Arrived at Cupples at 11am on Friday. They open at 10am; and apparently couldn't wait. The employee stated that they washed it and took it off the lot for me, but they then took a deposit over the phone earlier that morning from somebody else. No sorry, no call back from Ross.

They were able to fit us in within the hour and gave us recommendations on what to do until then. Turns out there was nothing visibly wrong with the tire, no holes or anything, so they couldn't do anything on the spot. They didn't charge for the inspection and filling up the tire. We very much appreciated their help and are glad to know we can wait until we get back to deal with the tire instead of worry all weekend. Paul was not much better with the way he speaks down to people, then tells you if you don't like it go to a different dealership. Not the best way to deal with an already stressful situation.

From initial contact with Jeremy to getting connected with Pete to delivery, everything was smooth. Pete was especially awesome and didn't rush me as I crawled under the car and poked around everywhere to check out the car. Even during the test drive, he didn't try to upsell the car. Not to mention, despite not being a Jeep dealership, Pete graciously let me have my first rubber duck, complete with a beanie and sunglasses, and Pete was knowledgeable about the car and even showed us how to use the transfer case shifter. Very easygoing and no high pressure. Even though we came towards the very end of the day on a Friday, not a single person from this dealership that we interacted with had that "oh god we're almost closing and it's Friday and you're here so late" look (or at least if they did, we did not notice it at all!) that we've gotten before. The dealership was clean as well and extra clean bathrooms are always a nice plus. But I'm sure what you care about is price, and that's what brought us to this dealership in the first place too.
