the made-to-order menu has been slashed in half. A buffet of premade soggy parfaits and some bland pastries sits out. - The spa relaxation room is still beautiful, but they don't even have proper snacks and threw a couple of mints in a bowl. - The property garden is completely baron now and no longer in use at all. There used to be a sprawling garden with herbs and flowers that would even be used by the chef in the meals. - Housekeeping comes once a day and just replaces towels and barely makes the bed. I heard other guest groups chatting about the lack of housekeeping. Agree with some other recent posters. I am from Austin but moved away years ago, but have enjoyed visiting Lake Austin Spa on occasion when I am in town to visit. Twenty years ago it truly lived up to its title of one of the best spas in the country. Now? Not so much and I learned while there that they got bought out a few years ago. This was my first time back since that happened. First of all, all of the emphasis is now on the resort and the spa feels like an after thought. The prices are still really high but the quality has gone down. The men's sauna AND steam room were out of order. The espresso machine was out of order. Where there was once healthy snacks and teas there was a random bowl of individually wrapped Lifesaver mints. The towels in the locker room were frayed. The pool wasn't set up with any towels on the chairs, and there were a couple of moldy pool floats hanging around. The gardens have been decimated and the food was clearly just some Sysco junk, whereas it used to be really healthy, thoughtful meals. And the staff couldn't keep up with the number of people in the Cafe, it was so crowded. The worst part was how overcrowded it was. I understand they want to make a buck, but part of what youre paying for at a spa is tranquility. Its hard to achieve that when you have so many people booked that there's nowhere to sit at lunch, there's a constant cacophony of sound trailing up the stairwell from the many gaggles of women there for group outings, and the staff seems largely oblivious to it all. Its sad really...this place used to be amazing but I wont come back. Not worth the money when you can get something better at the Four Seasons for the same amount. read more

Most overrated resort. Stayed in September for my birthday. The food is so weak, the room service was awful, the service was ABYSMAL. The facilities are meh. It was my first birthday since becoming a widow last year and I was really looking forward to it. Almost everything we ordered had some kind of mistake or wasn't hot. They had no clue about any of the wines on their list. The room was also meh. Bed was so so. It was so expensive. I'm just really sad how it turned out. Avoid this place. Terrible service - while checking out yesterday, the man at the front desk wearing a bun was completely useless and rude; kept interrupting me, didn't know how to look up my final invoice, nor could they explain t provide me with a final folio and I have yet to hear back. I'm having my credit card refund me because service is so terrible and they won't respond to emails following up on my invoice, yet I continue to have new charges to my credit card. Staff needs training because most of the people at the front seemed very uninformed. Rooms were dirty, getting towels refreshed required walking down to the front desk because they don't answer the phone and it still took another 45 minutes of waiting. Food was also subpar. I've been to wellness retreats around the world, worked in the travel/food magazine industry, and I can confidently say this place should be a pass which I will also inform my colleagues. I also got a hydrafacial and Becky damaged my skin, leaving bruises. I get monthly hydrafacial at a med spa and have never had this issue before. If you're a luxury traveler and choosing between Miraval Austin and here, Miraval is a better experience as long as they don't have a corporate retreat happening on property -- more expansive, better views, activities and service. My happy place, it's a robe and relaxation paradise! Love everything about it, the oil and hot tub outside is great to relax and read, has great service there. I do the hydro circuit and had it all to myself m. I would come again for q massage. I love the buffet lunch too, really helps you stay longer and focus on being present and relaxing. The people who work there make it depressing. My massage was one of the most mediocre massages I've ever had. The spa relaxation room is still beautiful, but they don't even have proper snacks and threw a couple of mints in a bowl. I have made 6 phones calls/voicemails/messages to the general manager about a refund. None of my phone calls have ever been returned. I did speak to the general manager one time and she said that she would give me a partial refund. The partial refund has never been applied. Not sure why she still has a job there if she can't call me back and lied to me about the refund. I was told she was the escalation point. The rooms are old and outdated. The rooms smell like mold and mildew. They put a diffuser in the room to cover the musty smell. The fragrance from the diffuser is overwhelming and caused a headache even after the diffuser was removed. Even though I booked a king room, all they could offer me was room 18 which had 2 queens. The room had a sloped floor due to foundation issues. The TV did not work. The lamp did not work. The shower door did not go all the way to the floor and I stepped out into 3 inches of water on the floor due to the inferior shower door. The garden library smells like mold and mildew. The food was fine - not organic, some processed and ultra processed food is available. The chef was extremely pleasant and took great care of me. The staff seems to work hard and is very professional. Unfortunately, the staff has no authority to resolve complicated issues or financial issues - so nothing gets done. When I was onsite, I was told the general manager was unavailable and it could be hours or days to hear back from her. Again, 6 calls to the general manager over 2 weeks and nothing has been done. No email, no phone calls, no refund, nothing. The general manager ruins all the hard work her employees put in. This is not a wellness hotel. This is a toxic environment with a mix of chemicals and mildew/mold in the rooms. There are many other better options in Austin to spend your money at. read more

