Absolutely gorgeous inside and out! Could sample as many things as you wanted. Highly recommend…read moredoing a flight if it's your first time there. The Apple Pie Cider was heavenly! The appetizers were outstanding! Ordered the mega pretzel with cheese and Buffalo chicken dip! Huge portions!! The staff was beyond incredible! Very accommodating especially with our children! Offered height chairs and helped make things easier for them! So kudos for being kid friendly too! Very cozy and quiet in there, hidden gem, could relax. Enjoy your drinks and food! The prices were great too! 10/10 would recommend! Can't wait to go back!

I even took home a white wine, which was spectacular. Although I usually prefer reds, I couldn't pass it up. I also grabbed a bottle of the Cayuga for our daughter, which was equally tremendous. While I was busy taking photos of the sign, I noticed a man watching me. I explained that I do this at every spirits location we visit. He introduced himself as Matt and kindly suggested I take pictures from the other side of the property for a better view--and he wasn't wrong. Later, when I got home and researched the place, I learned it had been a farm since 1910, originally owned by the Devenport family until 2017. It briefly passed to another owner before being taken over by the third owners, who I met without realizing at the time. I can't wait to revisit this incredible hidden gem!

Whether it's cold outside and you can cozy up inside of the incredible rustic yet architecturally rich environment and take in some bluegrass or roam outside among the sprawling areas, you're gonna be comfortable and enchanted. I've never tried a beer here that wasn't top notch. My hubby, who is an IPA enthusiast, was crazy over many of the IPAs, while I loved seeing a perfectly done Kolch on the menu, in addition to a great Pils and some darker favorites too. There is a modest yet deeply satisfying menu that includes a homemade pretzel shaped like the logo of the brewery along with pierogis and many burgers. If you sit outside it will be hard to resist the sandwiches which you can smell and watch cooking. The location is very convenient to Pymatuning State Park, especially the Jamestown facilities or Ohio/Andover facilities. It's a short and direct drive over to I-79 so this is a very accessible place if you're traveling from or between Erie and Pittsburgh. While I've not tried the adjoining winery yet it will be part of the itinerary next time, as it was equally inviting! I cannot wait to return. Highly recommend!

We got their mead flight ($15) and the Meadville Mule ($12) to split. The mead flight included the Traditional Honey, Sour Apple, Stone Fruit, and Cranberry Blueberry. All of them were very sweet but my favorite was the Cranberry Blueberry because it had the most flavor but the Sour Apple was a close second just because it is such a unique flavor for mead. The Meadville Mule was also very good, they used their Sour Apple Mead to make it which definitely mellowed out the sweetness. The food smelled really good so if we were to come back we'd definitely try it out!!

Blissful Meads has a cute location in Meadville with a casual atmosphere. The meadery had a few customers inside who seemed to be regulars. We opted for a mead flight and loaded nachos. The Blissful Nachos were fantastic! They did not skimp on anything. It was so well balanced too - each bite seemed to have a great amount of beef, cheese, jalapeño, and black beans. I even liked the olives and I typically don't eat olives. Even when we approached the bottom layer I was still enjoying a full mix of food instead of a plain chip layer I often find in loaded nachos. I can only imagine how tasty their street tacos must be! Now for their meads, my mother didn't care for them but I wasn't too surprised. Mead can be a bit of an acquired taste. I personally enjoyed the mead flight. Most were very good ranging from light and semi-sweet to quite sweet. The tasting board was very well done and I appreciated the variety. I would have loved to know more about the type, history, and all that but they were a bit busy. It was a great stop.
