Cute place to hangout for a nice date night! The arcade was alright, although a lot of the games were the same. The food was great and pretty reasonably priced! The minigolf was unfortunately another story. Older folks, people with Chronic pain or Pots, beware! While it is a short minigolf course, there are stairs and the benches are literally falling apart/rusting. I found one rock to sit on to rest for a moment in the entire area, fun course, but definitely needs a couple places for people to get off their feet for a moment! Also a tad expensive for how small it is, $17 for both me and my husband. Overall thoughts: overall it's clean and a nice environment, but needs some tweaks to accommodate for disabilities! read more

Took our daughter bowling tonight and I highly suggest driving to Salem or neighboring town. Paid over $40 for shoes and 2 games. The lanes were so dry that the ball just kept guttering. There were 2 league teams that were highly upset and complained the whole time we were there about the lanes needing oil and were told they can't do it until closing which was 6 hrs from then. We got food and I would suggest store bought pizza over it. The crust was like eating cardboard- dry no flavor and hard while the top molting lava. We also got the chicken strip basket and the strips were over cooked and 4-5 point pieces not a long strip. Ranch was needed. The tater tots looked cooked but when bit into was cold and soft. They were just done looking due to old oil. read more

We had a great time with our family aged 2-87 present. The facility was very accommodating to our needs after Highland Bowl in Corvallis refused us using a ramp for great grandma because she wasn't disabled enough. Bowling is always fun here, especially cosmic bowling on late nights. They serve various food and drinks, and they have an arcade as well! I ordered the chicken strip basket with curly fries & a soda. The fries were great, loved them. The chicken was alright overall! The staff are fairly friendly and the food came out quickly. We all enjoyed our time playing bowling as well. They also play good music which is a plus! read more

Ive been to this same bowling alley for many years and this time it was different. The employees there were rude and disrespectful they did not have good customer service at all. I even caught one of the employees rolling there eyes at a lady and her kid trying to decide what they wanted at the prize section at the arcade. She was rude from the beginning. Then when I was up with my kids she loudly sighed and was obviously bothered that we weren't fast enough. These employees weren't having it and just because you're having a bad day DOES NOT mean you should take it out on your customers! I even went to go trade a pair of bowling shoes for a bigger size and the employee didn't say hi or hello or greet me in anyway and gave me the dirtiest look and practically slammed the shoes on the counter. Everyone there was just rude they need to work on their customers service. read more

We went in this evening to bowl one game with our three year old. We bowled 4 times and they kicked us out because cosmic bowling was getting ready to start. we paid full price, $35 for theee people to bowl for 15 min. asked for a refund and the rude girls behind the counter refused. Never again will I go - Corvallis is way better with really nice customer service!! read more

I went bowling last night (6/14/24) around 9:30pm with my boyfriend and a couple friends. And the lady who was managing- (short and on the bigger side w/ 90s style penciled eyebrows and super long ugly eyelashes) did a horrible job of doing her job. She told us we have an hour to bowl before cosmic started, which was fine bc we average 20 mins per game, so we asked to play 2 games. She said okay. So we paid for 2 games but once the 1st was over she wouldn't let us play another one. I talked to her, and she had a horrible attitude and was being flat out rude. So I told my boyfriend to go talk to her and she did the same thing to him. She didn't give us a refund either, so we stormed out and she rolled her eyes at us. She has horrible customer service, and my boyfriend's family (who play league there) will be talking to the owner. I hope she gets some sort of consequence for how she acted and how she did her job. I won't be bowling there anymore bc of her. The other workers were perfectly fine though. read more

Pizza is horrible . I get they are redoing the pin setters but should be discounted games because you have to keep score yourself. Shoes are in horrible condition also . The swing chairs suck , fingers and arms getting pinched and cant move if you want to stand at counter and eat. read more