Heaven on earth. It's one of many superlatives to describe our incredible four-night girls' trip. It was an ideal spot to relax, reconnect, and indulge in luxury. The spa is world-class, and the treatments are incredible. We booked facials, massages, floating meditation sessions and intensive foot repair - we were so pampered that, while reluctant to leave, we left feeling relaxed, refreshed and recharged. The energizing fitness classes, yoga sessions and morning hikes were first-rate and allowed us to indulge in the fabulous organic, farm-to-table meals and the scrumptious desserts. The staff is exceptional and I wish I could remember everyone's name but would like to give a shout-out to Michelle, Logan, Dave, Shana, Nette, Kathy, Bianca, Dennis, Cale and Renee as well as to everyone we interacted with while we were there. I have enjoyed the experience of Spa's in and outside of the United States for years, and have been pleased with Lake Austin Spa in the past but was totally disappointed with my experience today. The massage itself ($220 for 50 minutes) was meh. He (Bud the massage therapist) totally skipped my hands and scalp. He also appeared to be "saving his thumbs" because even though I expressly stated that I would appreciate work under my shoulder blades, he only used his fists and did not use his thumbs to break up the knots... which is the only way to make a difference on this part of the back. The lunch, in a beautiful setting when outdoors, was also meh - slow service (had to ask for silverware) and the food was not very yummy. In addition to the $220 massage, they charged a non-optional $50.60 service charge per treatment as well as an "experience fee" of $55.00 per service, which equates to over $200 in up charges (for a 30 minute facial and 50 minute massage) for a total of over $650.00 for my friends that had both services. The setting on Lake Austin is stunning, but the outdoor hot tub was broken (cold) and the jets did not work on the indoor hot tub. Ugh. And to cap off the whole experience, when I said to Onyx at the front desk (who presented himself as the manager, but did not have "Manager" on his name tag) that I was displeased with the price (or should I say value for the dollar) he said "Not everyone can afford a luxury spa!" My response to that was the truth... I can afford a luxury spa but will not waste my money on the formerly wonderful Lake Austin Spa ever again. What a shame... read more

My sister, my aunt, and I took my mom here for a birthday celebration. We each got the same "package" - a Swedish massage, facial, and lunch for $550 each. Upon checkout, they charge a mandatory 23% gratuity. This is a pretty expensive day out, and I was really looking forward to the massage, especially for my right foot, which has been giving me problems lately. They give you form at the beginning to fill out what areas you would like specifically focused on. I indicated the ball of my right foot. What I got was a mediocre massage without the guy touching my feet at all. When I met up with my party after our massages, they all told me they got foot massages with their massage. My mom said I should've asked for the foot massage, but I just kept expecting it to happen like it always does at every other massage I've ever had. I also figured they somehow communicated what i wrote down to the massage therapist. Why else ask? I mentioned this when I was checking out, and the man at the desk said he would " talk to Benjamin about where the miscommunication may have been." no apology, no real concern. But definitely charged me that mandatory 23% gratuity! The facial was pretty good, so I added a star. When I got here, I saw other people getting tours of the place and wonderful introductions to it, but my person just basically dropped me off in the locker room. This was an expensive and disappointing experience, and I will not be back. read more

Lake Austin Spa We purchased a day package with lunch. Everyone was very nice and attentive. You fell pampered and relaxed as soon as you enter the lobby. I selected the Aroma Swedish Massage and the Coconut-Mango Body Bliss treatments. Misty did both of my treatments. She is fantastic! Our lunch was ok. Mine was supposed to come with a side salad, but I never got it. Also if you order any alcoholic beverages look at the menu and show the wait staff exactly what you want or you will end up with the most expensive drink. They also have a "service charge" for the drink. It wasn't clear on the menu today. I'll definitely go back for the spa treatments. read more

