Upon arrival they inspected my vehicle and found a few issues that could be causing the problem. They discussed these with me and gave me a fair price to resolve the issue. Eduardo was friendly and honest - not trying to sell me anything I didn't need. Their shop has a wide variety of car and boat audio products from kicker, alpine, massive, Rockford Fosgate, and others. I was very happy with the service, the OEM fob and emergency key cutting service was less than half of what the dealer quoted me and the fob, programing and emergency key have a year warranty on the service. Before I even got into the building, one of their staff ran to help get ready door for me. The following day, I step foot in the building I was immediately greeted and assisted.
