So, I bought the tires and showed up with them and my trailer. From this point on everything that went wrong, was my fault. Mostly I bought the wrong size. It wasn't clear how wrong they were until they tried to mount them. In the end, I couldn't get my tires mounted, but I came away knowing I would come back. They were honest, straight forward, helpful, patient and at no point were they trying to upsell me anything. It's not fancy, but if you want someplace with fair prices and that is trustworthy- this is it!

The repair for the "check engine light" would clear for approximately 2 weeks and reappear each time. THEY NEVER CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. The owner would give one repair cost over the phone to my husband and charge me a different repair price on the premises...He claimed that the computer was at fault! As if that wasn't enough, they lost the engine cover to my car without making an effort to correct. Refuse to return a $15 overcharge and want us to deduct it from our next charge when we bring the car back to be repaired! This business was initially dependable about 18 months ago, but given the recent circumstances, I would advise you to choose a different car repair shop. This place is more about money than it is about quality service. It's like playing Russian Roulette...Just don't trust them!

I was on the highway 300 miles away when my tire almost fell off my car with my two and four year old inside. They were the last people to touch the car before a road trip. I even came back and asked them to check out some noises and lack of power. Turns out, I was leaking transmission fluid. When I brought this up to them, They apologized and then went on to question who might have been have unsuccessfully trying to steal my wheel or sabotage my life. Disregarding responsibility for a thourogh job and safety. Offensive lack of ownership. I bring this up because I cringe every time I pass either shop.

Alec, the service and location Manager/Director is the best. He is honest and always comes up with the best and most reasonable repair solutions for my Bimmers. Recently my 2009 X5 finally gave up on me with about 260k miles. He even offered to help me find another X5. Now, that is not your typical repair place! They go over and beyond the normal expectations, even for a hard to please client like me. I finally found a replacement x5 but diesel version and I will trust no one but them to service this replacement vehicle. If you drive an Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, VW, Ferrari or any other European car, this is the only place you should be taking your car for repair, maintenance or service. They are the best! I stand by these guys! The owner is also a beast when it comes to repairs. He has no problem rolling his sleeves up to jump in and help when the guys get slammed! I witnessed this when both of my headlight assemblies needed to be replaced due to faulty wiring (vehicle age related) which included bumper removal.