Visited in a Monday for their Local Luxe service which includes a Hydrotherapy Circuit with thermal mud and invigorating cold plunges. This was my first time visiting the resort, and we were in for a treat. The spa facility is located in a different location than the actual resort. Upon entering, we were greeted, required to fill out a couple of forms, given a tour of the spa facility and robes plus shoes for our stay. All non-alcoholic drinks and a lunch was included in our service. We were told we could stay until the resort closed which we did utilize. Our service was equipped for two people at a time which made it more comfortable and enjoyable. It was a 3 step process, where you rub a thermal mud, rinse off in a hot shower and then cold plunge. After our service we were treated to lunch and was able to use all of the amenities which included a steam room, dry sauna, heated lap pool, swimming pool, and a hot tub. The day was well worth the price. Staff was super friendly and helpful. If you needed anything they were willing to assist. The resort itself is not as outdated as the pictures showcase. There has been recent improvements to make the resort more appealing. read more

The day spa is located on River Bend, not Quinlan Park Rd. This was my first time back in twelve years. Twelve years ago it was once ranked #1 spa in the nation, with guests traveling from out of state. It's no longer #1 according to Travel + Leisure magazine, but it's still worth visiting. The staff is incredible and lives up to waiting on hand and foot. Jenni the supervisor, Brianna, Justin, and Suzanne were all spectacular. This place is a gem and a steal. For only a single 50 minute service of facial, massage or body wrap, you can stay and use their free amenities from 9 AM until closing. I paid $220 for a vitamin C facial with Suzanne which included a thrice swiped alpha hydroxy peel, extractions, vitamin C and massage. Their prices are comparable with Spa Sway at the Domain but with better amenities, Burke Williams, Four Seasons Maui, and Disney Aulani. Free fresh fruit (apples, oranges, and bananas) are located in their Cafe on the first floor, along with free lemonade and hibiscus tea. The relaxation room on the second floor contains free trail mix, gluten free crackers, dried chickpeas, dried beans, dried fruit, tea, and cucumber infused water. For $18 you can purchase a delicious gluten free turkey wrap toasted upon request. The spa has a free hot tub, swimming pool, steam room, sauna and showers. This is one of the last standing spas to still offer free disposable razors while you bathe. Even Disney Aulani stopped offering free razors since the pandemic started. My only complaint is that the fire alarm went off for thirty minutes so two of us weren't able to use the indoor showers before we had to leave. The outdoor shower had a curtain not fully hung on the rod, so there was no privacy. read more

I have been coming to LASR since it opened in the 90s. I have always enjoyed the beautiful setting but this time I was disappointed with the upkeep of the gardens. It's May and things should be thriving but instead the plantings are full of weeds or dead. The majority of the landscape lights are down or in need of repair. For the money we spent, flew in from out of state, this was not worth the money. The persons who performed my foot service and facial were 5 star all the way. The food was so mediocre as well as the service. Evan who picked us up in water taxi was fabulous! The ride home was a disaster. Boat driver had no clue what she was doing and we had no confidence in her boat desiring skills. She couldn't get into the VRBO dock and really wanted us to volunteer to jump in the gross water and to get to shore. It was awful and no apology was offered for the work we did to help get the boar into a position where we could hop off. This was a total liability and I can't believe this person was allowed to drive patrons around and actually charge for their service. I would not recommend this place. I had higher expectations for this expensive experience and if it wasn't for my girls I was with, it would have been a bust. read more

