I placed my first order with 831 on Tuesday. One of the items I ordered was missing, which I immediately informed the driver, Derek, of. He told me that he would leave and come back with my missing item. So he left, then an hour later he called me on the phone to say that he couldn't help me, I would instead have to talk to somebody higher up in the company, and that higher up person would be calling me later. By Thursday, I had not yet heard back from anybody. I then contacted 831 again, this time via the browser-based messaging on their website. The person I spoke with over messenger took all my information, and again told me that somebody would be calling me. It is now Saturday, and I still haven't heard back from anybody. The level of unprofessionalism at 831 is mind boggling. They took my money, but never gave me what I paid for. I don't know if their employees are lying to me, or if the management is incompetent, but in either case, I won't be using their services again. Update: Two weeks after placing my original order, I got a text from a manager at 831. They apologized for taking so long to get back to me, but didn't offer me any explanation as to why they took so long. They told me that they would have the missing item delivered to me the next day. I texted them again in the morning to confirm, and they said they would get back to me. As of this update, that was three days ago. I still haven't heard back from them. Big statewide club absorber of smaller clubs, so if market dominance is your thing they are well heading that way. They have some good weed, some good daily prices, non house bud like alien labs there is a higher markup. I was dissatisfied with the quality of the budlets and this service made an exception and gave me a one time deal to exchange for something that better suited my needs. This shows that these guys are interested in keeping customers and being an honest dispensary. 1. Weigh what you buy! I've weighed their "grams" and they come out to .8 grams. Illegal. 2. Advertise for deals and incentives that they don't honor. To top it off, if you bring this to their attention, they will literally call you selfish. Like a giant baby. 3. They pay for reviews so don't expect greatness. They paid me to edit a 1 star review to a 5 Star. And harassed me until I did. 4. If you speak out against them, they will have Weedmaps ban your account. Talk about a pay off. 5. They charge recreational tax rate while selling medicinal quantities... this is the part I find most interesting. They will try to charge 43% tax but if you bring this up to them, they will mark in your file to only charge you 33%. Protip! Save 10% by knowing the law. read more

Placed an order through Nugg for this place, customer service was good initially but the flowers we purchased did not look like the pictures- they were small and dry nuggs. The biggest issue was an all in one pod I purchased. It came damaged and when I asked the delivery driver he said that he didn't know what it was supposed to look like and that there was only one other one of this item left in stock at the store and that one looked like this too. In further inspection I found that it was leaking which is why half of the oil was missing. I contacted their customer support and was informed that the item was final sale. Okay cool, but when you do final sale the item should not be damaged- especially if the customer can't see what they are buying ahead of time and it is not stated that it is leaking or damaged! I literally called this place less than 5 mins after the delivery. The rep told me her supervisor would call me back that day and again told me a supervisor would call me the next day, both times no one contacted me. That was 5 days ago. It's more surprising that you have customers who spend $400 plus dollars and yet you can't give them decent customer service? Business wise wouldn't it make sense to keep a repeat customer versus losing them over $40 bucks? I will not be doing business with this with place again and I have already contacted Nugg. There are a ton of other delivery services and dispensaries around so if you want to keep business up your level of customer service. read more

The Luv brand weed I've tried has been a complete rip-off. The Vanish had a nice effect but hurts my throat. Tried to get a good deal on an ounce of Black Lime Reserve a few months back, bad idea. It was very poor quality. The Kosher Kush is weak and has no terpenes/flavor whatsoever. I also bought some preground 831 OG through them and it was garbage. I know 831 to be a very good strain. They just pass off the low quality herb to customers who try and get a good deal by buying less expensive items on their menu.This is how their scam works- They actually sell good bud at a higher price point. If you try and buy the more affordable herb, like the Luv brand bagged weed, you will be ripped off. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I put my order in earlier today at a little past 10 am this morning through getnugg. I JUST now received the order at 3:40. It originally said it would take an hour and a half at most. We waited two and a half hours to call them and they said it would take another hour because our delivery person was in Oakland. We called after the hour passed and they told us it would be another hour. After that hour, they called us and said it would be another 45 minutes. That was the first time that we did not have to contact them to get an update. I would understand an extra hour or so but to make us wait 5 HOURS and not give us a discount or throw anything else in to make up for the inconvenience is ridiculous. I stumbled across this site looking for eaze delivery. I gave it a try. They have some good flavors. I tried the plat og, plat cookies which is ok more of a stony taste then smooth and some mendo breath which I have not tried yet but it looks frosty. I would recommend and try it again. They hook up a lot deals off maryjane once u purchase. Minimum of 50.00 u will get a extra 8th out of it with the 25.00 discount on second order and doing these reviews also will get you 30.00 to 20.00 off. Either way I have only WayToGoTeam831organiks on that topic. The product has usually been more than good if getting better than what you paid for is what you like I highly highly suggest you try what they have to offer. Delivery has been early more often than not. I really like being able to track delivery. If necessary i I can take dog out for run or what have you lovingly and surreptitiously done for someone else today? Drivers have always been cordial and patient. Shop till you drop anyone? Some things that lost last star. Full menu is not always available at all dispensary apps. I'd like to go to any app.831 ads on. But I usually have to call in order. Worst ordering experience. All info on the website is a lie. Do yourself a favor, order somewhere else. It will take forever to be delivered. The staff has no knowledge of products.
