The husband and wife team Bill and Stephanie came to our house to take a look at the job and give us an estimate. I texted with the wife for some time on how much they could do, and they sent us a very competitive quote and we signed it, sent it back to them, and they arrived the very next day to do the work. That morning the team arrived, and they were friendly, professional and got to work immediately. I was really impressed with their safety management protocol, using such powerful tools. The cut down work was done in a flash, and then they transitioned to chipping. Once the chipping was done, they raked, swept, and blew away all the debris from the chipping and honestly the area was cleaner than before they started. Such a wonderful surprise! I love the personal accessibility of this team, via phone, text and email. It was a breeze to get a quote, as well as get the work finished, and the price was excellent for how much work this team got done in a very short period of time. The results speak for themselves, and my yard is much safer with this tree removed. Since I can't reply to David H.'s response, I'll restate my complaint. He says, "I never intended…read moreto take your money without providing service," but that's exactly what he did. He signed a contract for $650 for services he knew he couldn't deliver because he knew his truck wasn't working. I paid him $660 because I didn't have exact change, and he was supposed to come back the following day and refund the extra $10, but he didn't. Part of the service he was supposed to perform was weeding. Weeding does not require a truck. Yet, he failed to show up to perform this service. To date, he has not performed any services or refunded my money. He has essentially stolen $660 from me. BEWARE of David H. He is not trustworthy or honest.