Low review is mainly because of the food - I have celiac disease and was assured by staff that my salad could be safely prepared but ultimately there was cross contamination and I was glutened. This was my 40th birthday present from my dad. Lord knows I won't let him know my thoughts because it was a lot of money he worked hard for and spent it on me for a half day of spa day here. First, let me sum it up with the services I received: Texas Starry Night massage and a C Facial. My massage was excellent. He was wonderful and knew what he was doing. Hard to find these days! The facial was very good as well- but keep in mind it is 50 min including the time you change and get tucked in. Also- this does NOT have extractions or steam. It's mainly you're paying for the gentle peel. Otherwise, it's washing your face, face mask, and putting cream on it. No extractions- you'll leave w pimples and blackheads the same as you walked in. That said, the aesthetician was very knowledgeable and nice. Pros for this place: they carry quality products (Skinceuticals, Jane Iredale, Dr. Gross), service staff (therapist and aesthetician very nice), good wine selection Cons: the lunch that is included is teeny tiny. I took a picture of my avocado hummus and my "entree" of quinoa. It didn't fill me at all. I'm glad I brought my own snacks. Next, they don't open the little mini restaurant until 11, so if you book something at 9am, bring your own food and snacks. They have apples and oranges out, but that's it. Coffee and tea are there- but no soy or almond milk seen. Also, the women's bathrooms have NO locks on the bathroom doors. All are broken or not working. Additionally, they have one changing room (which had dirty underwear on the floor in it), so everyone is naked and changing unless you cram into an unlocked bathroom. There are windows from the outside area into the locker room, so anyone sitting outside can see you change. Not cool. The curling iron didn't work. They had 3 showers only and you need to wait since it was very busy. So plan on waiting to take a shower. Upstairs in the blue room (waiting room), the ceiling has major water damage. Brown spots all over...and a bug fell on me from goodness knows where. The pool is crowded and limited seating. Get there early to get a spot in the shade under an umbrella. The steam room in the women's bathroom had no "eucalyptus"--essentially it was a "sweaty smelling" steam room. I inquired and they said it hadn't been cleaned in a while- they were sending someone but I had to go to my facial so didn't have time to wait. Staff at check in made it very very clear that we are not to go to the resort area. Not the most welcoming "welcome." And while the wine is a good selection, it is extremely pricey...par for the course I guess. Overall- I'm sure the professional staff are very good. However I feel sick to my stomach my dad spent this on me, and the entire experience would have been better spent (and less $$) by just going to Lifetime Fitness where locker rooms have locks, changing rooms, clean steam rooms, enough seating at the pool, etc. it was not worth the money. And even when I mentioned this to two sets of people who worked there, no one seemed to really be phased by it. Disappointed to say the least. This is my fifth visit to Lake Austin Spa Resort! I travel from the San Francisco Bay Area just to spend time at one of my most favorite places! I have come with my daughter on one visit and with a girlfriend on another and this was my third trip by myself - I really needed some healing time. Every member of the staff is so welcoming and accommodating, the food is beyond delicious with a range of choices, the daily 'menu' of activities is wide-ranging whether you want to just relax or get in top physical shape, the boutique had beautiful choices and the manager Kim is delightful! And that is just the the Resort part... The Spa has all kinds of treatments! I rolled in with lower back pain from stress. Every day I had a massage to try and resolve it. My two massage therapists: Christina and Jason were fantastic! The grounds are beautiful and gorgeous to stroll around. Pack your bag and just go! read more

FALLING METAL & DISCONNECTED STAFF: Every birthday for the past 30 years, my sweet husband has planned a pampering day for me at various upscale spas in Austin and the surrounding areas. I've been to Lake Austin Spa Resort several times, and even invited friends to join there. But my last experience was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and uncomfortable. Upon arrival at the check-in area, the hostess was on her computer. Despite me being the only customer at the desk to check in, she was clearly irritated and had ABSOLUTELY ZERO interest in greeting or helping me. Eventually she acknowledged me, but it wasn't a relaxing or welcoming exchange. I made my way back to the changing area (without any direction from her) only to find no clean robes. I went searching and eventually found another staff member and asked her for a robe. She was gone searching for awhile and eventually provided me a robe. As she handed it to me, she apologized and stated that they only had xsmall clean robes, which was a bit too small for me. I told her I would wait for a larger size, otherwise, I would be exposed. She eventually brought my size. Next, I went into the dry sauna, turned it on, and sat down. There wasnt anyone else in there with me, so I closed my eyes to relax and forget all my worries. Just as I had settled in, I was abruptly hit very hard in my forehead by something sharp. I opened my eyes and saw a metal object on the floor. I looked up and saw that this metal object had come detached from the ceiling. It appeared that the pressure coming from the ceiling/sauna, had forced this metal piece to detach from the ceiling, and hit me in the forehead. I took the metal piece to the front desk and explained to the unfriendly staff member what had happened. I handed her the metal piece and showed her where it hit me. She just looked at it; no emotion and no response. I explained that it had hit me hard in the forehead, then pointed to the red/dented area on my forehead. She didn't ask if I was OK. She didn't ask to see where it came from in the sauna. She didnt apologize on behalf of LASR. She could've cared less. She took the metal object and put it behind the check in desk. Her lack of concern set the tone for the rest of visit. I had an appointment to get a service, so I let that staff member know what had happened. She listened, but took no action and didn't seem concerned either. After my services, I purchased a variety of skin care products, then left. Due to the discomfort of the hit and the total lack of concern from the staff, this WAS NOT a relaxing, enjoyable experience. NOT ONLY am I disappointed in the lack of professionalism in the staff, but the lack of BASIC HUMAN CONCERN was a first for me... and the LAST time I'll ever visit Lake Austin Spa Resort. read more

