I sent a message saying I was busy & asking them to call me. Heard nothing. Called one location. The guy that answered said to hold a minute. I could hear him ranting about a customer. Went on & on. Finally gave up and called another location. Was told I'd have to drive down and have them look at it--it's different on every model. The job is to repair a door handle on a Tesla model s. It's the same on every model s with one small difference, but the parts and procedure are the same. Besides, I can tell him which variant I have. He has to see it. There are 100 YouTubes on how to do this and these are supposedly Tesla specialists. Tesla Service Center gave me a quote without seeing it. It's a long way to Boca when there's absolutely no reason for it. Guess I'll do it myself.

At any rate, the problem I had fixed glitched one day and I called Issa to let him know. I set up a time to bring it back but it wasn't necessary because it's been months and it never glitched again. When I called to let him know I wasn't going to keep the appointment, he told me he'd done some research and bring it by anyway, when I had time. Previously, my car had only been serviced by Chevrolet dealers but with the aforementioned trash one, I am happy I found Pete's and will continue to patronize them.

My ac wasn't running cold enough, and as you know in Florida this is an emergency lol.. They tested and tested again until they found the problem. My service advisor Chris text me and let me know what was to done before starting the work. Also had a couple things that needed to be fixed and one check engine light that the guys at MBenz couldn't figure out.. FYI I live in Delray Beach, FAA is in West Palm beach which is about 30 minutes away.. After dropping off my car Chris called me an Uber home .. Also send me an Uber to pick up my car.

I told him the same thing was going on with my car. I was hearing some squealing noises and they said there was nothing wrong with anything. I've had BMWs for 30 years. I know how they work. So I come back they say I need new air conditioner a dryer that's gonna cost 3600. That's more than the BMW dealership. The part denso cost about $387 online top-of-the-line. There's nothing wrong with my suspension, but yet they told me I need a new control arm and bushings My car is not making any shaking. It does not shake at a certain speed. It doesn't shake when I break. There's nothing nothing wrong with my suspension. The squeaking noise is coming from the air conditioner. I told him when I take my foot off the gas the squeak stops. The kicker is this. I let air out of my back tire rear right tire. It was about 25 pounds. I asked him to check the tires literally ! when he came back to me. He said yeah they looked a little worn out in the back. Nothing about being low they couldn't break out a two dollar air gauge check my air in my tires. They let me go of their lot with a 25 pounds of air in my back rt tire. I specifically asked them to check the tires. Then they wanna charge me over $5000 fir work Total rip off total rip off when I got the car at the shop. The mileage didn't even change !! worse , when I got it back so they didn't even take it for a test drive to see if anything was going on. They claimed to be like some kind of awesome Foreign auto repair shop, but they're really just a scam job trying to rip off people I give them a zero!!!
