Dr. Gallante and his staff are true salt of the Earth kind of people. They first extracted all 4 wisdom teeth for my wife and took excellent care of her, so much so I went back a year later for the same procedure and it felt like they took even better care of me. Dr. Gallante is a kind and genuine surgeon and makes you comfortable every step of the way. I had NO pain through out the whole procedure through the use of local anesthesia. I was told I should eat real food to help with the healing process: protein, chicken, eggs, etc., based on my tolerance. The day after the surgery I was eating pizza. The inflammation was minimal and little to no pain during recovery which highlights just how good Dr. Galante is at what he does. The best dental experience bar none. From the friendly staff, to the dental assistant's and Dr. Paul A. Galante it was an absolute pleasure from the minute I walked in for a consultation. It didn't stop there, as the office worked vigorously to ensure that my insurance would cover the procedures I so desperately needed. When the time came for the actual work to be done it was the smooth and timely. I cannot thank them enough for such a delightful experience. Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and the experience was pleasant from consultation to procedure. Everyone there is extremely nice, made me feel like family, and made the entire experience (which I can't imagine is typically a fun one), very enjoyable! Dr. Galante did a wonderful job from pre-op to post-op--giving me a run down on what he does and why he does it; pardon my lack of dental knowledge specifics. There is a serious lack of customer service skills by the ladies working the front desk. Outright rude. The doctor and techs are great, but that professionalism doesn't extend to the front desk. I can't trust these people handling my information when they clearly do not care enough to show interest in my concerns. read more

I decided not to review them because the incident was just so upsetting but I feel it is important to do so. My 77 year old mom went in to get new dentures last year. The dental technician was great, however the dentist that saw her was rude and unprofessional. He snapped at my mother because she couldn't remember exactly how many years ago she has had her dentures made. Then stormed out. I asked if there was another dentist that could see her but was told that there was only an oral surgeon. Never returned. Now they want to charge me $25 for a copy of her X-rays and I need to go in to sign for it. The insurance has paid for the visit and X-rays. read more

Worst dental experience of my life. I came in with a toothache and the first thing he showed me was a book on the all his "work". Without my consent, they started taking molds of my teeth. They took X-Rays and he told me I had 3 cavities. But, he wanted to have me come back for a private consultation. I asked about my toothache and he said "take an Advil". All he wanted was to sell me vaneers. I could not run out of there fast enough Oh, and he saw me 45 minutes late. I sat in the waiting room with no one acknowledging me or apologizing. The waiting room is small, smelly and uncomfortable. Someone gave me advice over the phone, to surely eat something one hour before arriving for the procedure. When I got to the office, I was pressured to sign papers that completely contrasted that advice. The papers said NOT to eat anything 6 hours prior to the procedure. When I pointed out the contrast, they argued with me. The dentist told me that, legally, he cannot do the procedure unless I signed the paper. They tried to tell me it was just a formality, that it wasn't important. NEVER SIGN A PAPER THAT IS IN CONTRAST TO THE ADVICE A DOCTOR'S OFFICE GIVES YOU. They wanted me to take full liability in case something went wrong. These are not professionals. They are not caregivers. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. read more

These people are not doctors but looters. They do not speak to your insurance agency prior to the procedure and will send you a big bill later. They insist on their own set of Xrays and most of the insurance companies have a set frequency to cover your x ray charges. Not only that, they will ask you to see their own consultant for every problem. I had to get my wisdom tooth extracted, I was asked to make an appointment with their oral surgeon and also get another x-ray. Being a dentist myself, I know that there was absolute no need for an oral surgeon as there the tooth was not impacted or not associated with any other anomaly like a cyst etc. PLEASE BE AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR MONEY I would have given a negative star if it was there. read more

i love this office, i had searched for a dental surgion for my wisdom tooth and came across them: best thing i ever done . i had set up the appointment and then came in ( was greeted accordingly and feiendly staff), did some paper work which was fast cuz i usually dont like papers anyways but this was quick, anyways i then proceeded with the consultation and he was really nice n proceeded with the surgery a month or so later (i chose a later date) and the assistant gave me all the info for my aftercare and now im currently still healing . i recommend this place - friendly and small quick pacing place . i actually brought my brother in here to see the other hygienist.. in which u know - i have already set up an appointment here for me read more

Don't go there if you want to keep your teeth and your money. They claim to take insurance but at the end, present you with huge bill. All I could hear out of dentist's mouth is how much insurance sucks. He would not refill my antibiotic prescription for infected tooth over the phone. I had to come in and wait for an hour after which he reluctantly gave the script. Don't use their oral surgeon either. Please avoid at all costs. Similar to what all the other posts say they are only concerned about the money and their work is mediocre at best. I was thirty minutes late for an appointment once (which I informed them ahead of time I would be) and they charged me $100 for a missed visit. When I called them to waive this fee they were extremely rude. Additionally, I have waited in their waiting for over an hour on more than one occasion for an appointment I had scheduled with them and I never complained once. As others have said and I can confirm they take an excessive amount of x-rays every single time you are there and I am no dentist but this is not what I have experienced with past dentists and it seems like an unnecessary procedure. My name is jimena gutierrez and I have a story to tell. My appointment wasn't until December 22 at 10 o'clock in the morning. we did x-rays to see if the procedure was done correctly from the previous dental place that did my rootcanal. Thankfully the doctor and his assistant notice pus was comming out. They told me the pus was the bacteria from the teeth. He went to the room next door and I remmeber over hearing him and asking the doctor, the doctor responded they should have never perform the rootcanal on her. The doctor came inside and said Ima sorry but I have bad news the teeth was not saved from your previous dental doctor. They were honestly nice because he suggested me three things I can do to tooth number 10 and out of all of them I decided to do a dental implant. and to be honest despite what the negative comment saids I honestly had people that cared. It was denfently a journey because we work together as a team, they were straight forwarder with everything. They showed me what color I wanted the teeth, I whiten before so I can also get the perfect image. I also had a flipper while the gum was healing, i did my reserch as well, everything was self explanatory, my answers were always answered. Those of you that do need a dental implant or anthing i denfelty sugguesed lake view dental. The cost of my dental implant was 2100 and honestly thats not alot bc I went to a secure place and I did my reserch as well and I know that some other places can be a ripp off. And both Dr.Baker and his super nice assistant and Dr. Galante did a wonderful job and after helping me wipe my tears because I am a young girl of 21 with a dental implant still made me feel beautiful because as anybody should always care about their image.