3.5 stars. Nice location for hills and river views and activities, but far from Austin and the airport if that matters to you. I was here for a business meeting, so I had more limited time to enjoy every amenity (plus it was drizzly, so that was a buzzkill). The indoor swimming pool was fine and the gym was nicely situated with big windows overlooking the river. Meals were hit or miss. Cafe staff was friendly, but a bit frazzled in some instances so I opted not to ask too many questions. Food was decent, not amazing. Rooms were fine, but frumpy. Overall, for these premium all-inclusive nightly rates, I expect a lot more (fortunately, mine was paid the meeting hosts). Compared to other similar spa/resorts I've been to elsewhere, Lake Austin seemed to underdeliver on service and quality. read more

Been here several times but something has changed. Not sure if it's new management or something else. For the men's locker room, amenities don't work. Steam room didn't work. Dry sauna didn't work. Maintenance swung by but couldn't help before I ran out of time and had to leave. Spa treatments are scheduled so one would think this resort would have amenities turned to use in time - especially for when it averages $2k per night per couple. Very formula w gimmicky chopping and superficial rubbing. Not technical or clinical at all. Left more stressed out. Mornings on the property are gorgeous. You can sit outside on a dock by the river, enjoy a cup of coffee, and listen to all the birds sing and see small fish breach water to catch little insects. You can truly live in the moment until the outside eating area starts playing cheesy music (with no guests around). Reminded me of a tacky resort in Cancun. Food was good - can't knock that. Was clean, hearty, and nicely done. Wine list was lacking in variety and the mark up was about 80-100%. The scenery is what this place is about. It's an escape but not what it used to be. read more

Bought my wife a half day spa experience for Valentine's Day and she finally got around to using it this past weekend. Booked two massages and planned to spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing in the sauna and steam room only to find out they were closed. Her therapeutic massage was rough and the masseuse admitted it was his second day. After the second massage the masseuse forgot to lower the table so when we went to hop off she was surprised to find that she had no footing which isn't good when you are already dealing with a torn MCL. I emailed the resort asking for someone to talk to about her experience and never received so much as an acknowledgement of my request. I have sent her here several times over the years and she has always enjoyed her visits but it appears those days are over. Save your money and go to canyon ranch. read more

At check-in, my credit card was declined because the large charge set off a fraud alert by my bank. It seemed like the staff member processing my payment assumed this was due to some nefarious reason. Rather than ask for an alternate form of payment, try the card again, or offer any solution whatsoever, she became reticent and simply stared at me with a disapproving look that said, "please leave." I realize this spa is rather elite, but my guess is that there are normal folks who work really hard to save up enough $$ for a relaxing time here. They might enter the beautiful lobby in desperate need of a retreat, feeling anxious and out of place among the well-heeled in their midst. They don't need to feel bad here, of all places. After trying other high end spas in Austin, this one was highly recommended by friend. I went for a scrub and massage at over $600 when the 23% surcharge was added, also this didn't include lunch. The gal was very clear and rude at the front desk that day spa guests weren't allowed down to the lake or any resort activities. "For the privacy of their resort guests". This was off putting for the cost. Restaurant was mediocre at best, facility was not maintained well especially in the restroom and locker area. I would not recommend this resort. read more

Unfortunately, I do not recommend for a weekend get away. This has been on my to do list and was very unhappy with our weekend there. Overall, nice facilities and location. Food was pretty good, spa services were really nice, except for facial. The problem I had was overall service which just soured all of the good. It makes such a difference on at the attention to detail and feeling welcome and overall maintenance of the hotel. It seems like an inexperienced and understaffed location which you feel at every interaction. For the cost, I would recommend other spa getaways where you feel relaxed and not paying attention to the bad service. read more

Thank you! *** I am absolutely appalled that a spa of this caliber has zero consideration for cancellations due to mother nature. So here we are, in a 2 hour school delay due to icy conditions. My BFF and I are extremely excited about spending the day together at Lake Austin Spa. We call for help because we have to get the kids off to school safely before we can head there. We completely understand that there may be no flexibility today but are willing to shift it to any day in the future. We have just been told that we are responsible for 50% percent of the costs for today. We received a text from the schools at 4:25 AM. How are we supposed to give 24 hours notice. In today's age of customer service, I'm shocked that they are not willing to accommodate loyal customers. read more
