Besides them selling some okay merchandise. The customer services here is awful. The workers always act like they are in a stupor or stoned. They aren't very friendly and they know absolutely nothing about basketball or the Lakers. You'll ask them a question and they act like "Why are you trying to talk to me or be friendly with me". They constantly follow you around the store like you are trying to steal something. They have a technique where they fake greet you then stand behind you very awkwardly every time you turn your back to them to look at what's on the shelves. It's really freaking annoying and insulting because they treat me and probably everyone else that shops there like a criminal(Not Good)! I've been in this store numerous times and they still treat me like its 1991 and I'm shopping in a Korean liquor store in South Central. SAD read more

As everyone knows I am a bandwagon fan. Especially when it comes to non-Cavs Lebron teams. Look at my profile pic, it's me with a Heat banner. I'm an occasional Lakers bandwagon, and it's absolutely great that Lebron signed with them. I definitely wanted a Lebron jersey or shirt. I've had all versions of Lebron's shirts since his rookie year. It was just a month after he signed with the Lakers so merch is flying off the shelves. They had some bootleg looking shirts at Target and at Wal-Mart but they had a cheap quality to them. So I hit the Lakers team shop adjacent to their practice facility. I was gonna go to Team LA at Staples Center but parking there is a pain. Parking here is amazing since it's in a real lot and not downtown. As soon as I get in I was surrounded by Lakers merch with their top players like Kobe, Ball, Kuzma, and of course Lebron. They also had retroes for Magic, Wilt and Kareem. I didn't notice if they had a Shaq. They didn't have the new purple jersey in my size so I settled for a purple shirt with the crown on the "L" Lakers logo. It was around $35. I would liked the purple replica since it's new and also has the Wish logo being that it is purchased from the team store, but maybe it was not meant to be. The worker at the joint was helpful and attentive. Also, they had one TV there and it was looping the Lakers summer league games. read more

They have a very wide selection to choose from and the sizes that I need were all available. This location is also close to the airport so it's easy to access. Beware! I ordered online for a cap on Sep 27 and today Oct 10 still have not received it. Although the website indicated shipments will be delayed due to covid, but it's been two weeks there're no updates on the item. I emailed 5 times to check with customer services, no one responded. The store and call center are all closed due to covid, so email is the only one way to get hold of but no one reply. But it's redundant their Instagram kept posting new products. Saw few people commented they've received their order so I asked how long it took for them, one says 28 days and other says 10 days. FYI. read more

Sweet shop right next to the UCLA training center. It's not huge, but the highlight of the store is the hats and beanie selection. There are some shirts/sweatshirts that you can't buy anywhere else. Not sure I would make the trip there if I didn't already know what I wanted. That being said if you're in the area and a Lakers fan check it out. Would like to see them offer more authentic jerseys of more current players, but they do offer a 10% discount for checking in on Yelp (you just have to step outside because the signal inside is bad). read more

When the jacket we were looking for was not available in the correct size, they requested an in-store delivery within two days - just in time before we were heading back to Germany! This place needs a dressing room. I wanted to try on $100 shorts before buying yesterday, 12/18/18. Was trying to make sure they fit properly for the price. I was told to hold them over my pants. I did. Bought them. Had to drive back from Torrance today after trying them on & realizing the holding them over your pants method did not work effectively. This is retail more dysfunctional than the Lakers during the Jim Buss years. Get it right Lakers Team Shop and Lakers Team Shop employees. Don't look confused. Stores that sell clothing should have a small space for paying customers to try on bottoms comfortably. read more

Forgive me for forgetting the woman's name who helped me, but she answered every Los Angeles Lakers super-fan question I could throw at her on top of being so sweet and patient with me. You could tell by her information she provided and the excitement at which she explained things, just how passionate she was about her role. I'm not a Lakers fan but I had a friend from out of the country who is and wanted to buy Lakers stuff for herself and her family. We first went to the store in Staples Center but there weren't a lot of Lakers stuff so we ended up here. Parking in the complex is a breeze and the store is easy to find. We went on a Saturday afternoon and there were maybe, 2 or 3 people perusing the items. They didn't have much apparel since the store was transitioning from Adidas to Nike gear - they probably have more now since we went start of October before the season started.
