I came with a book, prepared to wait a while. They have a small lounge area, but the seating is comfortable and there is a tiny fireplace, nice to have on a cold rainy day, I was almost disappointed they finished with the car so quickly! They said that was partly because it was in such good shape that there wasn't a lot to investigate, so very good news. The other thing I noticed was that I was treated with respect and given a rundown of the results. This has not always been my experience as an older female at other places. (see photos) They give a comprehensive file with pictures and additional insight to the problems, which is extremely helpful. There were a few questions I had about a couple recommended issues and Pete (who completed my inspection report) was able to clarify them with ease and honesty, so I was able to save money on not having to do that repair. It was more of a riding comfort suggestion so it wasn't a big deal since it doesn't bother me. I received a link to the reports via text and e-mail. For the estimate, you can go down the list, which included each cost, and just click "approve" if you want it done which is very convenient when you are at home. If you have questions call! Like I said above they are very easy to talk to and there was never any feel of pressure. Being pregnant during COVID is a concern but the inside was very clean including the shuttle service vehicle and I was very comfortable being there. They have a drink station there or Dunkin Donuts is next door. I also thought it was neat that they have a big picture window with bar height stools and counter that you can watch the mechanics in the shop. I don't think I've ever seen that before. After the repairs, I called around for other pricing estimates and CBA was around what others were. Some areas were less and some were slightly more. One being the fluid flushes. CBA was about $20-30 more expensive. I am a fairly frugal but I would still choose here versus saving $20 somewhere else, especially if you are getting other work done which could equal out the total price. Plus, you have the photos to prove why the repair needs to be done versus someone basically telling you to trust them.. This is now our first choice for automotive repairs. I came in for…read morea routine visit--an oil change and to have my rear windshield wiper replaced--but the entire experience turned into a frustrating and unprofessional situation. First, I was there for over an hour, which is far longer than expected for services like this. I understand delays can happen, but there was little to no communication about why it was taking so long. After sitting there for that long because they were not able to properly install my rear windshield wiper, I finally asked them to just put my old one back on so I could leave. At that point, I was told not to use it after they had already broken it and was advised to take it to the dealership instead, which was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. What made things significantly worse was the behavior of one of the employees, Q. He was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. At one point, he was openly talking about me to other employees within earshot and even admitted he was saying things so I could hear it. Being bad-mouthed by staff while you're a paying customer is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, during the service they broke my windshield wiper. I came in to have my rear wiper replaced, not to leave with something else damaged. No one took proper accountability right away, which only added to the frustration after already dealing with the long wait and poor treatment. I came in expecting a simple, routine service and left feeling disrespected and disappointed. This location seriously needs to improve both its customer service and professionalism.
