I feel like I'm getting a good workout on my target areas each time I'm there, and I appreciate the one on one attention. She thinks about what is needed with my care regularly, she updates my exercises for home regularly, and the time I'm with her is spent exercising, which I like. The office is clean, full of good equipment, and I like the bikes to warm up with. I also like how there is a measure of privacy with the way the office is laid out, and that each client seems to be focused on by their particular doctor/practitioner. Nate explained each exercise and the proper way for me to perform them. He helped me set up my App on my phone and organize them in a sequence that worked for me. explicit care was taken with the precise way of doing each exercise-Nate is a very good instructor as I progressed. The pain level decressed quickly so I could progress with more intense exercises without much pain. over all my experience was quite injoyable and I appreciated the effiency of the front desk personnel also. I had PT with them several years ago, and it was very helpful with regaining my balance due to lumbar spinal stenosis. Since then, the owner sold the business, and it is now a part of Mary Washington Healthcare. I was critically ill and hospitalized with sepsis for ten weeks last year, and I am still recovering. Recently, I lost a great deal of the strength I had recovered since last summer, as well as gross and fine motor skills and overall range of motion. I will be seeing a spine specialist this week, and believe that my current issues stem from cervical spinal stenosis. I began outpatient PT with Premier about three weeks ago, and I can't believe the improvements I've already noticed. The staff consists of only four people, including an excellent new PT, the same terrific PTA/patient director, the same dedicated support assistant, and the same receptionist/office manager. The receptionist is warm, friendly, and amazingly efficient. Everyone is kind, patient, and intuitive regarding patients' needs, goals, and how to achieve them. I very highly recommend this physical therapy practice!

When that was done I waited another 20 minutes to be sat in the drs office while he worked on others that came in after me. 3 other people.... my advice is not to overbook yourself to where your patients are awaiting an hour and a half to be cared for and still leaving in the same amount of pain because all I got was a tens unit....

They not only treat the area but the whole body, as we all know other parts of the body can be affected by injury. I have been involved in sports my entire life, and have had nagging pain that previous therapists could not manage. I trained in martial arts for 12 yrs and have had my fair share of injuries. I felt skeptical about some of the exercises but trusted in their process, and did my exercises at least 4-5 times a week. I feel I'm at the end of treatment and that's why I waited to put a review. I also suffered with pelvic discomfort for 24 years!! Doctors made me feel crazy about my pain. I bounced back from obgyn to Gastro doctors. Testing for UTI, yeast, bacteria all negative every dam time, still had no answer. Also had several colonoscopies & endoscopies with no answers. Finally a PA through my women's care referred me to Hilltop. Best decision I ever made. Kirsten Park is so in depth knowledgeable about the womans body, what nerves are affected, breathing, and muscles that affect the pelvic floor. Zina has amazing knowledge of the human body finding weak muscles that are affecting more than just the injured area. It's been a long process with PT twice a week, lots of "homework " exercises. But I went from daily pain of 8-10 to a 4-5 maybe once or twice a week!! Their knowledge and expertise have made my quality of life so much better. I'm happier because my pain is considerably less.
