After one visit my lower back pain was non existent, I was sleeping better, and other problems that I did not even associate with my back (I was also having knee and shoulder pain) were much better. He didn't try to make me purchase any medications and majority of what he does is done without you having to lay face down. I've been going for about three weeks now and the back pain has yet to return and I am still enjoying great nights of sleep. Although not back pain related, at one appointment, he noticed that I had a cold and alleviated my sinus pressure with a technique that actually cleared my nose! After seeing the difference in me, my boyfriend is about to start seeing Dr. Mirza as well. I only have a couple of sessions left, but I would like to go at least once every month to make sure I continue feeling as good as I do now.

He also gave me a few really great adjustments and recommend recommendations for home that I didn't even realize I needed. In fact, I didn't even realize how weak certain parts of my body were until my visit with him. And now, I can't wait to come back. The whole process from start to finish with super simple: I booked online through Zocdoc, which was seamless. Diana, who works in the office, reached out to confirm almost immediately after and sent me the forms I needed to complete. I arrived for my appointment, and was seen pretty immediately. I have been going to a chiropractor to relieve chronic neck and back pain for years - since I was in my 20s and it always consisted of 3 appointments a week for 5/10 min with those electromagnetic pads... you know the routine. With Dr. Paul, he spends 30 min or an hour on you depending on how much time he needs, and he works on you from head to toe. I used to have chronic neck and shoulder pain but I have not experienced that type of pain since seeing him. If I do have pain, I may see him once a year. he also pads his appts with 15 minutes of time in between just for free touch ups! I have sent every client, friend and family member to him. He is a miracle worker and I would gladly pay out of pocket for that kind of care, even with insurance. It's worth EVERY CENT- although you can absolutely submit to your insurance for reimbursement! My husband was on of the biggest skeptics when I first told him about Dr Paul. It took at least one or two years before he actually went bc I paid for the appt in advance. But after just one visit, he became Dr. Paul's biggest fan. I also brought a good friend who was dealing with chronic hip pain for at least a year or two after a fall. She was scared to go but after nagging her for a couple years, she finally went and Dr. Paul fixed her in one visit. Granted she is still scared to go to any chiropractor but I am sure if she felt bad, he would be the first person she thinks of. Once inside, it's bright, colorful, and a cheerful staff member greets you. Unlike other Physical Therapy places, this one doesn't have a sterile clinical feel with lots of beds and plastic dividers sprawled around. Instead, it looks like a place designed for active people who are ready to exercise and stretch their way back to good health. I had an injury that caused major neck/back pain and pesky tension headaches. I exercised patience with this process since the progress is incremental... All of my visits and treatment occurred under the direction of Clinical Director Dr. Anane. He's a licensed chiropractor so clients receive functional rehab and chiropractic care in one place. This doctor has an excellent bedside manner and avails himself to any questions or concerns that you may have. Additionally, all of the functional rehab specialists (Paris, Mia, Migma) who I've worked with are competent and hold Kinesiology degrees. Thanks to the team I am well on my way to recovery. I've also been educated on the holistic and therapeutic benefits of chiropractic adjustments and additional exercises to enhance my current fitness routines.
