I asked them to perform an alignment on my Mazda this week after I replaced the suspension components myself a couple months ago. In doing so I had screwed up the alignment enough that I thought it would spin out without warning! They were a bit reluctant obviously because I had done the work (and I was reluctant to ask them) but they were able to find and correct the error to make my car drive straight and true again. Once they were able to get around to my car, they did an inspection and found a washer that I'd installed in the wrong place! :-D They were then able to realign the wheels relatively quickly and easily. And the cost was slightly less than other places I'd surveyed. (I was worried they might lose money on this job.) I no longer fear my car will spin out from misalignment. And now I can get new tires without worrying about chewing them up! They gave me the before-and-after numbers, so if the tire place tries to say I need an alignment, I can just wave that at them. :-D Really hope I get to work with Kerner's in the future. They 'fixed' that issue, but when I picked my car up there was a new clunking noise. I took it back in the next day and they said another part was broken with the same area of suspension. They then tried to get me to spend another $800 to fix this issue, and worked around saying they didn't break that part. This establishment, in my opinion, was trying to get more money out of me for an issue they caused. I will never recommend this place to anyone, and will never go back. Might I add, the part that broke was only 5 months old.

I was able to watch my vehicle be worked on through the window. The young gentleman got the lock lugnut stuck in his impact socket and threw the socket on the floor in anger. It appeared he was rushing and had somewhere to be. After about 20 minutes my vehicle was ready. I worked on my brakes about a week or so later and when I had one of my wheels off I heard something rolling around inside the tire. I took it back to the discount tire to have them look at it. I waited about 2 hours for them to finally get my vehicle in, and finally they tell me it just needed to be balanced again and it was fixed. I asked if they figured out what was rolling round inside the tire and was told that they didn't notice anything wrong. Okay fine with me if you say so... The following day, as I was driving, my TPMs sensor light turned on my dash, i figured it has to be that one wheel so I took my tire off and sure enough! It's still in there! I go back to the location and wait another 2 hours and they finally admit it was a TPMs sensor. Nice, they do it for free, everything is good, right? No!!! I then noticed the SAME wheel they did the wheel weights are missing! And on top of that it looks like they aggressively used a wire brush wheel on my wheel and left deep scratches. Seriously, don't come here. Go to a different location, this place doesn't deserve more business for the quality it serves.

We purposefully drive older vehicles ( insurance is cheaper with teen drivers) all with over 100,000 miles and 3 with over 200,000 miles. We live on dirt roads with potholes so our vehicles get the wear from that and teenage drivers. I have always been treated great. They are honest about when they can get to a vehicle which is generally within a couple of days but often the day of. They are honest about what needs to be done now and what could wait if financially we needed to wait a little longer..( never steered us wrong yet.) The owner, manager Ryan, and repair technician have never spoken down to me. They explain what was wrong and ask if I have any questions. When giving a quote they look up the cost of item in a book or online and then add Labor... Which I love because I know they are not just trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I would just like to add in the the 8 years I've been using this auto repair service I've never spoken with a front desk person other than the owner or Ryan who are both males. I've never heard a swear word in the customer area. And my vehicles have never smelled like smoke. My gas is never lower than I would expect not the mileage. I will continue using the car repair place for all the issues that we are unequipped to handle ourselves.
