Nice size water park with decent rides. All ages will enjoy and definitely worth the add-on. Only issue is you have to walk through the entire LEGOLAND park to get to the Waterpark. There is no direct entrance.

Excelente for children my 3rd time i enjoy a lot. Kids happy. Clean the place . Every time enjoy every moment

Rude supervisor infront of young children.

Buyer beware. They have majority of slides closed during winter. "Pump issues" "not enough staff" "hurricane damage" Do not waste ur money!!!!!! Two baby slides open for children under 42inches. They don't even have the correct tubes available for twin chasers for children under 48inches. Spoke with Sofia powel who basically told me it wasn't her problem and to call corporate to tell them my complaints. She was also rude to me in-front of my young children. Even though it's obviously not the employees fault they could try to be more accommodating and at least have the necessary equipment available for children to ride the only slides that are currently open!!! She told me the tubes are too moldy to be used. Absolutely ridiculous.

Nice water park, but not much to it. There's a lazy river, about 4 slides, some kiddie areas, a wave pool, and a splash zone. It's very clean, but doesn't appear to be kept up with. Park isnt that old and the paint is faded from the Florida sun. A lot of the umbrellas could also use some cleaning. Other than that, it's a clean park. You have to walk through the entire park to get to the water park. It would be nice if there was a train or something that would take you to the water park. Parking is $23. If you plan on being at legoland for 2 days or more, just get the season pass as it will be about the same price and it gets you feee parking and admission to the wax museum and aquarium in Orlando.

Upon getting unpacked, two major issues were unresolved and were not satisfied at our departure. They kept saying they would fix the air conditioning (for the upstairs, and the heater for the pool). This made the stay for those sleeping upstairs very, very uncomfortable. And we not able to enjoy the pool. Other minor issues, we took pictures of and also alerted the staff. The house was nice, but... I can not in good conscience recommend staying here. The customer service was totally unacceptable. And...they billing was a nightmare for my cousin. Once returning home and getting her invoice, she and I spend hours on the phone with her credit card company disputing error charges!

The Cabanas come with a bucket of waters and poolside service that will deliver lunch and drinks at the times you'd like! Very nice bartender Cecilia! She was an amazing bartender and made our drinks to order! Well done!

From the moment we arrived to when we left, everything was really well done. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which set the tone right away. They have a buffet for breakfast and lunch with a good variety of options, so I feel like most people could find something they like. There are also smaller stands with snacks, pizza, and ICEE stations. Now let's talk about the drinks. There is just something about a frozen daiquiri when you're by the water. Highly recommend getting the drink package and trying a few... or all of them if you can handle it. I loved how many different areas there were to explore. Seeing dolphins swimming so close to the beach was actually kind of magical. They also have a monkey island which I was really excited about. It was closed when we got there, but I could still see them from a distance and I loved that. The aviary was really cool too. Tons of birds, but also tons of people. They recommend going first thing when the birds are most active, which we did, but so did everyone else. We got there about 45 minutes after opening and the birds already seemed a little over it. Honestly, I don't blame them. The Grand Reef was such a cool experience. I didn't really know what to expect, and even though it's man made, it still feels really immersive. Some of those rays are huge and have zero fear. They will swim right into you. My guy had never experienced anything like that and he loved it. I also liked that there were shallow areas and deeper sections if you wanted more of a snorkeling feel. The only downside for us was the Wind Away River. There are spots that get deep really fast, and that day they were apparently out of floaties because people were hoarding them and claiming areas. Staff even acknowledged it, which was frustrating because nothing was being done about it. It made parts of the river harder to enjoy than they should have been. Other than that, everything else was great and it made for such a fun day. Also the bar swings were a highlight. Loved those.

We had our own private ambassadors show us around the park and were escorted to the sting ray feeding area . We got our wet suits and lockers . Bathroom is very clean and has plenty of towels . The sting ray feeding was so much fun . The ambassadors are very informative . Trainers will feed the larger manta rays since they are larger and take vitamins but we fed the smaller sting rays which was a lot of fun. Also we got to feed small fish which was a fun treat for us . Monkey island pool - warmest water in the park Tropical river - slightly chilly but overall fun Great reef- chillest but once submerged not bad . Colder due to sea-life . Great reef was amazing , it looks like nothing but once you put googles on it's another world. Highly recommend. All inclusive drinks package - worth the money it can get pricy . Food - buffet style , it was okay . Not great , not good but satisfied appetite . Lots of towels , food all inclusive and a great way to spend time in Orlando !

Typhoon Lagoon is shipwrecked tropical island themed with the biggest wave pool in the country. The waves reach 6 feet high and are intense enough to slide a bikini down (so I've heard). Loungers, chairs and picnic tables were available first come first serve. The reserved areas were booked up but we found the perfect location for all five of us. Sun and shade with the nearest bartender just a few steps away. The Mai Thai and Rum Runner were absolutely delish. Was happy to see hard cider available. Disney's magic is keeping the park clean and beautifully landscaped all day long. The water was always that perfect cool and refreshing temp, and crystal clear. What I like about the park is that there is enough activity for the kids to stay busy and my kids love being in the water also they have a regular pool and a wave pool. There is floating donuts for free to use in the lazy river and the lazy river is pretty long so you don't get bored. The wave pool is a good size and can fit a lot of people, also they have plenty of lifeguards on duty not just in the wave pool but I'm all the water activity areas and also security just in case things get out of hand. The rides are pretty fun and most of the time the lines where not that long of you can purchase a 'fast pass' type to get ahead in line. What I did not like about the park overall, the parking fee is $40 just to park when it should be included in the entree fee and also I didn't like that they did not try to fix our situation with groupon by letting us in with proof of our purchase untill one of their employees decided to look for my name and bam! He found my tickets. Overall l, I am not sure I would comeback We waited a long time to get this issue resolved and no one tried to do much. I also noticed that the trash bins in this place were completely full and food trash was falling from the trash bins causing for the birds to get the extra food and fight over it. Overall, this park had a lot of lifeguards and security but it looked dirty and trashy. If you come in the summer time the place will be packed with lots of roudy kids.
