To start off had a 8am appointment. Got there at 8am told them I had a complete exhaust with 4 cats. They pull my jeep in and check the engine telling me my motor is bad. Wrong car for that diagnose. Come back about 10am. Tell me my car is next. Waited and waited and now is 4:30 pm. They finally take my car back and install the cats and muffler. How about I get home and find out the they removed 3 of my old cats. Kept my new ones installed 1 new one And by passed 3 sealing off 1 cat and welding 3 o2 sensor directly in my exhaust Leading to the check engine light to come on because it's not able to read the air flow. So I will definitely be pursuing charges against them if they don't make my car whole again. They are a bunch or fraudsters. This is not a mechanic shop, it's a circus. Please do not let the title fool you. This business will over charge your credit cards and give your money back in cash in an envelope. They will put a faulty part on your car then gaslight you into thinking your car is fixed because they put back on your ORIGINAL part then refuse to give you a refund on the work and labor. It has been a MONTH and i am just now getting my car fixed after pulling teeth with these buffoons. Save your money and your time. I am extremely dissatisfied with this establishment and will NOT be returning! I have had decent experiences in the past but this place is VERYY disorganized and needs better structure. I went around 9:45am and gave my information, which was written on a list. I was told I would be notified when a rack opened up. I waited a total of 6 HOURS (4 hrs at the place and 2 away). I went back to the receptionist around 3:30pm and was told she apparently "forgot to finish writing down my service information". I was unable to get any service done because the auto parts warehouse closed at 2pm. Please be aware that this place may waste your time! read more

Extremely terrible shop, services, and employees. Their goal is to take your money and keep you coming back and pay them more rather than doing the services that you paid for CORRECTLY the first time. Doing service with this shop will cause you to eventually get into an accident because of the lousy "job" they do. They misdiagnosed the car, told me I had a bad engine, and then offered to purchase it from me. Beware of this place, especially women, because they already feel we know nothing about cars. I left my car there for 1 week to be serviced. I only left it there because when I called (which typically no one answers), and did get a response, noone seemed to know what was going on. In the meantime, after my car had been there for a week, I went to pick it up, it was still doing the same thing it was doing when I brought it there. On top of that, someone had been living in my car. Whoever it was, and I suspecting it was one of the mechanics because of the smell that was in my car, he had not been bathing. They had gone through my personal belongings and paperwork in the car because my paperwork was sprawled all over the floor in the car. And, they had children's videos and someone's personal clothing and shoes left in my car. I would only use them for brakes, oil changes, and catalytic converter. 4 years ago they were recommended by a local vendor I've done business with for YEARS and respect but Rainbows approach didn't warrant or live up to that referral. I bought pipes i wanted installed. I waited an hour to be seen. They finally lifted my car and told me the pipes the vendor sold me would not fit and that I needed a whole new system. Clearly they saw girl and thought 'stupid' :-/ I immediately told them to drop my car. I drove off with my pipes and eventually found my now "forever mechanic" who installed the pipes and new mufflers beautifully. read more

The  breather cover that covers the radiator those are sticks that I rigged up temporarily. Until I get my social security check and I can have someone to refix all the stuff that wasn't complete. It may be simple things but they were intact when I took my car there. I don't know why people choose to do women this way. Just not the first time. Second time!! This was a great muffler shop for women. They replaced my catalytic converter and abs sensor in a few hours. Their prices were surprisingly reasonable. Converter was $329 which included part and labor. I bought sensor from O'Reilly and they put on for $80. I saw the 4 workers arrive to work way before 8 am and three open promptly at 8 am. Get their early because there is always a line by 7:30 waiting to get service. A woman was there wit her small children and they worked on her vehicle quickly so she could leave due to Pandemic. I will certainly go back there with any car issues and I live near Decatur. I have. 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with 216,000 miles and they made my car drive like brand new again. I would not take on road trips but I have a safe car to drive in the state of GA. read more

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I dropped my car off at 8:00am as soon as they opened to check on my brakes. The man told me it would take 1-1.5 hours. I went to work and never heard anything back. I called around 10:30 to check on the status and they had not even looked at it yet (which was fine it was still early). I called back around 2:00 and the man said they were pulling it in now to take a look at it (I said I would be there in an hour). I went in at 3:00 and they still hadn't pulled it in. Please tell me how my car sat there all day long from 8-3 and never got looked at. The customer service is terrible and I'm so glad I took my keys and left. RUN AWAY! The worst experience EVER came in to get my left catalytic converter replaced they replaced the WRONG side. Check engine light came back on. They told me I needed both my exhaust manifolds replaced ok got that replaced and they put the left catalytic converter on only to find out they NEVER put my oil dipstick back in place. I'm driving and my truck is now making noise and ticking. Come back up here and they acting nonchalant about the situation. All I know is if I drive 10 hrs away and my truck is messed up they will be getting sued!!! read more

Hello I look at the reviews and they was the reason I went , worst mistake of my life.these ppl had my car 3 weeks and no one could tell me nothing, I had to talk to owner in which I didn't speak to till the last week.please watch your receipt she will tell you cheap price but then have a higher price on receipt.my car went in for running hot.i paid $850 in all,went to pick up car bcuz they said it was ready they fix the issues.got home it still was running hot !!! So I took it back next day I was told it was running hot because of head gasket problems, so they said it needed a engine.bought an engine which I had to pay a restock fee of $227.00 because the new manchanic said the car didn't need a new engine, which I paid him $288.00 and the car hasn't ran hot agin.maggie owner told me to let her see that it's not running hot I drive it to them.she was very rude and she showed no concerns about what they put me through between the towing and restock fee that was $527.00 of lost money their..she said she will pay for one are the other with her nasty attitude self. I was told to bring my car in yesterday morning (8:10am) for a AC compressor replacement and that it would only take 2hrs. After calling and calling I was told he'd just staring working on it 2hrs before closing and that I could actually pick it up soon. By then 7hrs had gone by and I'm upset, I'd been lied to. When I got there my car was next there were no other people there cars were being finished from the day before. So based off of what I was told there was no reason it takes this long.
