We had the WORST experience with this company last night for our prom. They had worked 2 different…read moreproms on the same night and they were already 45 mins late for picking us up to drop us off at dinner. When the bus finally arrived and we were able to get on and we noticed the doors kept swinging open slightly and saw the bungee cords with which the doors were loosely being held with. We also saw the bus was trashed in the back area where we sat. We had arrived at the restaurant 4 Star (which is highly recommended, they were fantastic) and 20 mins later we were finished and waited for another 30 mins for the bus to pick us up. They hardly ever answer their phones and when they do they have an excuse for anything. When the bus finally came we went on again and saw the bus driver talking on his phone while driving all 22 of us to prom! We had to call other people who were already at prom just to make sure that we would still be able to make it in if we didn't make it on time to prom. We finally made it with 2mins before they closed the doors. Afterwards, for once they actually made it on time to pick us up but some parents from the other event had shown up and began to complain to the driver because they were dealing with the same issues as us. To the parents from the other event, I'm sorry that we both had to deal with this on the night that was supposed to be special for all of us. After the parents had left, we had gone to laser tag and arrived barely on time. We finished at 1:00am and told the driver to be at the place by 1:15am, but no one came until 2:00am. Apparently, the driver was getting something to eat and every time we called no one picked up their phones. When someone finally answered, the brother had said that the internal lights in the bus had gone out and they were coming with the hummer limo to pick us up. We had left all of our items on the bus and they had assured us that they had transferred everything over into the hummer limo, although they had forgotten one of the girls bags so we had waited almost 30 mins for them to get the bag. All the while, the brother who was driving was saying that we had to pay him or else he would not drive us home. He was threatening to LEAVE US outside at 2:15am in a strange area that we were unfamiliar with and there were MINORS on the bus with us. When we said that we would call the cops he said, "Go ahead, I will call them for you!" He was extremely rude and disrespectful, he refused to drive us unless we paid him a least half the amount of the original price. We were all tired, upset, and just wanted to get home. Everyones' parents were calling and getting worried, even when parents had talked to him on the phone he showed disrespect towards them. By the time we had finally arrived home it was 3:00am. Now in hindsight I do wish we would have called the police. I would have rather paid someone else who was more reliable, more money than go through all of this again. Please under any circumstances DO NOT rent anything from this place, it is not worth a tainted memory.

She needed an early morning ride to the hospital for back surgery, and I felt badly about not being able to be there with her. She has scheduled a Lyft, but I wanted to "upgrade" her experience and hired Black Diamond for her (through Yelp). She was hesitant to even take the ride after she got in, but she took it because she couldn't be late for surgery. My wife doesn't like to rock the boat and doesn't like confrontation. She paid for the ride and gave a $5 tip "to show dissatisfaction." Well... that doesn't accurately represent her experience, so I'm writing this to make others aware of what to expect if the business owner sends Kathleen in a Silver Ford to pick them up. My wife made it to the hospital on time, but the 1-star review is because of these things that are fundamental failures: (1) Driver Kathleen was NOT wearing a mask even though one is required by local regulations, AND the company advertises that drivers wear masks and that customer "safety, comfort, and peace of mind" are their top priority. (2) Driver Kathleen had her small dog with her, and the dog was on her lap while she was driving. This is not safe nor professional. (3) Car smelled like cigarette smoke. Seriously?! My wif paid double what a Lyft would have cost and got a Ford that smelled like cigarettes. Do you see why I feel terrible that I subjected her to this on the morning of her surgery?! (4) Quoted rate (through Yelp) was $65-80, but upon arrival at the destination the driver said to my wife, "My husband said $85, but I'll give it to you for $80." I called Phyllis for a refund. She only refunded me 174 of it. That 497 is half of my check on a fixed income. 174 barely touches or makes up for that. I can understand a 50-75$ fee.
