Classic dive bar. Came here on a business trip and this instantly became my favorite local spot. Jackie took care of us and made sure we weren't thirsty the entire time we were here. We missed karaoke but came back and there was live music which was awesome. If you love dive bars you will love Lakers Inn.

Best Coors in town. I get Coors beer wherever I go, and depending on various things like atmosphere, employees and the skill with which the employees poor their Coors, the taste of the Coors can either be improved or diminished. Many people do not understand this simple fact. I do. Best place to get Coors. Period.

At this very moment in history, Lakers exists as the perfect old school neighborhood bar. It's cheap, friendly, smokey, and it's charm is that no one there, not even the bar itself, is trying to impress you. There is no common age of the crowd there. Its range is all drinking ages, though maybe not all at once. The older crowd is the day crowd, and the younger crowd is the evening and late night crowd. I have no idea what the hours are, but they seem to be one of the first to open and last places to close in Coeur d'Alene everyday of the week. If you like a place that feels like your grandpa's bar, and don't mind smoke in the air, then you'll find this to be a very comfortable place, and even if it's your first time there it feels familiar. Bring cash, and get used to drinking from the same glass all night.

The place is covered in smoke as they allow patrons to smoke. The staff are fast and friendly enough.

Have enjoyed the "Dive Bar" vibe of Lakers for many years. Always friendly and simple. No BS.

Every town in America needs a bar like this bar! Pool tables, pull tabs, darts, good music, great priced drinks. What more can you ask for?

We only had drinks during our visit, so I can't personally speak to the food menu, but they feature a massive and impressive selection of beer on draft. If you love craft beer, you will be spoiled for choice here. The overall ambiance and layout of the space are great, and it sits in a perfect location for walking around downtown. The service we received was excellent, the bartender was super friendly and went above and beyond, happily providing tasters and talking us through the different tap options since there was so much to choose from. It makes a huge difference when the staff is that welcoming and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you are in the CDA area! It's a fantastic spot to find a great new beer and enjoy a cool atmosphere

I got a growler of beer from a different brewery here so that proved to be successful and pleasant. I went poking around on Untappd and looked up anything Black Lodge Brewing may have made and they certainly had some intriguing beers so I held off on getting a Yelp review posted for it. But on my second visit I was told that they don't brew their own beer anymore and that they only have guest taps from other breweries but they still had a good variety of beer to choose from as far as beer options go. So this place is more of a taphouse with guest taps so something to keep in mind. It's still as cool as I remember it. My last visit here looked like a concert was going to start. Might have been a metal or a punk oriented type band as that was what the audience appeared to be. I wasn't going to see the show and just wanted a beer so they were nice enough to let me in to do just that. Black Lodge Brewing is one of those breweries that is inspired by the TV show Twin Peaks and you pick up subtle nods to it there with some pictures of Laura Palmer. I bought some swag for this brewery online and while they had several designs I went with the logos that had the opening credits styled from the show with the brewery name on it.

We had two kids and a baby with us and they were extremely accommodating, offering the kids crayons and paper to color on to keep them busy, which allowed us parents to relax for a much needed minute. We ordered the artichoke dip and the kids cheese pizza, which was huge (for a kid's meal) and super cheesy with great crust, YUM! We got a few different beers - all were delicious - and took a couple cans of the Thai tea seltzer to go. The bartender/server invited the kids back to watch how he made the cans so that was cool. Overall very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, exactly what I was looking for with three kids. My husband loved the music and kept telling the guys it was his favorite stop of our whole trip!
