This is the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. When she was about halfway finished with doing my nails, I noticed that my thumbnail was extremely uneven. She attempted to fix it, but it never worked. After she finished my nails, I realized that my middle finger nail was extremely crooked. I asked her nicely if she would fix the nail. Her "fix" was to file that nail and the nails around it to make them seem even, which did not work at all. This actually made the nails next to it uneven as well. I kept asking her to stop because it was not helping, but she continued to try. She reluctantly drilled my nail and tried to fix it. I am not a professional, but I have done my own nails for years, and I know that the best way to remove an acrylic nail is to file the top layers and soak them in acetone. She did not soak my nail or even take off the plastic part. She placed a new fake nail on top of the old one and built off of that. Since she did not remove the nail underneath, it was still uneven. I eventually gave up because she did not seem like she was going to do anything else to fix it and she wanted to get to her next appointment that was waiting. That same evening, three nails became extremely loose and are barely hanging on. Considering it was $72, I expected a service that would reflect that price but was left highly disappointed. I requested a fill with gel polish and a regular polish color change. The staff was not friendly. I chose color to 251. The nail tech applied to 257, I did not notice until he already started applying the color. That would be my fault for not speaking up. Now where it gets interesting is the polished change for my toes. He did a terrible job. Did not file and did not buff them just simply applied the polish after barely removing the old gel polish I was charged $50 for the nail fill that's fine $15 for the polish change and five dollars for a removal! I'm from Miami. Just driving thru with some crazy nails and my bf dropped me off this random nail spa because it was close to Popeyes. I'm pleasantly surprised. Very clean and relaxing environment. It doesn't look old or dingy. My nail tech doesn't smile but she's not rude. She's just... not nice. But what matters is how my nails are coming out. So far so good. The little man I had took off layers of my perfectly healthy nails after trying to do a gel manicure, which looked like a 5 year old painted it. I have never been treated so poorly as I was today by this nail tech. She did well on the pedicure, but when we got to my nails it all went wrong. When I showed her my nails were tilting to the right she got snappy and asked me if I wanted to do it. Then when the french tip wasnt going well, she blew up in her language and told another guy to do it. She was literally yelling in the salon and everyone started looking at us. This is my third pedicure at this salon, and I am so impressed with the staff, specifically Loan and Lam - the amazing service I have received each time! They take my specific requests (ie. cut, file, shaping, etc.) into account and exercise careful precision and accuracy. I have been to this nail place three times. The first time my manicure was perfect no issues. The second time I could only describe as the worst manicure I've ever had, polish peeled off, wasn't properly sealed with a top coat, and nails were uneven. When I pointed this out to the manicurist she said she doesn't see anything wrong. And she cut me on all fingers and my fingers burned for a week. She was the thin, very petite woman in her 40s with red hair. The third time I went to a male manicurist (he wears glasses), he couldn't even paint in straight lines and my nails have a terrible bubble like appearance. I sat in the Pedicure chair for 45 minutes before someone got to my had people come in after me and get Service before me.

I'm very saddened to have to write a negative review. I'm huge on giving praise. The nail tech said she could fix a few of my nails still remaining. Because of COVID I had waited a month to find a place open so it was that long since my last set. So a few nails she said she could save and just fill in. It's been a week now and I have a nail coming off. And the ones she filled in were very poorly done. You can see by the picture of just one hand how horrible the set is after one week. They are all deteriorating fast! I have not been putting them through any more than I have ever put my nails through in the past and only one other time in many years have I had this happen. I will say that besides getting one of the worst sets ever.... the people were extremely friendly, the place was immaculate, and their prices very good. I've read others high reviews and am amazed that mine came out the way they did. I did not contact this place about the tragic work done. I was in the area that day. Since this being my first time coming, I will NEVER be coming back. The lady who did my pedicure was rude and very rough. I asked if I could come back another day to get polish done because I'm running late to my other errands, she said no and that Id have to get it now! She didn't even cut my cuticles.....!!!! Had a terrible experience. Was in the area for my daughter's volleyball game and called ahead to get my dip done. The place is dirty, run down and the staff is unfriendly. not god, their pedicures don't look good (the polish is bumpy and unevenly coated) and wasn't the amount of time they had listed, their acrylics weren't put on straight and look uneven at the tips from the filing i asked for coffin and got half of my nails coffin the other half are either round or square, the gel is uneven, the on the under part of the nails wasn't shaved off so their chunky and the guy filled in my cuticles up to on top of my fingers. I was visiting from out of town and took my Mom for mani/pedis. The salon is nice and clean. I had SNS nails and a pedicure. Ty did both. He did the best SNS manicure that I've had, they looked fantastic and lasted 4 weeks. The pedicure was the worst I've had. Beautiful shop, very clean. Kind and friendly staff. I love the pedicure chairs! They are comfortable and easy to get in and out of. The shop is quiet and peaceful (no obnoxious television to ruin your spa experience). Everyone is knowledgeable, but I have the most experience with Ty. My nail technician spent so much time pampering my feet and massaging my calves. She took her time even though a lot of people were waiting to be seen. It's spacious and VERY clean! This place is absolutely HORRIBLE . Everybody that works there is extremely rude. The entire time I was there the owner would look me up and down giving me awful looks. They were very rough on my nails. I went in there to get my acrylics removed and came out with dents and scratches all over them. They didn't even take the time to buff them down. Not to mention the fact that when I paid she practically ripped the credit card out of my hands. She didn't even tell me how much I was paying until after she charged me.Very disappointed.
