The friendly receptionists went above and beyond to squeeze me in for an X-ray and exam on short notice. The good doctor carefully cleaned out the problem, prescribed an antibiotic and a mouth rinse, and immediately gave me relief. Thanks to his skill and compassion, I can now relax and focus on practicing my saxophone scales instead of worrying about tooth pain! What really stood out was how attentive and caring everyone was--from the front desk to the exam chair. It reminded me that when I come in for a routine cleaning, if I have to wait a few extra minutes, I'll remember it's because someone else might be in pain, and that compassion is exactly what makes this office so special. In February 2025, I developed horrible tooth/gum pain. My previous dentist stopped taking my insurance & failed to tell me this until I called about an outrageous bill. The next dentist in my area wasn't taking patients for two weeks. I contacted this office (of oral surgery) & was told that Dr. Rannucci was on vacation but his partner oral surgeon was there & I could make an appointment. I specifically asked the young lady on the phone if he not only "pulled teeth" but if he also did general dentistry & she assured me that "he does everything" so I made my appointment. The appointment was for the next day, and early in the morning. I was there on time but imagine my surprise when I spent 20 mins of my "appointment time" listening to the hygienist (a middle aged Caucasian woman with straight dark hair mixed with gray) & the oral surgeon (believe his name is Cappetta.) talking about me & how they would not be able to handle my "care" unless it was to do an extraction. I guess they thought tooth pain made me lose my hearing also. Anyway, they called me to the window & the oral surgeon was pretty dismissive & borderline rude. There was a little back and forth because I was given false information. If he didn't do "general dentistry" and he kept saying I needed a referral. (According to my dental plan I do not need a referral to go to any practice.) why is his office staff stating he does. They wasted my time & I had to both take a day off of work AND get there for before 8am. Ultimately he suggested I go to my old dentist and get a referral but ended up giving me the name of two dentists in my plan that I could call & telling me that after I see them, if I need oral surgery I can "come back here". They couldn't even give me the courtesy of calling those dentists and seeing if they could squeeze me in, due to my high level of pain. I ended up leaving because there was nothing else to do. Also I want to mention that the day I made the appointment I was told I HAD to give a $100 deposit just to see them. Which I did but I made them refund my money. All the while the young lady at the reception desk did my refund request she was smirking. This review may have never happened if I hadn't spoken to my best friend and she tell me she ALSO had a poor customer experience with this office and that same surgeon. She also knows of two additional people that experienced the same. So clearly, this is a pattern. I would sincerely recommend thinking long and hard about coming here unless you like to be mishandled by a doctors office. Sort of a buyer beware situation This is why I do not and would never recommend this office.

From the front staff, Nicole & Ashley were the absolute sweetest and always ready to help with any and every question!! To Dr. Sia whom handled my oral filling emergency less than 24 hours after it happened. To the wonderful assistant Thayany that was extremely patient with my picky needs. (I am not easy to please but they did it stupendously!) Dr. Sia was extremely informative in explaining everything prior to working on my needs. During her work she explained absolutely every step which I thoroughly appreciate as a type A person who needs to know it all!! Doctor even called me last night to make sure I was doing well and settled my mind over what I thought was excessive bleeding. Not at all. They are very thorough and the office runs smoothly. Appointments are flexible and thankfully never have to wait too long. Next comes the process of getting an implant and I'm positive it'll be as delightful as it could possibly be. Initially, my first-time patient experience was to find a suitable and reliable dentist/dentistry practice that would actually listen to my concerns (the patient) as to my molar root exposure with severe nerve-related pains that lasted between January 2026 into February 2026. To my surprise, after receiving a first-time patient assessment and dental cleaning, a petite female dentist at this particular practice (did not catch her name) called me out, stating aloud in front of everyone, "You do not go around dentist shopping..." rather than acting professionally in the workforce, having any sort of empathy, actively listening to my concerns (as the patient), and understanding my severe level of pain behind tears. To my utter dismay and shock, I was beyond repulsed. Instead of arguing or talking back to show my frustrations from professional to professional - which I believe was not worth my time or efforts or energy to utter anything at all - I paid my copayment and left. Not only did the appointment leave me feeling rushed, but my tooth actually hurt worse afterward than it did before the procedure. I was genuinely shocked, because I expected the issue to be resolved, not made more painful. At this point, I'm unsure about returning and would have appreciated more care, attention, and follow‑up regarding the discomfort I experienced. Then to make matters worst the practice double bill my insurance for the service this caused my benefits to go to zero dollars and I still had to pay out of pocket roughly 800.00 dollars.
