It was 7:00 PM when I walked in and stood in the consultation section for approximately four minutes without anyone acknowledging me not even eye contact. There was no line on the other side, yet I still waited. Eventually, a young woman approached and asked if I needed help. I told her I would like to speak with the pharmacist. When the pharmacist came over, her facial expression alone made me feel as though I had done something wrong. Her demeanor and lack of customer service were disappointing. I asked if she could recommend something for my 14-year-old who was experiencing flu-like symptoms, and all she said was "Tylenol." She did not ask a single follow-up question about his symptoms, nor did she direct me to the appropriate aisle. I'm glad I didn't rely on her advice because I went to another aisle myself and found something more appropriate for his symptoms. My point is this: when working with the public whether as a cashier or a pharmacist professionalism is essential. You chose this career, knowing it involves interacting with customers. Whatever kind of day you're having should not interfere with the quality of service you provide. read more

The pharmacy is the worst. I just had an issue there and while I do like to frequent my local businesses I had such a bad experience there I had to share. Tyler the "head" pharmisct had a complete attitude while I was trying to fill my prescription. Turns out my "Top" notch health insurance did not cover my prescription ok I'll pay with my FSA Card ( that's why I have one). His attitude was that it might be too costly, but in a 100% snide way. This "pharmacy" does not care about customers, but only about its own convenience. I tried to schedule a vaccination and was told they don't do that. So, you literally cannot go into this "pharmacy" and schedule a flu shot. You might struggle with this curiosity. How can any pharmacy hope to stay in business if they do not schedule shots and vaccines, etc.? The answer is that they employ the index finger and tell you that you must go on the internet to do what ordinary competency does effortlessly in the physical establishment itself. They also close the pharmacy area in the middle of the day, when customers should be SERVED in a competent business. I waited 40 minutes for the pharmacy to open only to be told that I could not make an appointment with the eminently capable person behind the counter. I've been on and off line 4 times asking for assistance in finding medications that I can take while pregnant. And now I've been 45 minutes for a Covid test. Look at the cameras and you can see my laying in the isle cause I feel like death and everyone behind the counter is just staring at me and not asking if I'm ok. I demand a refund for my entire order today. And I just spoke to a store manager who walked by me five times on laid on the floor and now he claims he did not see me this is unacceptable high demand he gets written up for this look at your cameras he walked by me five times. Also your pharmacist said she called me name I went up to the counter and nobody came to assist me. What kind of business do you run? They all need training again. Now I am going to urgent care to treat my hypoglycemia because your staff was so lovely to assist me while I'm laying on floor. The pharmacy gave away my medication to someone with the same name. They treated me like a junky and insisted the person who picked it up knew my birthday. They looked at the cameras and described a man in an unknown car. I asked politely if I could see the cameras and an employee rudely said no. They charged my insurance and gave away my prescription. The person who received my medication never was asked for my birthday, my script was charged and given away. The pharmacy claimed no responsibility and treated me like a criminal. read more

My doctor's office called in a prescription to help with my anxiety because I lost a loved one. I am so upset and stressed. My doctor's office called in the prescription at 2:30 pm into CVS. Well the store does not have it in stock and I can understand but please send me a curtesy phone call or a text message to inform me that the pharmacy does not have the medication in stock and help to resolve this issue. They could call another CVS to see if the medication is in stock so I can pick it up. The pharmacy casher or technician said they do not know when the medication will be in stock and it is my job to call around or have my doctor call in another prescription to another pharmacy. OMG, I have to fly out of state for a funeral, this is just adding to my anxiety. I am not returning to this pharmacy every again! I am so disappointed in the customer service at this store ,just awful! read more

I hate this CVS. Their pharmacy department is always insanely busy and backed up, and at least when I go to pick up prescriptions, there's always a huge line (and often only one person working at the pharmacy register). On top of that, several of the staff are actually pretty rude. There's one older woman that's been there a while who just isn't pleasant at all.... and my most recent experience with her just reinforced my need to leave a review. I had a problem with my credit card trying to pay and she just kept telling me "it's not working". I politely asked the first time for more information... is it declined or not reading? And she just kept barking nastily "use another card it's not working". I finally got rude myself and insisted she tell me what the problem was because I have had issues with the magnetic strip on my card, and she finally told me the code she was getting was a read error. I used a different card and the same thing happened so I figured it was a temporary glitch with the machine... she got even more nasty when I asked to input the card number manually (which I know is possible). Finally she figured out how to do her job and the charge went through, but she was so rude and so unpleasant that I've since decided I'm going to switch to Rite Aid or Stop N Shop for my prescriptions. In addition, the store is never as clean as it should be, especially at night, and the parking is often atrocious. In general I don't have an issue with most CVS stores but this one is the worst I've been to. The only reason they get two stars is because there is one male pharmacist himself who is very helpful and pleasant... unfortunately he should insist his staff learn better customer service and basic politeness skills. read more

My biggest gripe with this pharmacy is that nobody notifies you if they need your updated insurance information in order to fill a script. I had my Dr. send an eRx at 8:30AM. Gave CVS ample time to prepare, attempted to pick-up my Rx at around 4 or 5PM, only to be told that it's not ready, without actually giving me reason as to why. I figured 8 hours was ample time to prepare a basic antibiotic, but apparently someone dropped the ball. Fix your workflow CVS as it's not that efficient nor effective. read more

It's spacious. Two out of three photo kiosks were working. No self check out. There's someone to check you out. It's always nice, of a bit unusual, to see that nowadays. They have Martinellis cider and sparkling cider, which I like and normally can't find in CVSs. The pharmacy is pretty large and there's no line. The pharmacy department is terrible. Extremely slow, lifeless and they have no clue what they are doing. I was a former Friendly Drugs customer and never had any issues filling/refilling prescriptions. CVS has been nothing but problems. They will send you a text saying it's ready but then when you get there it's a different story. They never get the insurance right and always end up having to call the insurance company. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I just transferred all my prescriptions out because clearly they can't handle it. read more

I go to this CVS regularly, mainly because I'm a night owl and this is the closest 24hr CVS nearby me, which is awesome. The hours listed here are actually for the pharmacy, but the store itself is open round the clock. It's always clean and neatly organized, I'm always able to find what I'm looking for, but mostly I think the staff is really great. The night manager is so awesome and knows me now by how often I'm there, and she's always making sure that I'm safe (being a 20-something girl out on her own at 4am brings out creeps sometimes) and she is very alert and always making sure nothing weird is happening in and outside of the store. She's also just really sweet and friendly, I enjoy coming here because it's a really calm environment and they make me feel really comfortable there even during the odd hours of the night. read more

My problem with this store was with merchandising. I went here late at night in a rush to get infant Tylenol and Motrin for my sick child at home. I was able to find the isle that had it relatively quickly but it took me some time to find the infant products. The reason I missed them was because they were all the way on the bottom shelf and each and every product, CVS brand, Tylenol and Motrin had a yellow sale tag covering more than half of the labels in each row. Having a sale advertisement is kind of useless if its hiding the product. To be able read each product to find the right one I needed, I pretty much had to lay on the floor. Recently switched my prescriptions to this pharmacy from a Walgreens because I changed jobs. What a difference. Glacially slow service. Their auto-fill service is a mess. They send messages on my cell saying come pick up a prescription, but when I arrive they don't know what I'm talking about. I'm constantly running out of meds and having to call to order, only to be told I still have a week to go before they can refill. Never had this problem at Walgreens. Don't even bother trying the drive up or, God forbid, trying to get a pharmacist on the phone! As I am writing this, I have been on hold for 18 minutes so far.
