The pedicure was going fairly well... 5 minutes in, she asked if I wanted a classic or an enhanced pedicure. I choose a classic/regular and to not use a razor or anything on my feet but, as soon I declined and went with the regular $30 service, she scrubbed each foot for a solid 2 minutes and concluded the entire pedicure in 15 minutes. This was the shortest pedicure I've ever had. The leg massage lasted longer. I asked for a different nail technician to complete my nails, because I'm big on customer service. Any service selected by a customer should be good enough to provide quality service. Otherwise, it shouldn't be offered. Additionally, they don't use the sanitary bags for the pedicure; so I was a bit hesitant. The nail service was much better, but still just ok. Unless I am in dire need of getting my nails done (definitely not pedicure), I will choose a salon that's not in leesburg. I think I've tried a solid 6 now.

This may not be the case for all customers, but this was my experience. The last couple of times, my nail service was very rushed; my nails were thick; and the polishing was not smooth. I think it is unethical to double charge a client for a service they did not ask for (even after providing clarity). This is the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. When she was about halfway finished…read morewith doing my nails, I noticed that my thumbnail was extremely uneven. She attempted to fix it, but it never worked. After she finished my nails, I realized that my middle finger nail was extremely crooked. I asked her nicely if she would fix the nail. Her "fix" was to file that nail and the nails around it to make them seem even, which did not work at all. This actually made the nails next to it uneven as well. I kept asking her to stop because it was not helping, but she continued to try. She reluctantly drilled my nail and tried to fix it. I am not a professional, but I have done my own nails for years, and I know that the best way to remove an acrylic nail is to file the top layers and soak them in acetone. She did not soak my nail or even take off the plastic part. She placed a new fake nail on top of the old one and built off of that. Since she did not remove the nail underneath, it was still uneven. I eventually gave up because she did not seem like she was going to do anything else to fix it and she wanted to get to her next appointment that was waiting. That same evening, three nails became extremely loose and are barely hanging on. Considering it was $72, I expected a service that would reflect that price but was left highly disappointed. I will never go back there again.