This is a cool place to go for some easy fun. The drinks were inexpensive and bowling was fun. Shoes fix great and didn't smell bad. I will note that we had to wait a minute for a lane to open up, which we were fine waiting for, it was a busy night. When it did finally open up my partner went and put our names in the system so we could start. Apparently the group that was there before us was very upset that we did that. (I was off getting a drink at that time and didn't even know who the previous players were) One of the women told me that they weren't done and that we were extremely rude, I tried to apologize for the misunderstanding but she continued walking away saying how rude we were and that she'd call management. That the bowling leagues have more respect and validation than random people who come in, then she flipped me off. That was all fine and dandy. I'm not going to let my experience with trailer trash influence my thoughts on the establishment. The guy in the front who checked us in and got us shoes and stuff had like, no personality either. We took our daughter to play putt putt golf for the afternoon. The gal at the register refused to serve us as I choose not to wear a mask. She went to get the manager and while she was gone, a wonderful gal name Victoria cheerfully served me. Thank you, Victoria, for your outstanding service! Only came here for the mini golf. Price was cheap, and on a weekday afternoon it was pretty uncrowded. The course was well groomed and maintained. The holes/lanes weren't too tricky. There weren't any bug amusement park theme props, but it had everything I wanted. Just some good mini golf fun with the family that wasn't rushed at all. Another good thing to note is that there is plenty shade. I guess I just can't give this place 5 stars because some other mini golf courses are bigger with more fancy stuff. Have been coming here to bowl for years. Years ago, this place was great. Now, it's falling apart with a devil in human skin manager. Called to schedule a birthday party, was quoted $81 dollars for a party of 6. Scheduled for a Saturday. Showed up, and told that our reservation did not exist. Counter girl was nice and was trying to help us figure out the problem when over walked devil manager. She started off by accusing us of calling the wrong number to schedule the party. Even after we showed her the number, she still was adamant that it wasn't the number, and called it. The office phone began ringing. She still attempted to blame us for the problem. Counter girl was great and helped us figure it out. After that, she tried to find every reason to block our requests. She tried to charge us $120 for the party, but we stated that we would be paying the $80 dollars and that's it. She treated the other staff as trash, and as we were leaving, we could smell alcohol coming off of her. I love to go bowling, but until the manager is fired or quits, I will be going to Corvallis. read more

CONS: Lost our reservation-bday boys name wasn't included with other bday names on any of the boards, had no idea who we were and had to look through their book to find reservation, didn't have lanes reserved for us; took 2 hours to finish 1 game of bowling (screens & lanes kept freezing); bartender had no experience (not blaming her, but obvious lack of training), she couldn't tell me what was in any of the drinks on their menu and didn't know what a Shirley Temple was; were told table w/bowling pins, drinks and pizzas would be ready and waiting when we arrived, only received 2 of the 3 sodas we paid for, 1st pizza took 45 min, didn't receive 2nd pizza for 2 hours and that was after we had asked twice for it; over half of the arcade games were Out of Order; MOD was incredibly condescending, couldn't offer any solutions to any of our issues. She gave us free tokens for the kids but only after I specifically asked for them. After all of the issues I asked her what she could do for a discount. She gave us $2 off each adult, total of $10 off a $100 party. PROS: The bathrooms smelled nice. read more

I've gone bowling here several times. Here are a few thoughts: - This is the bowling alley where I got my best bowling score. - They don't have any bike parking. I biked there one of the first times I went. I ended up tying my bike to a friend's car. On subsequent occasions, I've seen others who have biked tie their bikes to whatever they could find. This place would benefit from bike parking. - The refreshments are pretty good. I ordered the "garbage dog", which is a hot dog with everything on it and then some. The next time I came, the worker didn't know what that was, and thought I'd be crazy to order it, so since she'd be making it, I ordered something else. We came to lakeshore lanes to bowl a couple games at first it was a typical bowling alley but after our first game and half way through our second game we were told we had to move lanes due to a reservation. Who puts a group on a lane that has reservations....? And then tells them they need to move in the middle of a game. To top it off there was no apology for the inconvenience until we pretty much asked for one. Non the less this was a manager we interacted with. Amazing level of no customer service or people skills. (And the shoes are in great need up replacing) Won't be going here ever again. read more

Took my gf to this place just to play mini golf. We had sandwiches and a pint of beer before we played. Food was decent beer was great. The only thing we were disappointed about was the mini golf. I recommend anybody not to go night time because they only have a couple lights on so it makes it difficult to see anything. Wish they could do something about their lights outside. We had a great first visit on a Monday. We had a horrible second visit on a Saturday. The first time, we were allowed to eat at a table by our bowling lane....the second time, they told us to go to the arcade room even though there was an empty table when the lanes were full. When a lane became available, I asked them if we could eat while bowling; and they still sent us to the arcade room. The woman in charge seemed to have good control over the employees but was using that same attitude on the customers. Every time we went to play a game, to order food, to redeem a prize, or to the bathroom, the workers kept taking our drinks and our food. By the time it was our turn for bowling, they took our pitcher of water, 1/2 our pizza, and all our chips and salsa. We were thirsty during bowling and by that time annoyed at being there. Next time, I'm just going to Lebanon. Very frustrating experience. read more
