This bowling alley is huge, to say the least. The place is always clean and the staff usually very helpful. I have not bowled here, but the wife has several times recently (she's in a league), but I have hung out to watch. The lanes, seating area and associated equipment are well kept. The food here is hit and miss. One time I did not care for the meal I ordered (roast beef sandwich), but then another time I had the Philly cheese steak and it was very tasty. The better half had a tuna melt and enjoyed it a lot. The onion rings, tater tots and fries were hot, firm and not greasy. The employees are quite friendly and patient (when ordering food anyhow). The prices are a little on the high side, but oh well. They have a serious game room and walking through noted the prices were not hateful. I really wanted to enjoy my visit to Incredibowl, but the experience fell short. The bowling area is very outdated, with peeling furniture, dirty floors, and equipment that clearly needs attention. Most of the staff also wasn't very friendly, and one interaction was especially concerning. An employee asked another member of my party about a medical condition and why they needed to use the smallest weight balls because they were worried about someone "breaking balls" from using too much force -- even though it was obvious this person wasn't physically capable of that. That kind of question felt unnecessary and could be a possible ADA issue. On top of everything, it was over $100 for a group of five, and with the condition of the place and the service we received, it just wasn't worth it. One bright spot was Noah in the arcade. He was easily the nicest and hardest‑working employee we encountered the entire visit. The arcade machines kept breaking down, and he came over multiple times to fix issues with zero complaints, zero attitude, and total professionalism. He genuinely cared about helping people, and honestly, he deserves a promotion or raise for how well he handled everything. read more

When I was younger the place was much better, but now I went there, mid game I went to get a Regular Mountain Dew, Guess what happened. 2 workers in the back on their phones, not noticing I was at the counter, 2 more walked past me and Ignored me. When the Game was over I went to the arcade, I won some of those extra cards from the Willie Wonka Game, won 3 of those, the machine for those said Error: Ask a Worker. I did and he said "Do it over and over again" I did and still didn't work. This place is 5 mins up the street from US. The bowling part is nice, the food is good, the drinks are GOOD, the Arcade is Fun! However the mangers there are CRAP! They always seem TO PUT people right NEXT to us, even if OTHER lanes are open. They value THE LEAGUES PLAYERS over everyone else. This is about the 4th time they put someone RIGHT NEXT TO US even when they had several lanes open beside us. I would ONLY suggest going here when NO ONE is there, because if not you'll be playing and sitting in front of rude, belligerent, strangers FEET in front of your seat. read more

Good, clean fun! Whether you're adults looking for a fun night out or kids just hanging around, Cypress Lanes is a great place to check out. Recently renovated, their whole look is cleaner and modern; with comfy couches instead of those awkward bowling benches, and a warm, inviting atmosphere -- it's like having a bowling alley in your living room. Haha. Rates aren't that bad. We paid roughly $45 for two games for six people, with an additional $10 for shoes. The food there was decently priced too. So dinner AND fun. :D The wings are mighty tasty! Some of the best I've had. We also tried their mozzarella sticks, cheesy bread, chili cheese fries, onion rings, french fries, pizza, and nachos. Hands down, the wings were the best, but the rest of the food was good too. The only things I disliked were the mozzarella sticks -- there was no cheese inside! Management was friendly enough. They have different packages available for families and large groups. Rock 'n Bowl from 9pm-11pm is also fun from what I hear. Bowling rocks! We ordered wings & pizza, we started to play & a few mints later our wings came out (very impressive.) 40 mins later no pizza...so I went to go check & they couldn't find out why it didn't come out. I am a league bowler. Monday nights. three weeks from n a row the concession stand has been out of large Pepsi cups. they blame Pepsi but want to charge for a medium. I would need purchase two medium drinks at a higher cost. I declined. here on week three, I asked the concession manager how he could make things right. he said there is nothing that he can do and that "you should call Pepsi." What a bs answer. I suggested that I purchase the large and he just give me a free refill of the medium drink. The manager, if you want to really call him that, said he "cannot do that because we don't do free refills". I will now probably change leagues to another venue bracause this place does not undestand taking care of the customer. read more

Let me start by saying, this is a great place to bowl. The lanes are well maintained, the staff are pleasant and the building and bathrooms are clean. The reason for the 2 star review is you rarely get to bowl unless you're in a league. My wife and I tried to go last week when our son was in school. We got there and were told no at 11am and were told no lanes until 3pm due to leagues and that in the future we need to check the league schedule. That right there is silly in my book, but hey, we said ok. Fast forward later that week, I finished work early and decided to go again. Checked the league schedule on the website, nothing that we saw, got there and were told there was a league running long and again we're not allowed to bowl because of a league. Turned out we were in the wrong page of the website. Ok, frustrating but I can take some blame there. So today, my son's out of school, the stars aligned for work for me and my wife and as a family we decided bowling is how we wanted to spend the afternoon. First things first, dig through the website and see the league schedule, there is one in the morning so we decide to get there around 12. AGAIN, I was told no lanes for walk ins until 3pm.... The fact that it's not clearly posted when walk ins are welcome is just plain bad business because they are hoping you'll still spend money in the arcade or restaurant but all your doing is waiting my gas money. I would easily have made this a 5 star review if there was clear cut walk in hours posted to the website because the building, lanes and arcade are actually very nice. But poor management decisions have led me and my family to travel to Kissimmee lanes from now on. read more

