This place is super dope and super clean! Has all the state of the art equipment from weights to bikes! Get your spin on, dribble down the court, lift some weights, and be greeted by the most friendly staff! Like the song says get your roll on ....here ...get your roll on! Cheers to a great workout facility!

Not recommending if child has any special needs even Adhd Not suited for younger children Child must be quite mature for the crowd And bathrooms were full of roaches not very clean Very sad Put us in a bind in middle of summer having to find care for our child luckily a sports location turn out to be very family oriented and nice ! Better more educative and activity based environment kept kid happy and well guided. If you want to find your child put in a corner playing by trash can coloring cardboard boxes or playing with roaches that they were not cleaning off floors then you might like the place .

We moved to Coppell a year and a half ago and have loved it. I was nervous to move to the burbs of…read moreTexas, especially being from Seattle, but it's been wonderful and that's because of things like The Core. I have been taking yoga classes on Monday and Wednesday morning which makes such a difference in my overall health and stress. The instructor is so wonderful and really makes the class enjoyable. The only thing I don't like is that some people come and go right in the middle of the class. I understand running a few minutes late (been there!) but when it's an hour class and you leave 30 minutes in that's weird. Plus if you are then have all your stuff outside in a locker so you don't disturb everyone. Sorry that's a side rant ;) My kid has been doing swimming lessons here for about six months and that has been great as well. Again, all of the instructors are so warm and welcoming. The pricing for the core is a little odd. It's $4 a day so you have to go quite a bit. We did the math and it's $500 for a family, which is 125 individual visits. For a family of 4 you'd have to each go 3 times a month for it to be worth it. Since I'm doing the classes twice a week it works for our family, but if you go only once a week it actually may be more cost effective to just pay for each class. I would recommend going for a couple months and then buy a membership if you make it a regular habit. All in all it's a great facility that's well managed and super clean. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Life Time Las Colinas means a lot to me. As a Day 1 member, I've spent countless hours there over…read morethe last two years since its opening. In many areas, the club shines - its strength and conditioning equipment, instructors, and health programming are unmatched and, most importantly, I've met great people. As good as the club is, and no doubt, great things are happening there, it's really expensive - and the last several months I have constantly been questioning if I should be paying what I do. I mentioned in my first review in July I felt the club was slipping. No question I have, and deserve to have, the highest expectations for this place but that comes from them. They promise us an "athletic country club" experience and charge for it - so I expect them to deliver. Over the last year, this club has been dealing with a serious member trend related to its big ticket item - the men's rejuvenation suite in the locker room, consisting of a hot tub, cold plunge, dry sauna, and wet sauna. Quite often, it's a wreck - as are other sections of the locker room. Wet towels and trash crumpled on the floor and in seating areas and in corners around this section of the club. There's sludge on sections of the floor at night after the big rush. Many of the men members of this club are acting like slobs - and Life Time isn't keeping up. I feel like the maintenance crew tries hard, but I've also seen them blow past the suite without even sticking their head in for a status check - as if they have other priorities than one of their biggest competitive advantages when it comes to amenities. I really feel like Life Time without this is mostly a four- or five-star facility - but this issue knocks it down several pegs. It's exhausting.

I've been a Life Time member for years and have trained at multiple clubs across the country. My…read moreexperience at the Las Colinas location was a serious deviation from the standard I've seen elsewhere. In August, I had a confrontation with a trainer over a minor policy issue that escalated far beyond what was appropriate. The trainer got into my personal space, spoke aggressively, and attempted to escalate the interaction in front of other members and a client. That behavior should never occur in a professional fitness environment. I immediately escalated the incident to the training manager and later to the club general manager. Rather than implementing effective mitigation, both relied on procedural responses and repeatedly stated the issue was "handled" without taking practical steps to prevent continued interaction or escalation. Months later, I continued to encounter the same trainer regularly, including unnecessary proximity while I was actively using equipment. Despite multiple follow-ups, the training manager and club general manager treated the matter as closed while the situation persisted in practice. This review is not about Life Time as a brand overall. It is about a specific club where leadership failed to meaningfully address a serious staff conduct issue. When management prioritizes procedural closure over real mitigation, it creates avoidable risk for members.

Internal errors do not justify accessing someone's bank account. After this happened, I learned that this is not an isolated issue. Similar complaints regularly appear on Reddit, Yelp, Google Reviews, and the Better Business Bureau, with common themes including billing problems, unauthorized charges, difficulty canceling memberships, and poor or inconsistent customer service when issues arise. Because of this experience, I closed my account, will never return, and will never recommend Planet Fitness to anyone. When a business handles people's money, trust is essential--and that trust was broken. Proceed with caution.

I emptied a couple of trashcans to find and recover my bottle. After finding my bottle, I put the trash into the cans and left. A few weeks later, the club manager, Landon Mulder, call me and told me that my membership was cancelled for alleged "contract violations" citing the fact that I had emptied the trash cans on the floor to find my bottle. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against Planet Fitness for breach of agreement. I would highly dissuade people from joining this club as there is pretty much no customer service and the club manager is an ill educated and clueless individual who clearly has no idea what he is doing.
