I'm not really sure how this place is even allowed to be open, everything was broken including the lanes all uneven atleast the 3 we tried yes 3 first lane made it 3 rounds before ball got stuck then moved us one lane over lights never came on then the next lane over and no matter how you threw the ball it always curved left the lanes are bumpy...I've never seen a bowling alley with lanes that look like they have bubbles all over them how is that even allowed??? Accused me and my buddy's for doing burnouts in the parking lot.. Kept saying they were checking the cameras but kept asking who did it. WE DONT KNOW..Staff is delusional like they haven't slept in days...We came to take our girlfriends out and all have fun bowling because we are probably the only group of kids that don't party and drink on Friday nights. Trash was on our lane from people before us and they never came to get it until we said something 3 times. Balls are chipped and roll like crap place is dirty and it is just ran by garbage people with terrible customer service. Don't believe this review go waste your money and experience it yourself. Only thing good here is you get to watch the staff walking in circles spaced out like zombies they also stare at you with wide open eyes and no pupils as if there all on drugs or something who knows. read more

She is rude to women . She is very unprofessional!! I refuse to go there anymore because of her and Juan .. Kendall is nice but looks mean. And Josh is nice and helpful. Margie is very nice. horrible place to go and spend your Friday night, we were sitting in the parking lot waiting for our friends to show up, then we all walked in and they were accusing us for doing something we didn't do. and then they called security on us and said we got into a big altercation with the worker when we didnt. Then we were returning our shoes and the lady started to walk behind us and was recording us and saying she was going to call the cops on us and cussing us out! let me also add it is so hot in there its not even enjoyable, the food area had one person working with a mile long line so I had to walk over to the movies for a drink! read more

0/10 do not recommend. First time, last time, and never again. The lanes are uneven. The whole place is gross. Gutter balled 7 times and still somehow bowled a perfect game. I've seen porta johns that tipped over and were still cleaner than this place. But hey, at least the music is loud! Bowling attire should be somewhere along the lines of a banana hammock because it is hotter than satan's junk. Meth heads probably stole all the copper out of the a/c unit. Just don't go and you won't have to regret it or threaten a bad review to get your money back. read more

Awesome time today at Lake Wales Bowling! They had an amazing deal for FREE bowling and really enjoyed their food from the cafeteria. Seems like it just opened up and I encourage anybody who is looking for something to do in Lake Wales or anywhere in Polk County to check it out. Or even after your movie at eagle ridge mall, just hop on over across the hall to bowling, arcade, food, and soon to form a liquor bar! Cheeseburger and chicken sandwich were great! Crinkle fries well cooked, FREE refills and the staff is super friendly here as well...telling all friends and family about this place and glad to have found this spot. There is two small issues with being a dark parking spot right outside the alley and being a bit hot near some lanes, but for the most part it is air conditioned down the middle lane hallway and the rest of the space. But not knocking any stars due to great promotion and having a great time with family and my wallet thanks you! Happy to support a local business next time when it's regular pay bowling lol read more

Not impressed with the service! The person behind the bar shouldn't be there! The woman that was "serving/bartending" has no clue as to what she's doing! When we came in there was a woman that seemed to be irritated at your server because she wasn't around. When the server ( which I found out later was a manager) finally came back she completely ignored us! She did take care of the lady first but never acknowledged us with a simple, I'll be with you in a minute. When she finally came to me, it felt like we were bothering her! Very unfriendly. She had to tell us about, how she had gotten in trouble for her shirt ( while funny, not work appropriate) of course the first thing I had noticed was that she had open toed shoes on! This is not the first time she's done this! When and where is that considered work safe let alone not a health code violation?! We decided to stay and order food anyway, after the food arrived she left and never came back to check on us. We had to shout across the bar to get her attention just to have my beverage refilled. Now I understand there is another counter on the other side behind the bar; however, it doesn't make up for missing steps of service or courtesy! I was talking to another employee when the server made it a point to come over to listen in on our conversation! When it came time to pay our bill, she put the hand-held down in front of me, then walked off and never returned! I could have very easily walked out having not paid, but that's not the right thing to do! The last couple of times I've been there and this particular woman has taken care of me the service has been crappy! Sadly this means I'll never be back! read more

Absolutely horrible experience.My grandchildren had asked me several times to take them bowling so I called ahead to inquire if it was suitable for young children and when I arrived I asked the young lady in counter who had streaks of red hair and she told me to take lane 23 I paid and even left a tip .The lane stopped working within 20 mins and my husband went and informed the same young lady and we had to move to lane 22 and after another 15 minutes same thing happened which was unusual because everyone around us was enjoying there bowling and I again informed the young lady and asked to speak to manager which she never called and the again directed me to lane 16 and the machine was slow but what I didn't understand she put about 15 young kids right next to us which completely ruined the experience for my grandchildren.The bowling alley was quite empty so no need to put all those people next to young children.There were leaks everywhere and was so run down .Absolutely horrible read more

The atmosphere was pretty decent, good prices, nice drink menu, a nice decent arcade, connected to a Movie theater, however make sure you don't get lane 30, because, lane 30 guess lazy and play on your behalf, that lane has it's own hours of labor! read more
