This years check up was as expected, cataract surgery was advised. They told me they would get in touch with me to give me further instructions. A month later, nothing. I called, she told me she would put my file on Dr. Fleming desk. A couple days later I called once again, she told me they were not familiar with my insurance and nothing had been done. She was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She was patient and gentle while performing my intake, explaining in detail the tests she was performing. Dr. Fleming is a great Optometrist. The staff are friendly and the customer service fantastic. The one problem I've had so far is the laboratory that they use to make the glasses. This lab is slow in manufacturing your new glasses. I recently ordered a new pair and when picking them up they made the prescription wrong. I would suggest they look for another lab to take care of manufacturing there classes. read more

My husband and I went into this office last week . We had a good experience in the office , but when it came to the end , our bill was extremely high. This office takes retinal photos and charges extra for this . To our surprise this was a shock when our bill came as our last optometry office did not do this. I wouldn't have minded if this was an option or mentioned in the beginning . The office called me today because my husbands contacts came in. I called the office this afternoon after to see if my glasses were in or they could give me an update so I could possibly make 1 trip to pick them both up. Erika answered the phone and when I asked if we had an eta or an update on when to expect these .. she said she would put me on a hold and then hung up the line . Now, had I not given my information.. okay. But I said my name , my husbands name what I was looking for .. and no call back. I understand it could have been a mistake , but to not get a call back , was disappointing. Although the customer service was good in the office , not sure if we will continue to go back to this office yearly. The delivery is fast on products. read more

Came here cause my client just had brain surgery. His glasses were putting pressure on the scar and causing an indent. His optometrist wanted $50 to adjust the glasses. He doesn't have money like that. So I came here on a whim, they sat him down, Gave him an ice cold water assessed the situation and adjusted his glasses for free. Thank you guys. read more

I am so glad my friend recommended this eye doctor to me! I just visited for the second time and again was so impressed with how thorough the eye exam was. It is much more comprehensive than my previous eye doctor. Erika and Gabriella are wonderful and so helpful. Amber went out of her way to squeeze me in for an appointment because I was going out of town and was so sweet! I don't like doing this because in all honesty the people who work here are very pleasant and I don't know what caused the issues I experienced but I'm just confused. My boyfriend made an appointment at a specific time and when we arrived, the place wasn't even open. So we searched around for maybe another entrance and we found their back office left completely unlocked and open to the public without anyone present. It was all very strange so we went back to our car and waited around because we thought maybe they went out to lunch, which is normal but a little annoying if they schedule appointments during their lunch break. So the place opens after about a half hour so we go in and my boyfriend gets seen by the doctor and everything is fine. He had to schedule a follow up appointment so he did. He was unable to make that appointment for his own personal reasons so he called to reschedule and they assured him he could come in another date. They set a specific date and time so we come in again on that date and once again, the place is locked with all the lights off. I checked the sign they have posted on the door saying they should've been open at that time and they made an appointment so they should've been there. It's cold so we go wait in there and about ten minutes later my boyfriend checks and they had opened so we go in. The lady at the desk then informs us that they don't ever have doctors on Thursdays and that we must reschedule once again. It bothers me that they make appointments for dates and times that they're not even open at or they won't have the necessary staff to follow through on the appointment. A little unprofessional and very inconvenient. All the lovely reviews of this place make me hopeful that they don't do this very often but it's upsetting that it seems three times they did not follow through on what they had informed us. It's normal to run late sometimes but when you show up somewhere and every time they aren't open when they say they'll be open, that seems unprofessional to me. If you're making appointments with this place don't make them in the morning or around lunch even if they tell you they'll be open at those hours. But honestly the people who work there are so nice that you'll almost forget how irritated and cold you were 15 minutes ago. Almost. So we still have to go back in about a week to get his contacts and then I can wash my hands of this place as long as they don't give us the runaround again. They haven't necessarily lost a customer but let's just say my boyfriend is gonna have to find someone else to drive him if there's next time. read more

They bend over backwards to accommodate you and do not try to pressure sell you into upgrades on your lenses that you don't need. I have a 10 dollar charge on my insurance for an eye exam. We went in for my daughters yearly exam with them and afterwards she said it was 49.00 and my insurance changed what they cover. I called my insurance co and they said it was the same and the doctor got a new machine. I was not told about this increase before hand by them so I had to pay 49.00 instead of the usual 10.00. When I asked about this the receptionist got nasty and hung up on me. My insurance co VSP was super nice and reimbursed me and apologized for their behavior but not impressed with their customer service. What was that. A little bait and switch? read more
