I have over $10,000 in repair bills. When I purchased vehicle it had a brand new transmission which was installed by a shop renting space from Todd. They didn't program the transmission correctly and have had on going issues. I've been trying to get the paper work from Todd for over a year now so they will honor the warranty. I have called dozens of times each time they say they will get it to me soon. It's been a year now...get me the paper work! Even without the transmission issue vehicle vehicle is a total lemon. The vehicle is a 2020 with 100,000 miles. It's cost me almost $2 per mile in repair bills. Unknown issues is one thing. I purchased used, can't expect not to have some stuff come up. But $10,000 and they won't get my the paper work to honor the warranty on transmission. AVOID DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!!

This, after Dandy Auto Sales had repaired the salvage vehicle themselves. From my experience, they cut corners and will push anything out of their garage whether it's repaired properly or not. Have a full inspection done on anything you buy from them or you may have expensive regrets like me.

Worse yet, buyers could not take if for test drive as seat was moved way forward and up. Power seat fuse was burnt out. Also battery to start vehicle was dead from non use. Hybrid cars can not sit for months with no use! Who is going to test drive a dirty car in the back of lot with a dead battery and a dead power seat? NOBODY. And that's exactly what happened.

They definitely don't like kids touching vehicles that are parked inside the dealership. Which is odd but whatever. I also don't appreciate having come in there preapproved through my means of finance and having them tell me because my cosigner is in a different state they wouldn't use my means of auto loan. They pushed me to use the one they provided. Very frustrating considering i was on a time crunch with the rental car as well as having to pick my children up from school on time. They weren't trying to be helpful at all and zero communication between anyone.
