Early the next morning, I called Sunshine Septic and spoke to a very personable and kind person named Jenna. She scheduled the appointment and in about an hour, the truck was in front of my house! Ben, the technician, was very friendly and a true professional. He explained and showed me the cause of the problem. Ben cleared up the septic tank and cleaned the filter. Problem solved! He also gave me good suggestions and instructions on how to keep the septic tank working properly. They deserve a 10+!! I highly recommend this company!
