It happened I was overseas when they were done and they were nice enough to accommodate me and keep the car there for a week or so till I come back. It was repaired so well even my colleagues at work could not tell it was repaired. The paint quality and the finishing was perfect. They even cleaned it from the inside better than I do myself which was not expected but highly appreciate it. It's not a surprise they have five stars reviews and they are on the list of state farm insurance.

They over…read moretorqued the wheels down to the point where my 1400 ft-lb electric impact could not take off the overtightened lug nuts. Additionally, the overtightened lug nuts warped my rotors. I had to go back and ask this shop to reinstall the wheels correctly. And finally, I now need an extractor kit just to replace the front rotors since the retainer screws are stripped. thx (i had recently replaced the retainer screws by hand, so I knew they were in good condition before this shop mangled them) And finally, they are way overpriced for this sort of service.

It took months to complete the work and they added new damage and problems to my car. I had two cars with hail damage at the same time. I took my other car to another local family owned shop and it was done perfectly in two days. I would avoid any franchised body shop. They just care about money and not the customer.
