Sure, it might just be their tech, but I like that they remember who I am when I call. (You can order online) The product is great and matches the useful descriptions. Sometimes I'm like what does that actually mean? Pricing is very good with a wide range. It's nice to see that. Best of all, the Lakeside crew are honest. I misheard my total. I paid my delivery person too much. He didn't have to tell me Many people wouldn't have. But he did- something I really appreciate. I can't remember the last time I gave a 5 star for something that wasn't food, or even, for food. Lakeside earned my nod. I recommend for who might be a little nervous about delivery. read more

This was my go to spot for over 4 years but I will not be coming back here anymore. I'm not sure is there is new management, but the quality and service has gone down hill. Take your money to embarc, or other delivery services. They don't even know how to use or troubleshoot the third party applications that are responsible for taking online payments which is very concerning. I spoke to a lady name Corina or Chelsea.. something along those lines and she was NO help. In fact, she LIED about the BarterPay customer service number stating the number is 8444420. When I asked for area code she said there is not one which we both know is a lie. Heads up if you live in a nice area the delivery drivers aren't discreet and will walk up to your door/park in your driveway with your delivery rather than staying in the car. Looks like the menu changed to what "Three Trees" (different delivery service) would offer which I have been highly dissatisfied with trying them in the past. When I asked the driver if they were under new management they said they aren't allowed to talk about. I don't like the new stuff on the menu looks like cheap street stuff marked up. I've been ordering from them for years now but as of recently the quality / customer service has been lacking. The delivery guys don't attempt to even get close to where you are, just wanna have an attitude if you ask anything. If you hate you job just say that, don't get mad at me for trying to make it easier for us to locate each other. Lastly, was their card machines usually work, but when they don't they just expect you to drop everything you're doing and go get cash.. y'all completely take the convenience out of ordering with you. I used to love this place. However my last few experiences have been very bad. Multiple times I've ordered products weighted in excess of an hour and a half for delivery and then when the driver arrives I'm informed that they do not have my product. I wasn't called ahead of time to be notified that they don't have the product I ordered and I find it difficult to believe that they are unaware that they do not have the product that they attempted to sell me. Been using these folks several months during the COVID scare & what works best for me is how they do NOT charge you taxes NOR a delivery fee and their minimum is just 35 bucks. So for forty you can often score a quarter ounce or so, if you want to be a penny pincher (like I am. Sure, you can spend more money on higher quality stuff, but since I believe All weed is overpriced to begin with, I don't like encouraging the greed heads.) This all just fills in while my own stash grows out. Some of the strains have been really fun to try- Hash Bar, and ChemDawg, and Lava Cake come to mind. Well anyway I bounce between Budee, these folks, and Caliva, and between all three wind up with reasonable bargains, but it's Lakeside if I feel I can't afford to splurge. read more

If you are ordering from this company, do not use your debit card. The number at the bottom of your order is not what you will be charged. My order was for $165. The wanted to charge me $175. Instead they took $5 cash and only charged $165 on my card. This place is a bunch of scammers. Instead of listening to advice or suggestions to make their billing clearer for their customers. They are intent on saying they have to do things in this shady manner. Do not provide these people any card information. I had stopped using them in the past due to multiple identity theft issues in the past. The products are very old too. Lost my business after screwing with me too many times. Cheap 1/8ths, some ok, but they won't tell you they are dry, odorless, and some just have that nasty citrus taste and smell, little effect. All described waaaay different on the site. You'll find seeds too, they won't tell you that. Some batches will be much older, dry, diff color, nasty, but they won't exchange that... tuff luck for you! YOU EAT IT, not them! Happened too many times.. This time was only the 3-4th time trying to return something in over a year and they denied me. Made a big deal and refused to help me. Lost a lifetime customer over the $10-$15 profit of a $45 1/8th. It was more important to them to keep that profit and 'grow their business'. I ordered gorilla glue 4 and I am very disappointed. they say it is the outdoor grown type but I have tried both indoor and outdoor from other dispensaries and it was always good,, ,did the job. the batch I got from lakeside remedy has had no effect on me at all. unfortunately I ordered it before I left for vacation and just tried it, So disappointed with it that I am afraid to order anything else from them....I will not smoke it.