I do not agree with your response as the bartender had no right to be rude and act the way she was towards us. No years of experience gives her an excuse to be really rude for no reason. I am new to Florida so was looking for a bowling alley. With me being in a previous league, I was looking for a place to join another. There's a female worker at the front counter, (sorry I don't know her name)that is very friendly and welcoming. Even on my 3rd visit there, she remembered my son and I and saved Lane 1 for us because she knows that were we liked to bowl. This alley is very spacious and they have many nights of discount bowling. I visited the bar and even thought there is only 1 worker, she was moving pretty quickly to get thru to all the customers. Me and teammates went last night and was treated so bad by Lisa and Sereta at the bar. It is a bar with plenty of tables inside so I would think you would be able to eat and order inside. So it started when I asked for a mock tail and Lisa had no idea what it was clearly because she started naming alcoholic beverages. She was very rude but this is where it went downhill and the real her showed. She told us we couldn't order from there but then came back and took our orders after Sereta put her two cents in and didn't want her taking our orders at well. She didn't want to take our order period but when a white couple came up she took their order and didn't tell them what they could and couldn't order at the bar. I ordered a sweet tea and lemonade mixed and she brought me a cup of sweet tea and lemonade. She had a attitude the whole time and was rolling her eyes. They finally take our food order. A order come out nobody had no idea who it was at first and Sereta assuming it was ours says this is why we don't take orders at the bar but it was a white gentlemans order at the bar then her tune changed. My teammates began to come in and they both had the same stank attitude and appeared to be very racist towards them as well. We were from out of town but lets just say I will never visit this establishment again because obviously they have a problem serving people of color. read more

Bowling ally was very nice and well kept inside. The bar/snack bar area not so much. We had to wait 30 min for a lane so my friends opted to go to the supposed "full" bar area. I am 8 months pregnant so i cant have alcohol so i asked for a virgin pina colada, the unfriendly bartender then responded "i dont have the mix" so i then asked her what do you have the mix for ? she then responded i cant make anything for you but juice because i ran out of the mix for everything......... i wasnt really too crazy about her attitude or the fact that it was a saturday night and they couldnt make any frozen drinks. The bar area should probably be a little better stocked for busy weekends. Not to mention she made me stand there for 10 min while she took the order of a table that came in after we did. I really like this bowling center. There are a ton of lanes and there are really comfortable couches to hang out on when you bowl. Often times when bowling centers change their sitting areas there isn't room for league bowlers to store their equipment, but the center has tons of space and this is not an issue. The snack bar has tasty food and the bar is very reasonably priced. They also have a great pro shop operator in this center. read more

Drove 50 mins to get here because we had a groupon. Before i left i called to make sure there were lanes available. The lady i spoke to said there should be lanes available by the time we get there. We got there 50 mins later - no lanes were available. There was a huge elderly bowling league that she completely failed to mentioned and said it's first come first serve and we had to wait 45 mins for a lane... IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!DO NOT COME HERE !!!!! We were charged a large amount of money and the guidelines for what we were going to be charged was not CLEAR AT ALL!!!!! The deal that was offered was not clearly stated and the total kept racking up as we weren't told the guidelines of the deal and what the prices would be. They make u pay after u play and don't even tell u when it's done. Every other bowling we have been to is played by HOUR not by GAME!!! And if that was the case it should of been MADE CLEAR WHEN WE FIRST CAME IN!!!! Not JUST asking us what our shoe size is and then pay at the end. Went there on a Saturday night. Arrived at 10:15pm. Was told we can't bowl until 11 and had to do there rocket bowl thing. First off I just wanted to bowl with my family. Then we finally get to our lane and say there for 20 min waiting for them to turn on the lane. Waste of time and money. I'll go to AMF next time. We were in town for a soccer tournament and wanted somewhere for the boys to cool off. We were very concerned after reading the reviews.l but tried it out anyway. The reviews couldn't be farther from the truth. Cypress Lanes is clean and the staff are awesome. We arrived with only an hour left if the special rock and bowl ($8 per person including shoes) and they had no issue splitting our group up to multiple lanes to allow for more frames per person. The food was great and the beer refreshing. The boys ended their fun at the arcade. Will definitely come back next year when we return for the tournament. read more
