The service was fine, I just picked up the two items I ordered however I'm giving this place one star because they had a sign on the counter with QR code that says they'll give a 5% discount off IF YOU REVIEW AND GIVE 5 STARS. 10 1010 across the board! After we finished having lunch, this place was fantastic to stop by. This place is so clean and bright and just feels like a comfortable place to visit. Everything is behind glass so you can just see you cannot touch. What's wonderful about this place is that they actually have a lounge in the back that you can actually taste the product you just bought. They have music playing back there and comfortable seating areas. As I know that Oakland is now getting into the cafés and trying to get into that realm , I just think that they should've put just a little bit of effort into their lounge. As you can see from the photos that just looks like a place that went out and took everything from a garage sale and just put it together. As I know there's always a startup cost and figuring things out, but what am I really sitting on? The people that worked there in the front were fantastic it was so nice to feel that. They have all different options from edibles flower, drinks to pre-rolls. It's just like you're in a candy store. The people that work there are awesome and very helpful and it's been a while since I've been in a dispensary really took care of the customer. They do not take cash, but they do have ATMs located within, but they also have this interesting app, that you can download that way you pay from your checking account so you don't have to pay the 3.5%. As easy as I say it was to download and to add, it was definitely difficult. So don't waste your time and just pay the $3.50 for your merch and enjoy it in the lounge. Best club TO ME in the Bay. Such a different variety of EVERYTHING!!! You won't be disappointed! The pricing is on point too. Parking is cool and they have a security guard watching over your car as you shop. Then they have a lounge to chill, watch tv, network and just chill while getting your smoke or gummy on. Awesome dispensary!! Pretty convenient to get to from my home and I always come to Telegraph to eat, so it's easy to pop in to see what deals are available. The staff is usually pretty friendly and helpful, and they have different discounts daily. Would recommend checking which days might have more of what you want! I'm mostly an edibles girl myself, and I love a good discount. There are usually many options available and I have fun trying different types and flavors. Most of their Sunday night shift crew is horrible. Worse customer service ever. Could barley help me get what I needed without taking their sweet old time. I went to buy 3 dab pens, bong, and a bowl piece. As I checkout and paid for my items one of the clerks realize that they accidentally put two bowls in my bag when I was only getting charged for one. I thought it was part of the bong because in the display and in most stores your bong comes with a bowl piece. I didn't see the bowl piece my bong was supposed to come with, so I thought initially they gave me two bowls of the one I chose that doesn't come with the bong( replacing the original clear glass bowl piece). I told the worker I don't see my other bowl piece so I assumed they gave me two of the other bowl pieces to replace the original bowl piece that was supposed to come with the bong. The worker proceeds to argue with me about the bowl piece and takes another 10 minutes in the back trying to figure out their problem they gave them and myself. She came out claiming that they already have the bowl piece on the bong( wrapped up with bubble wrap lazily, and kept saying I can charge you for another one instead of just admitting to their mistake of accidentally adding another bowl piece and causing all this confusion for me. This is all after I already paid 10 minutes ago. After all this she now gives me my change and receipt regardless of me paying for the items already in my bag. This was also all over a $5 bowl piece. Now that I'm home I undo the bubble wrap and guess what, there's no bong bowl that it was supposed to originally come with. I've been to this place many times usually around noon. Customer service was never a problem. Most of this sunday night shift crew are lazy and obviously don't care that they are ruining business for the owner. I wouldn't have been annoyed if I got home and there was a missing bowl piece. It's the way they went on about this issue at the store and were wrong. read more

Great dispensary with wide variety of products. They host or rent their adjacent space which is fabulous.

My go to in the neighborhood. Walking distance so I'll take a little stroll over to grab my order on nice days like today. Not a huge fan of the service fees, $6 for using debit on a $13 order. They do have solid deals and a point program so still a great location. read more

Root'd is a new dispensary that opened this week a couple of blocks from my house. So feeling Yelpy, I simply had to check it out. Stylish, very spacious shop. They've got all to goods you'd expect. Vapes, edibles (gummies, chocolate, candy, drinks) and flowers, AKA green bud, in pretty display cases. Lots of sleek screens above the wall cases displaying pricing. Good selection, but not the largest. Some dispensaries are more like a warehouse. Root'd is more of a shopping experience. Nice staff. The deal is that your "budtender" can walk you around to answer questions and build your order. They've been given 420 bags to get familiar with all off the products. Miya was really sweet and showed me around explaining what was what in the "green room." They were still working out the kinks with their POS system. There's a big screen at checkout that lets you know when it's ready to pick up. Open 12pm - 9:30pm every day. You can also order online and walk in for "takeout"! Tips: Convenient to MacArthur BART. If you like deals ask for the BOGO specials. You pay with a debit card or cash due to the State of California's regulations. No credit cards accepted but there's an ATM on site. The website says an on-site consumption lounge. If that's the case, then luckily there's Jack in the Box and McDonalds across the street should you immediately get the munchies. Or if your tastes are more urbane, you've got Oakland's new restaurant row up and down Telegraph. read more

Terrible Customer Service I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. The employees were unprofessional dismissive, and even smirked at me and the glare when I asked a simple question about their products. I don't know if they were under the influence while working, but their attitude was unacceptable. As someone who usually defends service workers, I was shocked by how rudely I was treated--simply because of asking some questions and they could help. Their lack of respect made me abandon my purchase entirely. If you're already having a bad day, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I will never return to this store and strongly caution others against supporting a business that treats customers this way. read more

I have been coming here Quite consistently and I would like to point out a few of things that I have noticed. My 1st few experiences here were not the best. I dealt with a lot of miscommunication with my name in the system as well As staff making me feel very uncomfortable. Jokes about my mothers death (when I asked could I still use my birthday promo because my mom had passed and I missed it.. the man said "well everyone dies you still only get the promo on your actual birthday), comments about my visual Uncomfortability and An overall unprofessional interaction on 3 seperate Occasions. I can say the past 10 times that I have been here have been utterly the best. There is new staff that is very diverse. And multiple staff members seem to be knowledgeable on how to deal with NeuroDivergent people. I have noticed that multiple of the staff members do not overcrowd me Or make me feel uncomfortable when I take a few steps back when they approach me. The Staff has seemed overly helpful And kind in moments when I have felt overwhelmed But still wanted to purchase my products that I enjoy. I appreciate my experience here so much that I now only shop here. Even with their taxes being very high my recent experiences here in my opinion has been worth it and I Encourage any person on the spectrum to try out this place and their style of service. read more
