I had Visited this location on three different occasions and the front desk workers were not polite or welcoming. Their names were Mark and Issac. Isaac specifically did not help me when I came to the desk on three different occasions to ask for help with the wireless chargers. He did not even walk over to Help and I ended up having to figure out how to work the machine when he could've just walked over and Gave me a simple hand with the machine. Instead of walking over to me and helping he sat on his personal phone at the front desk. After figuring out how to work the machine on my own I walked over to the desk for a fourth time and let Isaac know how he can help the next person since I figured out the issue but while waiting to speak with him he pretended like he was on the work phone and just held it to his ear while I stood there waiting for him to be done with his "Phone call". Other than that the gym was flawless but the customer service was unfortunately terrible on three different occasions. One great perk they offer for new clients is that if you pay for one session, you get a free week of bootcamp classes. Our trainer, Shannon, was excellent! Since I hadn't trained in a while and wasn't in the best shape, she took the time to demonstrate each exercise before having me complete the reps. The facility is well-equipped, with a large training area and dedicated equipment space. What sets Steadfast apart from traditional gyms is its structured and supportive training approach. Tim has been there every step of the journey, encouraging me to try new things, being goofy at 0530 am (we used to train at night but he built me up to where I'm excited to get out of bed), but most importantly being an advocate for my body. Training to recover from an injury is painful and in my opinion more patient than training for weightloss - you dont get to diet away not doing the exercise and Tim has been amazing at designing workouts which are exciting, effective, and challenging.
